اثر التمكين الاداري على الرضا الوظيفي لدى العاملين في هيئة التعليم التقني

Abstract

The study aimed to recognize the effect of empowerment on job satisfaction employees in the Foundation of Technical Education, in order to achieve the above goal of the study, aquestionnair consists of (38) items were designed and distrbuted to a sample of (100) subjects, managers and head of departement in the institutes of the Foundation of Technical Education in Baghdad, the study finding were statisticaly significant effect for the application of empowerment on the job satisfaction employees in the Foundation of Technical Education.
