Abstract Targeted research known as emotional intelligence and social status and their relationship in a sample of (120) female university has adopted a researcher Scale (Karkhi 2011) for the intelligence of emotional and scale (Khazraji 2011) of social status and after the application together, found that employees enjoy intelligently emotional and weak social status, and that married women were more intelligent than non-married and not to remember the differences between them in social status, the researcher has provided some of the recommendations and proposals.

Abstract: The research aims to understand the psychological status of and the feeling of loneliness of the trainees (recently released detainees) participating in the training and rehabilitation courses held in the Technical College - Baghdad. The study was conducted on a specimen of (23) trainees. An open questionnaire was adopted which included one question that was ( What was your feeling psychologically and socially before taking part in the training course?) , also the feeling of loneliness Scale , designed by ( Russel,Peplau, Cutrona /University of California Los Angeles ) was implemented after the courses . The results showed that they were suffering from bad psychological status before joining the training and rehabilitation course, while the results showed that the trainees had lesser feeling of loneliness after the courses.

Abstract Human beings are under the threat of the environment they are living in. With the course of time, they seriousness of this threat and its effect in changing their life . The most common threat that human beings might pass through is the trauma which is commonly bound with wars. The greater trauma that human beings might have is the threatening sudden facing or death facing. Consequently there would be disorder especially War disorder. This Phenomenon is clearly observed in Iraqi society as Iraq has been passing through continuous wars and disasters namely during and after the American Invasion. These events might lead to changes in Peoples behavior and to Social Violence. Thus, the Study aims at: 1- Exposing secondary School students with(PTSD). 2- Measuring(PTSD)of secondary School students. 3- Uncovering moral differences in (PTSD)according to sex variable(male-female). 4- Measuring Violence level of students suffering from(PTSD). 5- Uncovering moral differences in Violence of students with (PTSD)according to sex variables(male-female). 6- disclosing the nature of connectivity between the two variables of the study. In order to achieve these aims, the researcher adopts two scales: 1- (PTSD)scale: the researcher adopts standards of American World Society of Psychotherapy 4rth. Revision (DSM-IV-1994).It consists of two aspects: First, diagnostic aspect to Know wither the student had a trauma or not; Second, measurement aspect; this aspect comprise, five aspects-permanent agitation, incident feedback, emotions weak Nell, and social skill decreasing. These aspects comprise the whole scale measurement. 2- Violence scale: the researcher depends upon some literature in the light of which two measurement domains are pointed out: the physical Violence andante-properties Violence. The Final form of the scale comprise 32items specie find for those students afflicted and affected by (PTSD). Through the use of this scale, some Psychometric characteristics are achieved sush as content sincerity and external sincerity achieved through 80%and over agreement among experts. The researcher also depends on the internal connectivity matrix between the scale domains. In repeating test, the scale stability is achieved, since the stability of (PTSD)rate is 84% and Violence scale rate is 81%. This means that thy two scale are of high stability. After data verification statistically, it is concluded that: 1- (PTSD)rate is high. 2- There are moral difference in (PTSD)according to sex variable and for the sake of males. 3- The Violence rate due to (PTSD)is high. 4- there are Violence differences according to sex variable and for the sake of males. 5- There is a forward relation between (PTSD)and Violence of secondary school students. Throughout there results, some suggestions and advices are presented that might be of use to various social and educational Foundations.

Abstract: The study aims at identifying the reasons of weakness in the reading and writing of the primary schools' pupils at Baghdad governate in Iraq from the educational supervisors' point of view. The community research contained the educational supervisors of Baghdad governate for the academic year 20112012, consisting of a total number of (344), of which (175) were males and (169) were females, where as the sample of the research consisted of (100) educational supervisors. The researcher made up a questionnaire which is consisted of (78) items, distributed over different fields ( the curriculum and the book, methods of teaching, educational technology, the teacher, school environment, the pupil, family circumstances, the school administration and the educational supervisors). Some important results of this study: 1- Very few school libraries and the negligence of the free reading. 2- The weak foundation of the pupil in the early stages of primary teaching. 3- Unavailability of teaching aids specific for teaching Arabic language. 4- There is no chance to train the pupils on speaking skills as in symposiums. 5- Rarity of using teaching methods depending upon pupils' interactions and participations. 6- Inability of some teachers to control their pupils during classes. 7- Rarity of teachers specialized in teaching Arabic language that graduated from universities. 8- The classes are crowded with pupils. 9- The classes are not suitable for active teaching. 10- There is a weakness in the academic, educational and professional preparation of teachers.

