PKK Problem and its Implications on Turkish-U.S Relations

Abstract

The research deals with the development of PKK problem in Turkey and its implications on Turkish-U.S relations during the years of ruling Justice and Development party (AKP), especially after the U.S occupation of Iraq in 2003, as the United States became a close to the consequences of this problem by virtue of its military occupation of Iraq, and control it, and launching attacks of this party in Turkey from camps in northern Iraq, and thus become more interested than before in dealing with this problem and to cooperate with Turkey in this area.
