Abstract- The effect of brainstorming in linguistically grow of garten child The study aimed to identification the effect of brainstorming in linguistically grow of garten child the sample of study is composed from (48)male and female children have been distributed for two groups,one of them is experimental and another is disciplined for every per of garten and pre education,and they have been awarded in a number of variations. For measuring the subordinate variation(linguistically grow)the researcher prepared ascale for this purpose that consist of two parts:the first part the scale of linguistically grow of garten child(4-5 years)and the second part the scale of linguistically grow of pre education child (5-6 years).Consist of every one from (20)shapes of linguistically grow shapes for garten child,and(20)verbal question (20) imagery shapes ,every shape is composed of four different images at out verbal question about linguistically shape.The appearance faith extracted by using copper formula,and the ratio of acceptance was 95,6 %,and the positive faith extracted by extracting the relation of total degree and by analyzing items of scale statistically by conefficient of its recognizing. The constantans was accounted by re-test and by half partition method. To achieve the wanted aim of this study the sessions of brainstorming for garten child has been prepared up to the applied experience unit in governmental children gartens, the appearance faith extracted ,and the constantans was accounted by Scott formula.The sessions for two months. Request to use number statistical methods(the t-test) for two separated samples, connected coefficient B, square K, S-B formula, C formula, Scott formula).the results were as the statistical functional difference out of medium of linguistically grow degres for two children groups, experimental, disciplined groups for post application ,and there is no statistical functional difference out of medium of linguistically grow degres for the children of experimental group upon to the gender variation for post application. On the light of results that has been researched,the researcher has obtained many recommendation and propsale for completing the study and for its developing.

Moral Intelligence and its Relationship with Academic Adjustment for Sixth Year Primary School Pupils Assistant Professor: AFRAA IBRAHIM KHALEEL AL-OBAIDI Siham Aziz Mohsin Al-Ansari Abstract This research aims at measuring the relationship between moral intelligence and academic adjustment for sixth year primary School Pupils. The research is assigned to sixth year primary school pupils- Baghdad –the 2nd karkh of the both genders .The total sample includes (500) pupils .The researchers has built two scales one for Moral Intelligence and another for Academic Adjustment and applied them on the total sample of the research .The researchers treated data by appropriate statistical means .The research has reached the following results: 1- The pupils of sixth year primary school characterized by Moral Intelligence. 2- The pupils of sixth year primary school characterized by Academic Adjustment 3- There is a positive valuable relation between Moral Intelligence and Academic Adjustment According to these results , the researchers have given some recommendations and suggestions.

Abstract Throughout her work with children, the researcher has noticed that some children lack the sense of beauty in spite of the many beautiful things around them . Therefore the study aimed to: - Measuring the aesthetic sense in kindergarten children. - Identifying the differences in the aesthetic sense according to gender (boys and girls). - Identifying the differences in the aesthetic sense according to age (kindergarten and preparatory). The study has been applied on: Kindergarten children of the General Directorate for Education of Rusafa/Karkh. The children's ages ranging between 4- 6 years for two sexes (boys and girls) in Baghdad 2010- 2011. To achieve the goals of the study: The researcher has prepared measure that are: the measure of the aesthetic sense for kindergarten children. The validity of this measures has been approved by many experts. The Discriminatory force of the aesthetic sense and its reliability have been extracted according to the method of re-test, as the Reliability coefficient reached 0.95. After handling the data statistically, the study reached to the following results : - The samples of children of this study have aesthetic sense. - There are no statistic differences in aesthetic sense between the sample children of the study according to gender (boys and girls). - There are statistic differences in aesthetic sense between the children of the preparatory stage.

Abstract The objective of this research to identify the level of job satisfaction among lecturers Iraqi universities on the Law of University Service has determined the research community in the teaching staff or lecturers University (Baghdad, Mustansiriya, Technology, Al-Nahrean) were selected the same of them with a volume of (400) teaching (male and female) to complete the research has been prepared to identify composed of (49) items distributed on four axes and Search Results indicated that the level of job satisfaction among the teaching Iraqi university courses on the law of service is characterized by the presence of positive and job satisfaction and the law in general.