Abstract The objective of this research is to identify some of the obstacles that face secondary school teachers of the Arabic language courses in using modern teaching methods in class. The research focuses on secondary school teachers of the Arabic language courses at the central region of Nineveh Governorate for the school year (2008-2009). 30 teachers out of 792, were randomly chosen to apply the research tool upon. To fulfill the objective of this research, the researcher first surveyed a number of teachers , he then identified four categories of obstacles; obstacles related to school administrative system and environment, the teacher, courses and pupils, and the nature of teaching methods. The researcher constructed the research tool based on (Leekart), the tool was then presented to a number of professionals for validation. To measure the stability of the tool, it was first applied to an investigational sample of 10 teachers with a 25-day intervals, and after comparing results, (Pearson) was calculated with a result of 0.82, which proves the stability of the tool used. After applying the tool to the research subjects and calculating the results, the researcher concluded the following: School administrative and environmental related obstacles were the main cause of secondary school teachers abandoning modern teaching methods in Arabic language classes, then comes teacher related obstacles, followed by courses and pupils related obstacles, and finally, obstacles related to the nature of modern teaching methods.

Abstract The problem of the study lies in the need for standing on the justifications, reasons and difficulties that face the scientific research matter at Baghdad university. The importance of this study lies in the fact of being scientific research one of the most important methods in developing the teaching members performance efficiency which contributes in teachers contact with the modern developments that emerge in work. That matter which reflexe on the educational process and the scientific production in their universities. And the research goal is summarized in identifying the difficulties that is facing the scientific research at Baghdad university from the point of view of the lecturers, and also to identify the differences in their perspective for the redity of the difficulties that are facing the scientific research according to their specialties they master, where the research was limited to the lecturers who were (225) for the academic year (2010-2011). The researchers determined the related terms and reviewed number of topic in literatures that associated with the theoretical aspect of the theme. They tackled some of the Arab and Foreign studies. The researcher followed a group of procedures in terms of describing the research community heads of departments of scientific in Baghdad University's colleges. The sample consisted of (225) persons- (%3.87) of the total community. The researcher constructed a special instrument after reviewing the pervious literature and studies as well as the open questioning. The reliability and constancy verifications were made. The researchers come up to the conclusion The researcher come up to the conclusion that there are difficulties and obstacles effect greatly on the teachers scientific research work and the members of sample in the humanitarian and scientific specializations have the same and equal view to the difficulties that face the scientific research at Baghdad University.

