The synthesis of alkyl Uracil by using Microwave irradiation and evaluated biological activity

Abstract

The aim of the present study was firstly to synthesize alkyle Uracil 1,3-di(prop-2-ynyl)pyriimide-2,4(1H,3H)-dione Using micro wave irradiation and to evaluate it's biological activity on serum alkaline phosphatase in breast cancer patients.The preparation of the compound took only (20min) in DMF as solvent the identification was carried by FT-IR. The compound showed effect on serum alkaline phosphatase.The type of inhibition was found to be non comparative with Km=0.36×10-2 M and Vmax is 10.0 U/L for the uninhibited enzyme and 6.3 U/L for the inhibited enzyme.
