Iraqi-Gulf Political Relations in the Third Millennium

Abstract

That the antiguities of the Sumerian civilization and some administrative systems especially the nature of political life was overlapped among the kingdoms and emirates of Gulf region, including the system of the emirates cities governments, before, during and the third millennium BC and the subsequent periods, representing these governments elders and rulers and princes of every city in the Arabian Gulf, a Sumerian system that reflects the political reality associated objects of economic and social life, religious, and included an important historical period, historians called " city states&early dynastic period" .
