Abstract

Thin films of (Cu ) oxide mixed with ( Fe ) oxide in differentpercentages and thickncss were prepared by chemical spray plrolysisiechniqui . The Absorption and I ransmission spectra has been recordedin the wavelength range (330-900) nm. Thefollowing optical constantshave been calculated,such as , Absorplion coeflicienl reflectivity ,extinction coefficient. refractive index, real and imaginary parts ofdielectric constant and the electrical conductivity.
