Abstract

The study aims to analysis the roles of faculty member to ensure quality education within the axes of academic skills, skills evaluation, and Professional skills which exercised through educational process and their compatibility with the needs and interests of students. It took a Place of study and its limits in the Technical College/Baghdad for the academic year 2013/2014. To achieve the aims of the study, the researcher has designed a questionnaire for both the study sample of faculty members and Students. The questionnaire includes three axes on a number of standards pentagonal choices to determine answers to faculty and students on the degree of importance of the standards from their point of view, and discuss the reasons and indicators for difference between the two samples. It was calculated the correlation coefficient between the arithmetic mean of the answers of faculty members and students to the axes of academic skills was equal to r=0.53, and axes skills evaluation equal to r=0.34, and axes of professional skills was equal to r=0.62 .
