EFFECT OF INLET AND OUTLET TEMPERATURE FOR SPRAY DRYING IN SOME MILK POWDER PROPERTIES .

Abstract

This study deals with effect of inlet and outlet Temperature on some properties of dry milk powder ( moisture, solubility and free fat content ) was accomplished the results obtained were as follow :The moisture content and solubility reduced with increasing outlet temperature , but amount of product and the free fat increased with raising outlet temperature compression with raising inlet temperature made moisture increased and a little change of solubility , but the product and the free fat decreased with increasing inlet temperature .
