The second chapter has offered the theoretical frameworks that dealt with creativity and included early views on creativity and interpretations based on the basis of personal and creative interpretations based on the basis of the creative environment and other trends in the theory. The third chapter included two sections I talked about creativity and its components factors The second dealt with stages of the creative process. Finally the fourth quarter, which dealt with the development of creative thinking strategies and as shown by the results of multiple studies of psychologists to the multiple samples and in several communities.

The need for research coming because of the problems that accompany the decision as a result of the failure Sometimes, poor visualization or the narrow perspective of decision-making than miss the opportunity to choose alternatives or options of the most effective and appropriate to solve a problem. And has received exceptional decision-making process in administrative studies and research to enable the organization to continue its activities and its high efficiency, especially successful that the decision depends on the future, and on a clear vision to achieve the desired goals, here it is occupied decision-making is of extreme importance. The research built on addressing the strategic concepts, cover the destruction of the activities and work of the organization, and give a clear ability and can be guided to achieve harmony and adaptation between ends and means and protect the organization and resources of slipping and deviation The decision-making process is the focus of the administrative process, which is associated with complex realities and values that the organization, which must be careful and cautious in making decisions. And emerged several theories in the development of administrative thought about the decision-making process, including traditional theories and behavioral (humanity), dealt with the development of decision-making process and its stages and the steps that follow it, and administrative problems that require analysis and collection of data required and the sources and factors and criteria that control decision-making and goal achievement. It also touched on the transformations in modern decision-making process, including the transition from totalitarianism to selectivity, and the adoption of scientific method and transform facts and information to the concepts and terminology, and expand decentralized rather than centralized, and overall control to control partial to the distribution of responsibilities and giving flexibility instead of inertia imposed by the central work such as planning, leadership and decision-making and communication that hinder the movement of the organization. The research that the recent developments in the decisions made it possible to overcome the problems associated with decision-making in different environments, and helped in the emergence of technology and electronic management, which played a major role in providing information, data and build information systems and decision support at the levels of the organization's strategic as well as a shift in thought patterns creative and future outlook in decision-making.

Abstract The effective of utilization Blending learning on academic achievement in Biology course of second class students in secondary special schools in Omdurman Locality and attitudes towards it This research aimed to definite Blending learning (BL) technique, and to know the impact of its use onacademic achievement in Biology course of second class students in secondary special schools in Omdurman Locality and attitudes towards it, to achieve this; researcher adopted the experimental method. The sample was selected of (41) students, chosen from Atabiyah school, were divided into two equals groups: one experimental group reached (26) students studied by using the BL technique, and the second control group (25) students have been taught in the traditional method. Data has collected by using two tools: achievement test and a questionnaire for measuring the attitudes towards Blending learning. On the light of the research questions and hypothesis; data were processed by using appropriate statistical methods. The most important results of the research as follows: - There are differences of statistical significance, at the level of (0.05) between the averages of the degrees of experimental group students who have studied by BL, and the averages of the degrees of control group who studied by traditional method in the post achievement test, in favor of the experimental group. There are positive attitudes of statistical significance, at the level of (0.05) for the sample who responded to the questionnaire for measuring the attitudes towards BL. The researcher concluded his studies with a number of recommendations and suggestions. Abstract This study aims at measuring the sectarian prejudice attitude with sample of college student and secondary school students. It also aims at detecting the impact of similarities and differences of the sectarian belief with the parents on the development of sectarian prejudice with their parents according the following variables (gender,grade,achievement of the parents). The study restricted by a sample consists of (Baghdad,Al-mustansiriya,and Al-Qadisiyah) students and the fourth grade students (males and female). To achieve the goal of this study , the researcher built atoll to measure the sectarian prejudice attitude after verifying its psychometric characteristics , after analyzing the data by applying (t-test) of two independent samples and (one way anova), the researcher reaches on that the number of the students with low level of prejudice is less who with low level of prejudice , and the mean of the students who their parents from the same sect is less than the students who their parents from different sect . also there are differences in sectarian prejudice attitude between the students of the university of Baghdad and the students of Al-Qadisiyah for the university of Al-Qadisiyah. The study reveals differences in sectarian prejudice attitude due to the achievements of parents for the low levels of achievements, where there are no differences due to sex variable.

