The Impact of Realization Activators in Reading Comprehension for the Second Intermediate Students in the Reading Lesson

Abstract

It is observable that reading lesson in our educational institutions is clearly poor because the students are unable to comprehend what they read. They still have in mind the traditional concept of reading being to convert the written symbols into spoken pronunciations and connect words to form sentences without realizing, analyzing, criticizing, and getting use of these symbols in solving their everyday life. This traditional concept of reading is deeply-rooted by the teachers themselves because they look at the reading lesson as a rest-time away from burden of other lessons.
