Effect Of Spraying With Growth Regulators (IAA, GA3) And a Mixture of Some Micro-Nutrients ( Fe , Zn , Cu , B ) on Vegetative Growth Characteristics and Concentration of Some Medically Active Substances For Aloe ( Aloe vera ) .

Abstract

This study was carried out at the Technical College / Kirkuk in agricultural season (2012) It includes the effect of plant growth regulators (IAA, GA3) and a mixture of micro-nutrients (Fe,Zn,Cu,B) on vegetative growth characteristics and concentrations of nutrients and the production of Certain active substances medically on ( CAM ) plants seedlings which Aloe vera aged Year and a half and planted in pots of 18 cm diameter . By Working with two factors first with three concentrations of growth regulators was spraying with Auxin 100 mg / l IAA and symbol P1 and spraying with gibrilen 100 mg / l GA3 and symbol P2 . In addition to the treatment of non-growth organizations spraying ( control ) and symbol P0 . The second factor mixture of some Micro-nutrients , which has been used to spray ( 50 mg / l Fe + 25 mg / l Cu + 25 Mg / l Zn + 5 mg / liter B ) and symbol T1 and spraying with ( 100 mg / L Fe + 50 mg / l Cu + 50 mg / l Zn + 10 mg / l B ) and symbol T2 addition to the treatment of non-nutrient spray Minor and symbol T0 .The experiment appled by randomized complete block design and with three replications . The Means of treatment were compared using Duncan’s multiple Range at 5% possibility . The results were as followed :1- Outperformed the transaction ( P2T2 ) in the Aloe vera plant to be highest rate in the number of leaves ( 2.59 ) , the highest rate in the presentation of leaves ( 3.11 mm ) , the highest rate in the leaves thickness ( 2.71 mm ) , the highest rate in plant height ( 3.45 cm ) , The highest rate in the concentration of chlorophyll in leaves ( 46.24 SPAD ) ,the highest proportion of dry matter ( 14.39 g / plant ) compared with ( 1.16 ) , ( 1.33 mm ) , ( 2.22 mm ) , ( 2.24 cm ) , ( 31.40 SPAD ) ( 11.25 g / plant ) , respectively in control plants.2- Influenced treatment (P2T2) in the concentrations of the active substances of the plant Aloe vera morally giving it the highest percentage of Cinnamic acid ( 0.094 mg / gm ) , Aloine ( 0.379 mg/ gm ) and the Anthrone ( 0.150 mg/ gm ) compared to the rest of the other transactions while the lower concentrations of these in the treatment comparison ( P0T0 ) as given ( 0.032 mg / gm ) , ( 0.025 mg / gm ) , ( 0.083 mg/ gm ) of these materials , respectively , and the impact of the transaction ( P2T0 ) moral terms gave the highest concentrations of Aloe-Emodine (0.128 mg/ gm) compared to less oncentration of a substance in the ( P0T0 ) amounted ( 0.036 mg / gm ) and discriminate treatment ( P1T1 ) the highest concentration in the Barbolin ( 0.424 mg / gm ) compared to less concentration of a substance in the ( P0T0 ) as given ( 0.131 mg / gm ) and the treatment ( P2T0 ) gave the highest concentration of Anthranol ( 0.213 mg / gm) compared with the lowest concentrations in the transaction ( P0T0 ) which amounted to ( 0.051 mg/ gm ) .
