التحقق من طاقة ربط الحالة الصورية في Cu (111) دراسة نظرية ومقارنة مع النتائج العملية

Abstract

An explanations about the effect of the bias and distance between two surfaces on the image electronic states binding energies for the metal Cu (111) are presented. Where the solid is described by the two-band approximation for semi- free electron model and the suitable potential model that the electron move outside the surface. Image state of the type S has been taken only, and we conclude that the image binding state energy increases as the distance between the surfaces decreases, and there is a relatively increase / or decreasing with increase of bias.
