Abstract Aim of this research is to evaluate the Singaporean curriculum provided for students in the first stage of basic education on the grounds that this approach pseudonym and is intended for Libyan environment, prompting researchers to ascertain the extent of its relevance to the stage of basic education students in Libya. To this end the researchers prepared questionnaire contains elements curriculum and falls under each element set of criteria have been confirmed sincerity and persistence, were analyzed the goals and content of the curriculum and in accordance with the criteria contained questionnaire as well as evaluating methods of teaching and the means and methods of evaluation used and concluded the researchers set of results using statistical methods appropriate (middle percentage weight) and then discuss the results reached researchers to shortcomings in the Singaporean approach and lack of suitability for pupils of the first phase of basic education, and researchers presented a set of recommendations and proposals

Abstract The impedance from the cognitive field and reliance on it, ambition level, and the academic ego concept are concepts on which too many varied studies had been conducted. The current research aims to the followings: First: Measuring the independence from the cognitive field and the reliance on it of the college students and this done for: the whole sample, the equalization among the degrees in accordance to the sex variable (male, female), specialty variable (scientific, humanistic). Second: Measuring the ambition level of the college students and this done for: the whole sample, the equalization among the degrees in accordance to the sex variable (male, female) and specialty variable (scientific, humanistic) Third: Measuring the academic ego concept of the college students and this done for: the whole sample, the equalization among the degrees in accordance with the sex variable (male, female)and specialty variable (scientific, humanistic). Fourth: Finding out the relation among the independence from the cognitive field, reliance on it, the degrees of ambition level, and the degrees of the academic ego concept and this done for: 1. the whole sample, 2. In accordance with the sex variable (male, female) and the specialty variable (scientific, humanistic). Achieving the aims of this research, the two researchers built three scales to measure the independence from the cognitive field style and reliance on it, ambition level scale, and academic ego concept scale, after being sure about the validity, reliability and the distinctive strength of the mentioned scales sections parts, the research had been conducted on a sample consists of (256) college students who were chosen randomly from (4) colleges: two scientific, and two humanistic colleges from the university of Baghdad. After treating the data statistically by using the suitable statistic tools, this research find the following results: First: concerning the first aim after analyzing the date statistically, we found the college students using the independence from the cognitive field style more than using reliance on it. Furthermore the results appeal that there are no statistically significant differences between the two sexes (male, female) and the two specialty (scientific, humanistic). And there is no statistically significant interaction between the sex and the specialty variables. Second: concerning the second aim the results appeal that the sample of this research has a high ambition level. The results appeal that there are statistically significant differences according to the sex and for the benefit of males. Furthermore there are statistically significant differences according to the specialty and this for the benefit of the scientific displine, and there is statistically significant interaction between the sex and the specialty. Third: concerning the third aim the results appeal that the sample has a high academic ego concept. Furthermore, there are no statistically significant differences according to the sex and specialty variables. And there is statistically significant interaction between the sex and the specialty. Fourth: concerning the fourth aim the results appeal that there is on relation between the independence. Reliance on the cognitive field and the ambition level. Furthermore. There is no significant relation between the independence reliance on the cognitive field and the academic ego concept while, the results show a statistically significant relation between the ambition level and the academic ego concept. In the light of the above mentioned results, the two researchers find a group of recommendations and suggestions. Recommendations: 1. The possibility of making the research centers and specialized committees to get benefit from the three scales which are conducted by the two researchers. 2. Developing the awareness of the higher education's workers about the cognitive style. Suggestions: 1. Conducting a similar study on a larger samples and another community sections. Conducting a study to connect the current research variables with another variables such as education, treatment style, and creativity.

Women bear the responsibility of correcting the view created by men. The importance of this study comes from knowing the most important social limitations of women work in society which effect on many aspects in her life like choosing a career suiting hers and the range of women working in the university of Baghdad – Jadriya complex towards working women for the increase of the number of working women to contribute to the economic activity starting from the principles of the heavenly religions, specially Islam. The study aims at: 1. Knowing the social limitations that should determine the profession of women in society. 2. Knowing the professions which women practiced in history. 3. Comparing the previous studies with this one. 4. Shedding light on the importance of the activities of women in working.

