The Effect of Slops Training on the Development of the Special Force of Legs in the Long jump

Abstract

jumpThe research aims at studying the effect of slops training on developing the maximum force with distinctive speed and recognizing the muscular power of students.The researcher has used the experimental approach with tow subjects the ezperimental and controlled.26 senior students (fourth stage),Training Department/section H,were selectively chosn to be around all the time.The tesest consisted of 30m running from flying,static jumping,five steps jumping and long jump achievement.The results proved the effectiveness of the training program in achieving good level of kinetic correlation through the development of the technical performance level of the experimental subject after using the training program.