Abstract An individual is considered as a social human being and we notice this trait in all human beings through their continuos interaction and relations between them. Through his interaction and relationships he expresses himself and his emotions . His relationships with others are achieved through social acceptance and this social acceptance plays an important role in developing his personality . Need for love is an essential part in the psychological formation and when this need for love is well satisfied, this will lead to forma healthy and good personality (not histrionic ) , and without love, satis faction an individual will face many difficulties in his growth . Thus, histrionic personality and need for love are important variables in personality and this is assured by many studies and theses . There for it is very important to make a scientific study to know more about these two variables and its impact on students of teachers preparation institutes. This research aims at :- 0- Building a measure of histrionic personality that students of teachers preparation institutes. 1- Measuring histrionic personality that students of teachers preparation institutes Recognizing differences in histrionic personality according to the gender variable . 2- Building a measure of need for love . 3- Measuring the need for love that students of teachers preparation institutes Recognizing the differences in need for love according to the gender variable . 4- Recognizing the relations between histrionic personality and need for love . This research aims at studying the histrionic personality and its relation with the need for love that students of teachers preparation institutes have for both scientific and human departments and for preliminary stages . A To achieve the aims of this research, the researcher construct two measures, one for the histrionic personality and the other the need for love and put the items of these two measures in a positive and negative form. These items are answered by choosing one of the four alternatives in front of each item, and they are as the following :- - Strongly agree . - Agree . - Reject. - Strongly reject These two measures are applied on (300) male and female students to analysis the items and the relation between the degree of item according to the total degree of the measure by using the method of two groups. The measure of histrionic personality scores (34) item which consist of the measure of histrionic personality in its final term . The measure of need for love scores (47) item which consists of the measure of need for love in its final term. The measure of histrionic personality has got a constant (0.83) by using re testing and (0.93)by using split – half and (0.91) by using the method of alpha. While the measure of need for love has got a constant (0.85) by using the method of retesting and (0.88) by using the method of alpha. The tools of the research one : the measure of histrionic personality and the measure of need for love which the researcher used and applied on the specimen of the research. The data was treated statistically by using Spearman- Brown formula , Alpha equation, T- test for one specimen, T-test for two specimen (male and female) and analysis the difference from the second degree. Findings of this research point out that specimen of the research :- 1- They are not histrionic. 2- Male are more histrionic than female . 3- Specimen highly need for love . 4- There is no difference between male and female in these need for love . B 5- There is an opposite relation statistically between the histrionic personality and the need for love . In the light of these findings the researcher recommended: 1- Advise parents how to take care of their babies and give them love and care because the family is responsible for his grown up. 2- Teachers should be so kind and passionate with the children and take care of them psychologically and scientifically . There searcher suggested :- 1- Making similar studies to this research for different social specimen . 2- Preparing treatment programs to modify histrionic behavior.

Abstract of the Search: It is certain that thepsychologicalunity, is awidespread status among individuals of the human race, to the extent that it became -in fact- the unlimited presenttruth in our daily lives,in all cases it found in all stages of life, which is generally considered an essential access to understand all the psychological phenomena, and that any defects or problems that could hinder the individual from achieving its natural social interaction, may lead him to enter the circle of social and psychological disorders, if not find a proper guidance and understanding his needs and problems,naturally , if we want to give the employee a safe environment so he can be psychological and socially adapted through it, we must identify his problems and needs and specially hispsychologicalneeds and obstacles to satisfy them, because the failure to satisfy the psychological needs generate to the individual the tensions and psychological stressors lead to disorder in psychological health, which may cause failure in the performance of his career to the fullest, and make him unable to get natural adaptation with himself and his environment. The following research objectives havebeen set : 1. Building a measure of the psychological unityof Baghdad University staff. 2. Building a measure of the psychological needs of Baghdad University staff. 3. Identificationof the level of psychological unity of BaghdadUniversitystaff. 4. Identificationof the level of the psychological needs of Baghdad University staff. 5. Identificationof the relationship of psychological needs with psychological unity among Baghdad University staff. 6.Identification of the order of the psychological needs ofBaghdad University staff. The research sample containing (400) employees -malesand females- at the University of Baghdad, were selected randomly, andthe paragraphs scale psychological unity in its final form have been prepared of (55) paragraphs, and the preparation of the paragraphs of standard psychological needs of the staff of the University of Baghdad after identifying areas of the scale of (7) areas, the phrases have been distributed on them the paragraphs have been distributed on the areas, and thus a whole of the total number of itemsbecome (80) paragraphs. 1. The results of the first and the second objective indicate to the effectiveness of the psychological unity measure and the psychological needs measure of the staff of the University of Baghdad in the measurement and extracting the results by multiple statistical methods. 2. The results of the third objectiveindicate to the presence of a high proportion of university staff with a high level of psychological unityand the amount (41%) and percentage (30%) of those with mid-level and the percentage (29%) of those with a low level of psychological unity. 3. The result of the fourth objectiveshowed the presence of a high proportion of university staff with a high level of psychological needs and the amount (37%) and the proportion (32%) with the average level of psychological needs and the proportion (31%) of those with low level of psychological needs. 4. The result of thefive objective showed the presence of a relationship between the psychological unity and the psychological needs of Baghdad University staff. 5. The results of this objective indicate that there are some psychological needs require to satisfy them, since they take priority in the order of the staff, which got percentages between (96.25 to 75%), and they representing a high proportion as the researcher thinks.