Abstract unacceptable social behaviors, particularly withdrawal behavior that appears in children with autism represent a major problem hindering the process of communication with those around them and therefore the process of mergence with them be difficult. The withdrawal causes a real affect deficit for children with autism limits the possibility of development of their intellectual and mental growth due to their solitude and the weakness of their focus in the acquisition of pedagogical skills and lack the necessary social skills to maintain the relations of friendship and enjoyment of them. withdrawal children fail to participate in group activities as they are reluctant to interact with others, which leads to ignoring or ill-treatment lead to increased isolation, and the cause of their failure or reluctance due to their lack of social skills in dealing and communicating with others, whether in play or talk . seeing that the importance of this subject the researcher pay attention to it. The current research aimed to: 1. Building a tool to diagnosing the withdrawal behavior of the children with autism. 2. Diagnosing children with withdrawal behavior of the children with autism. 3. Application of consulting program for decreasing withdrawal behavior of the children with autism. 4. identify the effectiveness of the program in reducing the withdrawal behavior in children with autism. And the research community of autistic present children at the Institute of Rami, their number (6) children, and at the Institute of Al-Rahman their number (10) children, males and females , and the sample research was (6) from the children with withdrawal behavior, and the number of children that have been diagnosing at Rami Institute was (4) males and (2) children male and female at Al-Rahman Institute in age from (4-6) years old , and in order to achieve the research goals ,three following main tools have been building : First: the tool of diagnosing the withdrawal behavior of the children with autism. Second : consulting program for decreasing withdrawal behavior of the children with autism. Third : the researcher using a digital camera as a developed method, to observing some behaviors and observing the extent of its development before and after the application of consulting program for decreasing withdrawal behavior of the children with autism. Therewith, data has been revised statistically by means of implementation the following methods : ((Pearson's correlation coefficient, Mann Whitney test, chi square, Wilcookson test, keroskal test), The results showed the following : 1. There are statistical significant differences in reducing withdrawal behavior after the implementation of consulting program between the first pre-test and the first post-test for the first post-test . 2. There are statistical significant differences in reducing withdrawal behavior of the children with autism, between the first post-test and the second post-test for the second post-test. 3. There are statistical significant differences in the second post-test and the final post-test for the final post-test. According to these results the researcher reached to a several of important recommendation.

Abstract The research was limited to the teachers of the kindergartens in Baghdad ( Rusafa – Karkh ) in 2009 - 2010 . The sample included 160 teachers and 160 children. The researcher selected 10% from the kindergartens in each directorate on Rusafa and Karkh randomly. The researcher selected 10 teachers (guiders) intentionally from each selected kindergarten. The researcher made sure of exiting the question by questionnaire distributed on the schoolmasters of the kindergartens and children's families. By the research tools, the researcher built two measurements; the first measurements are for the characteristics of the teacher and the second is for experience of the child according to the scientific procedures measurement. An open questionnaire was directed to the schoolmaster and teachers of the kindergartens. The literatures and previous studies were reviewed. After apply the procedures of the truth and correctness on them, the final tow research tools were formed. The tool of teacher's characteristics included 50 of 60 items and the tool of child's experience included 61 of 65 items . The researcher distributed the measurement of characteristics, in its final form, on the schoolmasters of the kindergarten and the children's families. The measurement of experiences, in its final form, was distributed on the teachers of the kindergarten according to letters of mission facilitation obtained by the general directorates. After analyzing the data statically by using T-test and Berson correlation coefficient, the following points were manifested:- 1- The teachers of the kindergarten have many characteristics. 2- The children of kindergartens have many experiences in various domains. 3- There is positive relationship between teacher's characteristics and obtaining the experiences by the child. 4- There is a relationship between each characteristic of teacher's characteristics and obtaining the experiences by the child. The professional characteristics took the first rank then the mental and psychological characteristics and finally the physical and social characteristics.

