Abstract

The study covered internal environment for labs of drawing engineering comparing with standard design parameters and measuring extent of fits efficiency. A sample of five drawing labs utilized by first year college students from six labs departments was chosen. Three labs belongs to the College of Engineering (Surveying lab , Water Resources lab, and Mechanic lab ) and the remaining two labs belongs to the College of Agriculture (Agricultural Machinery lab and Central lab for Departments o Horticulture and Food Science ) were included in this study. Two survey forms were designed. One form was handed to students from different departments of both colleges and the other form was utilized by the two researchers. The data were statistically analyzed to find results. The study showed direct relation between student grade in the exam and degree of integration of requirements of study environment .The study also showed that the objectives of drawing labs can be well satisfied only with presence of labs with standard parameters and design basis to cope with its purpose.
