The aim of current research is to study the marketing awareness and its impact on consumer protection, when the market of Kurdistan region in general and the market of Dohuk Governate, in particular has become an open market for imported products as well as many local products, moreover the absence of the supervision and quality control, and this will reflected in one way or another on consumer protection, and also the physical and psychological damage through a number of deceptive marketing practices, either in production, or distribution, or promotion, or in pricing. And the marketing deception under the current circumstances became an ordinary and commercial style at the same time, regardless to the consumer social responsibility and ethics should be adopted by the producers or distributors, and others. In order to reach and cover the theoretical framework of the research, The researchers designed a questionnaire including the two dimensions of the study with some options covering that dimensions. And (67) copies of that questionnaire were distributed on a number of consumption units in the Dohuk Governate, and after data collecting and analyzing, the research concluded a set of results in which the most important as following: 1. The level of education and income are the most important factors that influencing consumer awareness for the families researched. 2. As the greater awareness of the families examined, there were an increased degree of protection from physical and psychological damages that affected them. 3. The families examined need protection, in addition to the role of the state and non-governmental organizations that play a major role in educating consumers and protect them from damage incurred by their ignorance in the use of products, and exploit of producers of that ignorance to supply products not conforming to the specifications.

The purpose of this study is to explore the impact of employee empowerment on the banking services quality (afield study on the banking sectors in Jordan), two variables are adopted for this study, the empowerment as an independent variable(decisions taking, teamwork ,promotion and incentives) and the quality of banking services as dependent variable (top management commitment, training and education, customer focus) . Questionnaire has been formed and designed by researchers to obtain information on the study. The sample includes (95) of staff members in the commercial banks and operating workers in the Jordan banks,different suitable descriptive and scientific statistical and the official reports concerned eith the study. tools were used to test the questions and study hypotheses. The findings show the following: 1. Results of the study found that banks in Jordan improved management of quality banking services in its three dimensions. 2. The study concludes that there is significant effect of the combined dimensions of empowerment in the quality of banking services in its three dimensions. 3. A significant impact for empowerment related to decisions taking on the quality of banking services to banks in Jordan. In light of the findings of the study concludes to the following recommendations: 1. Increase the interest by banks in Jordan on the subject of empowerment. 2 . Make more attention to the empowerment of motivations in banks of Jordan.

The Research aims to Financial Intelligence and Financial Intelligent Analyst as one of the most important contemporary issues in the field of finance. The subject search through the test controversial relationship between the qualifications of a financial analyst and efficiency of financial markets (Jordan Model), across testing three hypotheses. The results of the first hypothesis indicated to the existence of significant relationship statistically significant between the qualifications of a financial analyst in one side, and between them and the efficiency of the emerging market on the other. While the findings of second hypothesis confirmed the existence of significant effect of analyst qualifications to provide the requirements of the emerging financial markets efficiency, and the third hypothesis confirmed the findings of a significant effect of the qualifications of a financial analyst in improving the efficiency of emerging financial markets, as part of the requirements of the efficiency.

The research aims to describe and diagnose the most important competitive priorities for tourism services in chosen companies for pilgrimage and "omrah" in Mosul City, and since competitive priorities represent strong points possessed by the organization only and not by it`s competitors, and these competitive priorities are basically dependant on the expertise of staff in the induction of the environmental conditions of organizations and competitors and knowing customers in order to attain the competitive advantage for the organization and to strengthen it`s power in dealing with the organizational chances so to stay within the framework of competition, so the researchers attempt to include this dimension in the research. In general the research attempts to give an answer to the inquiry which is confined to classifying the order of the competitive priorities which are adopted by the organizations under research and through which the organization can attain the competitive advantage and at the same time indicating not to suppose the availability of the presence of classified competitive order of the priorities which are usually adopted by organizations under research in order to attain the competitive advantage and these were tested by statistical methods so to analyse the collected data in order to get information through the questionnaire which was distributed to (35) persons represented by managers and employees of the organizations under research. The research concludes to some conclusions the most important of which what was clear from the results that described and diagnosed competitive priorities that the accuracy of the time of delivery of service attained the first rank in attracting customers to deal with tourist organizations, then the cost followed by quality, in addition to reputation and finally elasticity as the customer always search for the accuracy of time of delivery of service and a reasonable cost as the basis upon which suggestions for the research were set.

The study attempts to show the role of the public Relations Managing in enhancing principles of Total Quality Management in the sports sector, as it has become one of the most important industrial sectors promotes the country's existing economic status . The study was conducted on a sample of Athletics of the Erbil football sports club. Football was chosen because of being popular activity that receives interest from majority population of the governorate of Erbil, as well as fans from other Iraqi governorates besides. There is a appropriate base for this type of sports in the city, such as stadiums, equipments, players, trainers, and training camps. The researcher used a set of statistical methods in the analysis of data depending on the Likert scale of five degrees in the design of the questionnaire form. The study was presented a set of conclusions and proposals that came in line with the results of the analysis, and the most important was: a significant correlation as found between public relationship management and TQM principles. The study also presented an important proposal stating the following: the necessity to pay attention with the concept of relationship management and taking the subject seriously in sports clubs, particularly those which seek to achieve competitive excellence and access to the higher levels .

The investment and financing mechanisms based on interest in the banks one of the main causes of the financial and economic crises plaguing the global economy. The sail of salaam is the adequate system of interest applicable in the banks، The problem of the search include several questions first، what actions accounting for the sale of salaam in Islamic banks and their compatibility with the Islamic accounting standards second what are the requirement for these procedures . And third is the efficiency and effectiveness of these measures in the provision of appropriate information . The research aims to clarify the process of the salaam selling and rulings legitimacy and procedures own research found number of conclusions and recommendation ,mainly the sale of salaam is adequate alternative system of interest, and the accounting system in Iraqi banks needs some adjustments for the purpose of applying these measures.