Summary: Cognitive mapping in humans is the process of coding, storing, and processing information that. Can be used in special behavior . Several scientific Domains interfere in the concept of cognitive maps including cognitive Psychology and environmental Psychology. Three papers at the start of the last century introduced the concept of cognitive maps , ( Gulliverʼs ,1908 ) brief note mentioned such maps in the context of teaching children orientation and there was a paper published by ( Hutorowicz , 1911 ) comprising an abridged translation of a monograph written by ( B .F .Adler ) on the ( maps of primitive peoples ) and that was followed shortly after by ( Trowbridgeʼs ,1913 ) article on " Imaginary maps" which provided the first clues to the structure of cognitive maps . Edward chace Tolman who used and developed the concept of cognitive maps in his article (Cognitive maps in Rats and man ,Tolman ,1948 ) . The feature of a cognitive map, according to Tolman, is the ability to make novel short – cut between two points. The concept of cognitive map has elicited considerable interest over the years. Tolmanʼs results seem to imply that animals or humans go beyond the information given when they go directly to a goal after having learned an indirect path. This study has several conclusions, and the most important one is that some modifications broadened the range of cognitive maps that let it to be applied to several fields, including Psychology, anthropology, organizational management, education and political science.

Abstract Concentrated research problem by low satisfaction of the human element, which is the mainstay key to the success of organizations and achieve their goals, so it has to be interest in it, and work to his satisfaction and the achievement of its objectives, has prevailed belief in special cases that the human element is forced to work, have resulted from that neglect, especially in the non-governmental organizations , and thus a marked decline in the performance of employees in government agencies, and thus became necessary to search for a solution of the problem and by improving satisfaction. And suffers some of the staff of the Ministry of Education, like other employees in government institutions different from the low level of satisfaction, because of the lack of salaries of some, especially in the lower ranks, and do not put them in the right place or the practice of their specialty, non-distribution of jobs according to their abilities, aptitudes and interests, and inequity in the distribution of promotions, incentives and bonuses Incentive pay scale, and the way to deal with management, which may reflect negatively on the quality of performance in these General Directorates of Education. Accordingly, the research question can be formulated as follows: - To what extent job satisfaction among employees of the Ministry of Education in the Directorate General for Education in the provinces? The importance of research originate of the General Directorates of Education is pivotal in the areas of its presence, as it oversees all activities, and provides educational services to a wide range of educational institutions and students in their geographical boundaries, as well as the quality of the performance of employees and morals and loyalty to their institutions and their duties professional and educational about their depends on the a Harmony of their work and their sense of comfort and stability in the course of their work, which drives them to improve their productivity and quantity. Either the objectives of the research have focused to identify the impact of factors of job satisfaction following (job satisfaction, satisfaction with pay, satisfaction with the method of management and supervision, satisfaction with pay, growth and upgrading, stability in work) on the performance of employees, and provide suggestions and recommendations that will help to raise the level Job satisfaction in the General Directorates of Education for all provinces (except Kurdistan). Either the most important recommendations reached by the search 1 - to strengthen the relationship between senior management and staff to contribute to the integration of the employee with his constituency through mutual respect, appreciation and fruitful cooperation, and teamwork. 2 - Develop a system of rewards and incentives to ensure full justice to employees, so as to reward outstanding and to hold negligent in his work, because it encourages employees to deliver the best.

Abstract: The relationship of the guilty conscience with the psychological health among the students of the University of Baghdad submitted by; Dr.Nada Raheem On of the psychological disorders that the human encounters is guilty conscience, this feeling is negative and affects on the individual and on those around him and harms the psychological health of the individual. since the university students slice is one of the important slices in the community which the country dependes on their abilities , their energies and their faculties in the construction and development, the university professors and specialists in the field of education and psychology who are around them should help them in achieving psychological balance and adjustment with themselves and with others, the following research objectives have been set : 1.Building measurement of guilty conscience among university students. 2. Building measurement of psychological health of university students. 3. Identifying the level of guilty conscience among the students of the University of Baghdad. 4. Identifying the level of psychological health among the students of the University of Baghdad. 5. Identifying the relationship of the guilty conscience with the psychological health among the students of the University of Baghdad. The sample of the research included (200) university students were randomly selected from colleges of the scientific and humanitarian specialties at the University of Baghdad, the items of guilty conscience measurement has been arranged of (40) items, and the items of psychological health measurement has been arranged and it also includes (40) items , after the use of statistical methods the results showed the following : 1. The results of the first and the second goal indicate to the effectiveness of the measurement of guilty conscience and psychological health measurement in the measure and extraction results in several statistical ways. 2. The results of the third goal indicate that medium percentage and not low, amounting (75.5%) of university students suffer from guilty conscience . 3. The results of the fourth goal also indicate to a medium percentage of amounting (77.5%) of students have bad compatibility in psychological health. 4. The results of the fifth goal indicate to the negative inverse existence relationship between guilty conscience and psychological health, and in light of the following results and the researcher put some appropriate recommendations and proposals.

