The effectiveness of the training of students of the Institute of preparation parameters on some teaching skills on their performance during the period of application

Abstract

Cause preparing of Teachers is became important causes are take space of care these interested of education and its curriculum, the educational systems could not updating it unless by reconsidering radical in the preparing the Teachers systems and training them by active act for achieve the education aims., because there are inability in the professional preparing of the mathematical teachers and they are not use some of skills are necessary as setting up skill, diversification of exciting, and evaluation skill ,So the aim of research it is recognition on effectiveness training of Institute Preparing of Teachers Students on some of teaching skills on the its performance during of the application period. So the researcher apply hypothesis of his research as following:(There is not difference between statistical evidence in the level of evidence (0,05) between middle marks performance the empiricism group students whom trained on some of the teaching skills and meddle marks of advance group students whom trained according to the normal system.) Intentional way made choosing Institute Preparing of Teachers Al-Dijial Students on –Fifth stage –Science & Mathematical department as sample of his research., number of group sample reach to (30) students divided to two groups (Empiricism &Advance) in the amount of (15) student of each group. Before beginning of test the researcher was interested on reward the two groups of the research some of variables are believe it is may be influence on his result research such as ( Marks of the past year in subject methods of teaching Mathematical & Age period ). The researcher prepared card note as tool of his research including on(24) clause divided to on the skills description exactly use the applied student of the teaching skills ,After application the tool research on the two groups (Empiricism &Advance) and the quantitative analysis of performance level and its processing statistical showed that there is unlikeness that statically evidence between the two groups (Empiricism &Advance) on the level evidence (0,05) and free mark (28) for the Empiricism. Accrue to the training on the educational skills in the subject of Mathematical Teaching Methods as the education period this is supporting Empiricism Group students on understanding the educational skills , that reflect actually on her during the application period . in the light of results of research the researcher apply several of Suggestion & Conclusions .
