Abstract

AbstractsThis research declares for us that contract companies is one of this companies which is award between consenting partners and these companies are very useful in order to merchants can do enormous and great projects that one person can't do it alone. Also these companies are very necessary in order to develop society and to produce the requests of individuals and in order to society's economy develop and advance and interact with its around to develop. also the research talked about the term of company and evidence of its legitimacy of company and about its elements and contemporary types and their judgment in Islamic Fiqih.In spite of these points which is interrelated with company is described in two sections. The research found that the companies that are right are not only those companies which is described by old scientists and the names that they mentioned are not described in holly Quran and sunah but some of these companies built because of their necessity so that any kind of company which is built now a days which is not against the basic principles which is described in holly Quran and sunah so it is right and religious let them to do their works as many companies that described in the research which is done in groups.
