Abstract

Simulation models are considered more important models, for solving real problems in OR, by using, computers programming (WINQSB, LINDO, CPLEX,…) and some modern languages of programming like (Visual C++, Visual Basic, Java). This help the research to obtain optimal solution and knowing simultaneous change by using computer and package especially for big programming problem which required taking a decision award, them by managers, this correlate the relation with project and the project always is under observation. For this reasons, we using simulation procedure for solving three model in OR (which are game theory, and linear programming, and stochastic programming) the comparison between these methods and the methods of package system WINQSB indicates that simulation results is more efficient that (QSB results) since it gives alternative decision according certain strategies, so there were multi solution rather them one solution.

Abstract

Construction a Scale of Creation Personal Characteristics for the University Students. Although the concepts of creative and creation and their mental and personal characteristics are regarded as of the concepts that are common in life in all aspects. While we find many studies, Arab and foreign, that treat this in one way or another, but they did not treat the personal features of the creative people in a procedural manner the Iraqi environment, specifically in the modern age and the unusual things that Iraqis in general, and university students in particular lived. Therefore, the researcher aimed at building a test for the measurement of personal features for the university students. The researcher detected 128 features that the creative share. The studies and researches affirmed that concept. Upon showing them to the experts, they agreed on 60 items for their clarity and the frequency in most of the academic resources. Then, she devised a primary formula for the items by the method of affirmative expressions, and put five alternatives (always, often, sometimes, rarely, none). A random sample was chosen for the test for the item analysis experience of 300 male and female students from scientific and human departments in Baghdad University. The discriminately power of the scores of sample (%27) upper and (%27) lower by the use of the T-test for two independent samples. The item consistency coefficient from the relation of the score of the item to the total score of the scale by the use of Pearson Correlative Coefficient. It turned out that the items enjoy high consistency and indicative, except for two items (6, 58). Therefore, they were ruled off the scale. Only 85 were left. Then, the researcher gave indications of validity of scale which verify the validity of the items by analyzing it logically by the experts and the calculations of the discrimination force of the items, and the calculation of the internal consistency in relation to the scores of the items to the total scores of the scale. The constancy of the scale was calculated by the use the two methods ; Alpha- Kraunbagh to derive the constancy based on the internal consistency and the method of half division between the scores of the odd and pair score of the items, and the correction with Spearman – Braun Equation. Finally, the research recommended some recommendations and suggested other studies serving the workers and researchers in the field.