Abstract Aim of the current research is to know: - 1 - mental loneliness among university students. 2 - personal attributes according to the model of the list of top five factors of personality among the students of the university. 3 - differences in mental loneliness by variable sex (male - female) 4 - Differences in the top five factors of personality variable by sex (male - female). 5 - The relationship between loneliness psychological and personality traits according to the model of the list of top five factors of personality among the students of the university. To achieve this used researcher scale Badri (2010) to feel loneliness and list five factors grand figure of Costa and Macri and conducted Ptribha Ansari (1997) after confirmation of _khasaúsma psychometric terms of validity and reliability, and dish scales on a sample of university students numbered (200) students selected interim random manner and in a manner equal distribution. The results showed that the students do not have a sense of loneliness, and university students Atzmon Banbsatih, openness and good and vital conscience nor Atzmon Balasabih, no significant differences between males and females in the sense of loneliness and any other factor of five factors of personality, as results showed that Extraversion and good and openness and vitality of conscience have a negative relationship function either neurotic, they linked to a sense of loneliness positive relationship function, and in light of this researcher reached some conclusions and put some of the recommendations and proposals to complement the current search.

ABSTRACT The Decision Making Process (DMP) is considered the vital from the point of view intellectuals. That is because of its effect on performance and the level of productivity of the workers in any organization. In the educational organization in particular, it plays a pivotal role in the technical, managerial and supervision fields. In addition to the productivity there was a great effect on the moral of the workers in all part of the organization, self respect and the problem solving approach to all work difficulties and challenges. All that leads to a better working environment where goals are achieved in a collaborative effort. According to the above, this research aspires to achieve the following: 1- To recognize the level of the participation in the DMP in the Directorate general of education in Baghdad from the division managers. 2- The variation that affects the calculation of the results of participation in the DMP from the length of service experience, (more/less than ten years in actual service). This research was done on the division managers in the directorate general of education in Baghdad area, for the academic year (2012-2013). Sixty participants were chosen randomly. from the 65 % of the allocated study of 108 division manager, which is the total figure. A 32 point questioner was composed for this research. To grant the measure the actual level of participation of the studied group. The result was: A very low level of participation was detected, which meant that there was negligible difference in the answers that were given by participants with more or less than ten years in service

Research Summary The Imam Al-Ghazali was born in 450 AH and died in 505 AH; he is considered the most prominent scholars of his time, intellectuals and one of the main poles of Education and Psychology. Imam Ghazali was talk about the self-humanitarian and used four words, namely (self and heart and soul and mind) and wanted by the substance existing in human terms is the fact that not separates between what is myself and what is my body and turned his attention on the theoretical aspects and use three scientific methods in this direction (method of introspection and the method of observation and psychological analysis method). This research is of great significance for several reasons 1- The importance of going through the phase of male and female students as a basic and important stage in their lives and it is basically in the process of rehabilitation and groomed from the scientific and practical. So it was by believing researcher directing growth at this stage and confirm the acquisition of knowledge and different values and trends confirmed by Imam Ghazali in his educational theory. 2- Importance of books and literature forward Ghazali counties contain these books and authors of valuable information important in education, psychology, and this enables the students to understand the facts, concepts, principles and laws of these books and the possibility of their investment in her quest to maintain the integrity and development, all of this has closely linked to the process of education, which seeks to provideand paper community in Iraq. 3- Find response to the recommendations of several conferences and seminars, regional and international, which confirmed to carry out research and studies in the field of Education and Psychology Objective of this research: This research aim to study the theory of Education for theImam Al-Ghazali Recommendations: 1- Utilization of educational and ethical standards confirmed by Imam al-Ghazali and to guide students in all faculties of education and guidance of teachers in the Ministry of Education, courses and guide the faculty in all Iraqi universities. 2- Confirmation of students on educational experiences and morality by doing research and scientific studies. Suggestions: 1- Conduct a similar study to find out the educational and ethical implications of Education curriculum in teacher training colleges. 2- Conduct a similar study to find out the educational and ethical implications in the curricula of all of Iraq's universities.
