دراسة بعض مكونات زهرة البابونج وتأثير مستخلصها على نمو الاحياء الدقيقة

Abstract

This study was included to knows the active chemicalconstituents oi the chamomile matricaaria chamom illaleaves.ThisstudyshowedthatthewaterandalcoholicextractsdHl fr*lJil Li';'J*-pslrll tS *O..r.o.i.Ul rP et13*、vas acidiC and contained inainlv glycolides,phenolic compounds,relin and flavonooids which proteins , alkoloids ,and saponing were nof found in above extracts .Also, the effect ofthese extracts on variose microorganismwas studies .It has been found that the concentration (50) mg/ml was themost effective on the inhibition of the growh of the intendulmicroorganism.