Importance of research: current research is gaining importance in many ways, including: 1. Keep pace with the new in the field of education and modern educational strategies. 2. Shed light on innovative education strategy in the teaching of history, which is one of the materials that need to renew the tragedy of instruction methods for students. 3. Out of the monotony and traditional way of teaching to a method and a new strategy to develop the teacher and the learners thinking skills through various educational situations they face, and how it is Accustomed to reflect on the attitudes and problems, and get rid of negative thinking-oriented. 4. Results of this study can contribute to the Testimony of workers to form a history in how the content of the article and in accordance with modern strategies for learning, that develop various aspects of the learner. Aim: The aim of the present research to investigate the effect of the use of Six Thinking Hats strategy on the acquisition of historical concepts and retention of students in fourth grade in the subject of literary history. Hypotheses: 1. No statistically significant differences at the level (0.05) between the average scores of students who studied using the six hats and strategy between the average scores of students who studied using the traditional method in the achievement test. 2. No statistically significant differences at the level (0.05) between the average scores of students who studied using the six hats and strategy between the average scores of students who studied using the traditional method of testing retention. Search limits: 1. Oaadadiat one of the city of Baghdad for the academic year 2010-2011. 2. Sample of students in fourth grade preparatory - literary branch. 3. Doors (the first, second, third, fourth, fifth) book on the history of the Arab Islamic civilization of the fourth grade literary edition in 2010. 4. Strategy Six Thinking Hats. Search Results: 1. There were significant differences at the level (0.05) between the mean scores of students who studied using the six hats and strategy between the average scores, which studied the traditional way in the achievement test. 2. There is a statistically significant difference between the two sets of research at the level of significance (0.05) for the experimental group which studied the strategy of using the six hats to control who has studied using the traditional method (normal) in the retention test (retention).

Abstract Human exposure in the course of his life to a series of pressures that are problems or difficulties Human faces and objects to the way and hinder it from continuing and require resolution or removed from the way Problems may appear suddenly or difficulties may have warning signs of preparing a human May be simple or complex and may come apart or the ripples of it, and that the most important factors that Lead to the creation of pressure is not to satisfy the basic needs and the private ones. The importance of research in that the teacher is a fundamental pillar in the educational process and the success and failure of these Process depends mainly. Accordingly, the present study aimed to know the status of the pressures of work relationship with the teachers of the settings Primary schools, and to achieve objectives of the research the researcher calculates the validity and reliability The discriminatory power and Altaúa test and Pearson's correlation coefficient and analysis of variance unilateral And test for a posteriori comparisons of the sample by 200 teachers from Primary schools of the city of Baghdad, after calculating the appropriate means to achieve research The following results: 1 - Most of the teachers of the males and females have the pressure of work. 2 - Most of the teachers of the males and females have external control center. 3 - there is a relationship between work stress and control center outside the primary school teachers. 4 - There are no differences in the pressures of work by training courses. 5 - There are no differences in the pressures of work by length of service. 6 - There are differences in the control center and in favor of males. 7 - There are no differences in the control center by training courses. 8 - There are no differences in the control center by years of service. The researcher recommended that officials at the Ministry of Education and the directorates of Education and school administrations Using modern educational methods in teaching, training courses . For all the different disciplines and for both sexes of male and female} {and enrich the libraries School primary school publications diversified and video to highlight the role of rights in The possibility of life and how to control and modify his behavior toward a better life. There are some suggestions given by a researcher for a study to determine the pressures of work And their relationship to the location of internal control. And conduct a study to determine the pressures of work and its relationship to parental treatment methods. And a Study to determine the pressures of work and its relationship to the achievement motivated managers of primary schools.

Abstract : This research aimes to expose the levels of geometrical thinking among the students of mathematic department in Basic Education College at AL-Mustansiriyah University throughout their respondes on the test of geometrical thinking which consists (50) multi- choice items distributed on the first four levels of Van Hiele ( recognition – analysis – ordering – deduction ). The validity and the reliability of the test have been investigated. Besides, the difficulty and its discrimination have been measured. The activity of the wrong variables has been measured. The test has been applied on (180) male and female students of the first, second and third grades. The results revealed that (13.3%) of the students of the first grade,(13.3%) of the students of the second grade and (23.3%) of the students of the third grade have been classified on one of the first four levels ( recognition – analysis – ordering – deduction ). In addition the results revealed that (73.3%) of the students of the first grade,(83.3%) of the students of the second grade and (45%) of the students of the third grade have been classified beneath the recognition level.
