Abstract

The principles objective of this work is to diagnose the effect of organizational citizenship behavioral in (OCB), in weakening the social loafing , in two organizations which differ in activity in the form of exploration comparative study.The study has drawn several conclusion notes, namely ; the (OCB) directs the employees to adopt positive job behaviors that exceed the ordinary job expectations, and further enhances the adhesion among employees which consequently weakens the social loafing in the work team.The suggested recommendations , focused on the importance of directing the (OCB), in such away to deploy the group culture among the employees and subsequently would make them to appreciate the team achievements