Omar Bin Abdul Aziz Lived in the seventh century (681-720), and is one of the most famous Umayyad caliphs and was interested Shura and policy in response grievances and sequestration of all the oppressine governors, and raise grievances about the pro and dhimmis and the setting up of justice for the people of Samarkand and freedoms in his country, such as political andeconomic freedom. The economic reform issues important in the Middle East, and especially in the province of Kurdistan _ Iraq, and the world has seen of a quantum leap, both for aspects of political, economic, and lies objective of this research to identify and clarify the experience of economic reform with Omar Bin Abdul Aziz, in order to enriching project of economic reform in the Kurdistan Region - Iraq. The problem of the research lies in the lack of clarity economic reforms with Omar Bin Abdul Aziz, making it difficult to take advantage of them in the province of Kurdistan _ Iraq. The hypothesis of the search that the economic reform process is of great significance in the political stability and economic region, and lead to anti-economic and administrative corruption in the province.

This research built a simulation model of the cans line mobilization process yogurt in the Mosul dairy factory to see average waiting time per can and the average number of cans that remain in the queue before the filling process. Where the model was built using Microsoft Excel and queuing model used for this study is the kind of M/M/1:(FcFs,∞,∞).The results are that the time of waiting for each packet in the queue about (17) minutes and the average number of cans in the queue is (206) can of the total cans (1440 packqge) for that day.

The new global economic (economic globalization) regards as, a system based on the integration of production, distribution and use of goods and services between the economies of the world, including the reorganization of production and overlapping industries across borders and the spread and similar goods consumed for different countries, has sort this economic system implications on the economies of countries in the world, Based on the above assumed find the new global economic order (economic globalization), a significant positive impact on the performance of basic economic sectors three of the Egyptian economy, expressed as the added value of the agricultural sector and the industrial and agricultural and service sectors to achieve telecom hypothesis, adopted those find analytical descriptive statistical, quantivitate analysis as well as the use of Statistical analysis quantitative reference to the Egyptian economy for the time period from 1970-2010, has included research axes, consider first the framework of theoretical and conceptual system the new global economic (economic globalization), and the second focused on the practical framework for measuring the impact of new global economic order(economic globalization)in the performance of the basic economic sectors of the Egyptian economy. Perhaps the most important conclusions of the research, that the impact of new global economic (economic globalization) was negative significantly to the agricultural sector, and the impact positively weak on the industrial and service sectors, but the most important proposals that came out of the search, that improving the reality of the agricultural sector by granting easy loans to farmers, as well as improving the tax system.

The study seeks to explain the impact of the word of the mouth in Purchase Decisions. Thus, the study adopted the subject of word of mouth in the field study considering it as a variable explained by (WOM intensity, positive valence WOM, negative valence WOM ,WOM content) and the variable of Purchase Decisions explained as a responsive variable. A hypothetical model was reflecting the nature of the connections of impact between word of mouth on the one hand and Purchase Decisions on the other. The study resulted in a number of main hypotheses that were tested using statistical program for collected data using a questionnaire distributed to the investigated individuals in the sample organizations including (customers). The study reached a number of conclusions and the most important of them are: significant impact of word of mouth in Purchase Decisions .

Teachers evaluation performance process regard as one of the most important educational institutions goals . A study was conducted on teaching staff evaluation forms in Kirkuk and Hawija Technical Institute with addition to Kirkuk Technical College which are belongs to foundation of Technical Institutions / Iraq from the period of 2007 till 2011 in order to detect the main evaluation indicators and to determine the defects in them. The study found that educational performance indicator constitute as (30%) percent in evaluation forms for the year 2009- 2010 which was different from the previous years which constitute 10%. The study concluded that the current evaluation forms depend mainly on educational indicator and excluded the other one like (college and community services adapted for the previous years). The study recommended that more attention for the global and regional experience in the same field for evaluation system improvement and encouragement for further studies in this aspect .

Sought this research to determine the Possibility of adopting green purchasing based on its strategies in AL - Hokamaa Company for Drugs Industry and Medical Appliances in Nineveh . That managers who specialize in any industrial company as managers purchasing and production and processes to understand green purchasing strategies to enable the company to adopt one of the strategies sometimes or adopt some or all other times to help the company in the integration of social and environmental aspects in their purchasing processes in order to minimize the impact on human health and the environment through the saving of materials and energy and reduce waste and pollution across the industry of environmentally friendly products. The two researchers sought to include their current search these strategies as an attempting to determine the possibility of adopt it in the searched company , and The research attempts to answer the following questions: 1. Are the managers in the searched company have a clear vision about the green purchasing strategies? 2. Are there differences in the response of the searched company for green purchasing strategies ? The research has reached to a set of conclusions ,and the most important ones are : The searched company can adopt all the green purchasing strategies or some of them when carrying out green purchasing process . Depending on the conclusions, which the research achieved, a set of harmonized suggestions with these conclusions have been presented .

The research aims to find a relationship between quality management and comprehensive environmental and cleaner production technology, and knowledge of the implications of (TQEM) practices cleaner production technology in the General Company for the manufacture of medicines and medical supplies/Nineveh, which represented the research community, in order to enhance the quality of environmental performance and improve practices to reduce waste and pollutants and good use of resources and re-used. To achieve this, it has been constructing a model search on the assumption existing research on the basis that there is a positive impact for the (TQEM) in the promotion practices cleaner production technology, has been reached to a set of results and conclusions and suggestions that focused on the interrelationship of (TQEM) and cleaner production, which that will help improve the quality of environmental management through the use of practices that reduce waste and waste and pollutants and improve the environmental situation of the organization.
