Used 900 eggs fertilized with Jenin district in six transactions by 150 eggs per treatment were randomly assigned to three replicates ( 50 eggs each repeater ) and the experimental treatments were as follows : 1 - the first treatment ( negative control ) : fertilized eggs with embryos left alive without injection . 2 - The second treatment ( positive control ) : fertilized eggs with embryos alive injection 0.3 ml per egg sterile distilled water only on the seventh day of fetal life . 3 - The third treatment : fertilized eggs with live embryos injected with 0.3 ml Lactobacillus acidophilus bacteria and bacterial number 107 for each egg in the seventh day of fetal life . 4 - Fourth treatment : fertilized eggs with live embryos injected with 0.3 ml bacteria Bacillus subtilus and the number of bacterial 107 per egg on the seventh day from the age of the fetus . 5 - Fifth treatment : fertilized eggs with embryos injected with live bacteria Bifidobacterium 0.3 ml and the number of bacterial 107 per egg on the seventh day from the age of the fetus . 6 - Treatment VI: fertilized eggs with embryos alive injection 0.3 ml mixture of bacteria and the number of bacterial above 108 per egg on the seventh day of fetal life . The traits in this study is the average weight of chicks at hatching and the percentage of the vitality of chicks and the percentage of deformed chick embryos .     The results of the experiment to be injected bacteria boosters vital Khalathm has led to a rise in highly significant (P ≤ 0.01) in each of the rate of weight chick Alvaks newly percentage of vital chicks with a significant decrease (P ≤ 0.05) in the percentage of chick embryos distorted compared with paperwork control positive and negative control .
