دراسة تأثير امتصاص الماء لمتراكب بولي ستايرين- بنتونايت

Abstract

Samples of composite materials have been prepared by using raw material like polystyrene as matrix material , Bentonite Al-Sufrra (Filler material), Poly vinyl alcohol (surfactant material to Bentonite)and using surfactant material to dissolved polymer surface with Anti-oxidant and binder material with the state ratios in the research .After preparing Bentonite powder , it had been choose particle size smaller than (100um)after conducting the toasting process to powder with different temperature degrees(200,300,400)οC and surfactant process of Bentonite have been done on them by using Poly vinyl Alcohol .These samples which have been treated by heat and surfactant by using Poly vinyl Alcohol have been added to dissolved polystyrene material in toluene with the state ratios and temperature degrees(70-80)οC have been used also surfactant materials to polymer surface and anti-oxidant material ,and the study of effects because of these additions upon water absorption of composite material and prepared samples of figure cubic as length (1cm) and thickness(2-4mm) for absorption technique and room temperature and had been measure weight any dry samples and then enter in the water and taked weights for (24 hour) after then out of water to measure of water weight absorbed and had been measure of maximum water amount absorbed (for limit satisfied) after(4 days) for different from sample to other and drew figures to explain for that ,also samples of prepared for use to thermal conductivity and dielectric constant and use befor and after to enter the water .