And after creating the science aspects and growth it by children and that is one of goals the Education and this goal is requested a style education includes a corrective scientific aspects and creating them and getting them by experience that getting it by visits many places of nurseries and meeting some of teachers and search about the program working and application it and notes a problem that summarized that is not found a science program used by teacher to teach the science aspects for children that realized her goals and needs to grow. The problem of search is limited by answer the following question (the experimental program suggestion is influenced in development some of scientific aspects at nursery's children? proposed program have an impact in developing kindergarten kids' some scientific concepts? The following Research targets: 1. Building up a tool for detecting the kindergarten kids' scientific concepts level within the (Research perimeters) . 2. Establishing a program aiming to developing kindergarten children's some scientific concepts 3. Identifying the impact of the program in developing kindergarten children's some scientific concepts by considering the following hypotheses: a- There are no statistical reference differences between the children's empirical group average marks on the scientific concepts scale in the pre-and post test, b- There are no statistical reference differences between the children's control group average marks on the scientific concepts scale in the pre- and post test, c- There are no statistical, reference differences between the children's empirical and control groups average marks on the scientific concepts scale after applying the program. Developing the following scientific concepts: 1. The Air The research specimen has included the following: Specimen of identifying the kindergarten children 2. The Sounds 3. The Heat 4. The Colors (1) Preliminary at age of (5-6) years old, (400) kids have been randomly selected from (16) kindergarten in the city of Baghdad- Al- Karkh and Al- Resafa (2) The sample of applying the program was taken from the sample of identifying as it includes the low marks kids on the scientific concepts scale and they were selected intentionally from the identifying sample. Total of (40) kids from Al Faris and Al- Narjis. . They were divided into two empirical groups consisting of two groups consisting of (20) kids and a control group consisting of (20) kids after the equivalence between both the empirical and control groups has been made of (children's marks on the scientific concepts scale in the pre- and post test, the age, the gender, father's academic qualification, mother's academic qualification, father's occupation, mother's occupation, number of family members, child's order in birth dear to achieve the Research objectives, the researcher made two pints: 1. Establishing a scale, for measuring kindergarten kids' scientific concepts,, as the researcher has defined general concepts included in the Research; they are: (air, sounds, heat, colors), then, she broke down each general concept into sub- concepts and she formulated (133) items, they represent a set of behavioral goals. Each one of the general concepts and its sub- concept contents initiated with behavioral observable and measurable action as follows: The first concept is the air which includes 41 behavioral goals. The second concept is the sounds which includes 30 behavioral goals. The third concept is the heat which includes 30 behavioral goals. The fourth concept is the colors which includes 33 behavioral goals. 2. Establishing a program for developing the scientific concepts which have been defined and the credibility and firmness of the scale and the program have been verified by presenting it to a group of experts in the field f the educational sciences and psychology and kindergartens. The researcher has used the statistical approaches in accordance with the Research objectives and requirements, as follows: - Man Whtney's test, the following test, , Welkoksin's test. Berson correlation coefficient - Al Fakir Witbakh formulation. Research has concluded a set of findings, the most important of h are: 1. There are statistical reference differences between the two averages of the pre- test of both empirical and control groups. 2. There are statistical reference differences between the two averages of the post- test of both empirical and control groups.

Abstract A comparative study between the emotional responses in patients with blood pressure on a scale of music types characteristics compared with responses to some Healthy patients Nuha Hamed Taher The problem of the study and its significance: Due to the increasing pressures of life continually, and constant quest behind materialism necessary and frustrations that confront us daily in general, the greater the emergence of a number of cases of disease organic roots psychological causing them because of severity of a lack of response to conventional treatments (drugs), and this is creating in patients a number of emotional disorders resulting from concern the risk of disease That is interested psychologists and doctors searching for ways to find other treatment be more useful with these patients in terms of material and physical, including music therapy.. The studies revealed the modern power of music to lift the mood, and get rid of some emotional disorders, causing an improvement in blood pressure in patients, as well as improving communication skills of their own, as the music's ability to make the patient in a state of joy and happiness, as well as working to increase self-confidence and get rid of the fear of the disease. Aims of the research:- 1-Identify the type of emotional responses for patients with blood pressure, type two (high and low) on a scale type specification in the circumstances of the music (taking drugs, work), and compared with the responses of healthy patients in the same conditions depending on the variable (sex, and function). 2 - identify the type of emotional responses for patients with blood pressure, type two (high and low) on a scale type specifications of music in the circumstances (not taking drugs, vacation work), and compared with the responses of healthy patients in the same conditions depending on the variable (sex, and function). The limits of the study: Limited research on the study of type responses emotional music for patients with hypertension (high and low) and responses healthy patients with some minor illnesses (flu and cough) among a sample of students and staff of the University of Belarusian government in the province (Minsk) for the academic year 2012 Research procedures: - Adopted researcher in this study approach to the comparative study, in order to achieve the objectives of the research has built scale measures the kinds of music and specifications, which translated to Russian language commensurate with the community discussed (Belarus). The measure of a damaged (29)item, and damaged the meter itself of three musical notes in order to identify the extent of emotional responses to the sample of the music.These melodies are ((dvork,Mozart,straus). The study sample consisted (comparison) of (56) individuals who were divided into two groups. Each group consisted of (28) individuals. The first group included patients who suffer from hypertension (high and low), and the second group consisted of patients who suffer from diseases flu and cough. Each group was divided in turn according to the sex variable, and function to (14) patients were male and (14) of the women, and (14) patients and staff (14) of the students. The researcher applied the measure with them to listen to the music composed by the two conditions: - 1 - The first envelope (taking drugs, and work) 2 - The second envelope (not taking drugs, and vacation work). In order to apply the scale, the researcher extracted validity and reliability him. Where the researcher offered items scale with melodies on a group of experts in order to extract the face validity, as well as the extracted researcher construct validity and discrimination power, plus it was extracted reliability of the scale Cronbach alpha. And thus became the scale in favor of the application .. Results of the study: - First - the emotional responses of patients with blood pressure similar to the emotional responses of patients suffering from diseases (flu, cough). Except two cases: - 1 - characterized by a group of male disease ill blood pressure responses emotional range of top male ill (flu and cough) in the second phase of the music (dvork) 2 - characterized by a group of male patients suffering from diseases blood pressure responses emotional range of top male ill (flu and cough) in the first phase of the music (Mozart). Second: - The types of music used in the current research on the impact responses of patients in general. After obtaining the results of the study researcher presented a number of recommendations and suggestions for the use of music for patients with blood pressure.

