Although there are many wrong concepts concerning women's practicing strength exercises modern scientific concepts proved just the opposite . Using correct methods in training depending on their muscular abilities will have a positive effect on development performance . Men's training load is similar to women's training load but it is difficult to determine women's maximum repetition . The problem of the research lies in finding the perfect method to determine light weights to develop beginners' muscular strength . The Aims Of the research are : • Finding a relationship between maximum repetitions and body weight in female beginners in strength exercises using lifting weigths identical to the weight of the body . • Identifying the effect of maximum repetitions with body weight on the development of muscular strength in beginners. The research is conducted on (22) female students of the college of Physical Education /University of Baghdad. After finding the correlative relationships the percentage was determined 30% and 50% of the weight of the body as maximum load. According to this the subjects are divided into two experimental groups : • First Group; the training intensity was 30% of body weight as a training load . • Second Group ; the training intensity was 50% of body weight as a training load . After pre tests the two groups indulged in the proposed training program that depends on maximum repetitions for six weeks then post tests were conducted. • The researcher came up with the following results: • There is a correlative relationship between maximum repetitions and body weight in female beginners till 50% of body weight and there are nocorrelative relationships in 75% of body weight . • maximum repetitions using 30% and 50% of body weight affect muscular strength development in female beginners. Finally the researcher recommended the following : • Paying attention to programming and training muscular strengthto women because it develops their muscular strength . • Giving priority to maximum repetition method when training women .
The research aims at identifying the effect of biomechanical analysis using observation on the development of the performance of forehand ,bakhand and the servci on players who have difficulty in learning this skills. The subject of the research were (20) third year students of the college of physical education/university of Baghdad. The researcher excluded all players who are good in performing this skills. The researcher Proceduer tests to forhand ,bakhand and speed serv . and given learning mechanical feedbak after limitation important mechanchal mistakes from perform skills by observer. Finally he conducted the proper statistical methods to find the results.
The researchers conducted this study to indicate that evaluation and measurement in identifying the capacities and levels of development whether physical, skill, or physiological still need more attention. Most measurement tools witnessed great development like the methods of training. The study aimed at identifying the effect of the training program on physical abilities as well as alactic and skill abilities. The subjects were young volleyball players of the age 19 years old. The researchers used the experimental method. They also used scientific tools for measurement. They concluded that the players' physical and skill abilities affect their level of alactic capacity .The researchers recommended selecting sport specific physical abilities that suits their age to develop the muscle to be able to resist fatigue and maintain the level of achievement.
THE AIM OF THE STUDY WAS TO IPENTIFY THE EFFECT OF PROPOSED TRAINING PROGRAM FOR AGILITY TO DEVELOP THE ACCURACY OF SOME OFFENCE SKILLS IN HANDBALL THE RESEARCMER HYPOTHESISED THAT THERE ARE SIGNIFICANT DIFFERENCES IN OFFENCE SKILLS BETWEEN PRE AND POST TEST . ANOTHER HYPOTHESIS WAS THAT THE PROPOSED TRAINING PROGRAM HAS POSITIVE EFFECT ON AGILITY .44 GOLLEGE STUDENTS SERVED AS ASAMPLE .SAMPLE WAS DEVIDED INTO TWO GROUPS IMENTAL AND CONTROL GROUP . BOTHE GROUPS UNDERWENT THE SAME TESTS . THE RESULTS REVEALED THAT THERE ARE SIGNIFICANT DIFFERENCES BETWEEN GROUPS IN POST TESTS –W AGILITY AND OFFENCE SKILLS . THE STUDY RECOMMANDED USING THIS PROGROM FOR BETTER ACHEIVEMENT IN HANDBALL .
The present study aimed at exploring the effect of anairabc tranings on some biochemical variables in blood and the level of performance in 110 hurdles sprints -The study was carried out at a sample of Anbar province Track and Field Team in (110) hurdles sprint skill. They were 4 in number . preperformance measurement of members of the sample in addition to the selection of biochemical variables such as calcium , potassium , sodium , cruiatur , phosphates and phosphocainise were taken by the specialized working team following the proper scientific procedures . The training program designed by the researchers was applied for (8) weeks of (6) training seasons poor week using the highly periodic technique (80-90%) of the optined individual energy . postperformance tests were carried out using the same technique adopted in preperformace tests . Data and results were collected and statistically processed . Then , they were introduced in tables and analysed and discussed in a scientific mithodologys referring to scientific sowerces . Results have shown that was aerial traininge of highly intensium periodic technique led to an important in the concertration of biochemical variables under study , in addition to an improvement in the performance of (110) hurdles sprints athletes . The researchers recommended the use of this approach to improve the performance of (110) sprinters . They advocated the use of biochemical variables measurement as a style for the continuaus evaluation of the training and physiological conditions of the athelets to arrive at optined results.
The aim of study is to identify the relationship between state anxiety and phobia with achievement. Subjects were thirty – five elite boxers represented. The fist class clubs during 2005 – 2006. The study used phobia scale and sport anxiety scale for both positive and negative anxiety. Result showed a high negative correlation between phobia and achievement N T. also there was the same high correlation between anxiety and achievement in contest. The study recommended training with concentration on difficulties recovery for better performance.
The idea of research includes the reality of low backpains for the teachers of Baghdad university-Al-jadreia for colleges of (sport education, engineering, sciences-bio and chemistry department) with an attempt comparative between reality of these pains for the teachers of these colleges. The sample of research consist of (75) teachers, 25% sport education, 25% engineering, 25% sciences-bio and chemistry. The researcher used descriptive research. And he concluded the following (there are many teachers of Baghdad university suffer from low back pains) then he recommended the following (it must be tests of the fitness for the new teachers in addition to medical checks for all teachers).

The conclusions is the fast application of the tactical training Effect on the progresses of the skills and some kinds of the speed.