Summary: The research explores the shapes preferred by children and the extent to which it can be utilized on the experimental kindergarten at the Woman’s School of Education. To achieve the goal, the researcher has displayed pictures that have been chosen from within the research boundaries which represent four categories: Geometrical shapes which included (squares, rectangles, triangles, and circles), agricultural shapes which included (apples, oranges, bananas, and grapes), motion pictures shapes (cartoon characters) which included (Jerry the mouse, Twitty the bird, Bugs Bunny the rabbit, and Winnie the pooh), and animal shapes which included (dogs, fishes, frogs, and horses) to the sample children of (60) child (boys and girls) that have been randomly chosen from four different kindergartens from the city of Baghdad, with that an observation sheet of the shapes demonstrated was used with two fields (prefer, does not prefer) where the researcher recorded the children’s response. After eliminating redundancies and using the percentile method to draw statistics, the following results came out (from most preferred to least – per category): • Geometrical shapes are: rectangular, circle, square, triangle • Agricultural shapes: bananas, grapes, apples, oranges • Cartoon characters: Twitty the bird, Bugs Bunny the rabbit, Jerry the mouse, Winnie the pooh • Animal shapes: fish and horse shared 1st, dog, frog Then these results were checked against the furniture in the experimental kindergarten at the Women’s School of Education / Kindergarten Department and the results showed that most of these shapes were not utilized at the kindergarten even though it is a standardized kindergarten. Based on the results of the research, the researcher advised with recommendations to utilize the shapes most preferred by the kindergarten children in different ways that the children interact with them, for example: Furniture, toys, utensils, teaching tools, beddings, carpets, curtains, etc.

Abstract The aim of this research is to find a relation between self-protection and the social - ignorance of the univresity students. In applying the aims of the reaearch, the ressearcher has constructed two scales to measure self - protection and the social - ignorance. After finding their validity and stability and their discriminative power, the researcher has applied them on a sample of (200) male and female. University students, who were selected randomly. The results of the research has arrived at finding a positive relation between self-protection and social - ignorance. The researcher has recommended a concentration on the role of parents in raising their childern depending on themselves and making further studies on the relation between self - protection and the cultural, social and personal variable.

Summery:- The main purpose of the present research is to identify emotional intelligence for college students and its relation to gender (male-female) , and to identify shyness for college students and its relation to gender(male-female)and to identify the relationship between emotional intelligence and shyness. The sample of the present research consisted of (200) college students , (100)male students and (100)female students randomly selected. scale for measuring emotional intelligence as prepared consists of (46) items according to Golmans theory distributed into five subscales and these are : (self-awareness , emotion management, motivation, sympathy and social skills) and Alobaidi shyness scale is used to assess shyness and it consists of (31) items . And to reveal findings T-test , person correlation coefficient, spearman brown coefficient, Alfa cronbach equation are use as statical devices and the findings revealed that male college students has high level of emotional intelligence and the female college students has high level of shyness.
