Abstract

This research aims to identify the availability of teaching planning skills when trainees Arabic language at the University of Baghdad and Mustansiriyah from the point of view of supervisors. Specify search Ptdrisie Arabic language and methods taught in the faculties of education Ibn Rushd and Education for Girls in Baghdad University and the faculties of Education and Basic Education at the University of Mustansiriya, consisted research community of supervisors in those colleges reached the 56 supervisors and Qdshml researchers members research community all in the sample basic few in number has used the resolution tool for consideration consisted of 38 paragraph consisting of the questionnaire realized using internal consistency coefficient (Alvakronbach), and data processing used the following statistical software packages: the Fisher equation and ANOVA. The results of research the following: There are 20 skill of planning teaching available to a low degree and 6 skills available degree very few, according to the indication by the sample College Basic Education, either sample colleges of education in the universities of Baghdad and Mustansiriya has indicated that there are 17 skill of planning teaching available to a low degree and 6 skills also available to a low degree.. ...

Abstract

The current research aims to know the degree of lateral thinking the relationship between them at the students of the university of Baghdad , and the references of the differences of these concepts according to gender of the students and their scientific specialties. The researcher had done a test of lateral thinking according to the definition of De Bono The researcher investigated the standard properties of these two concepts. The final research sample reached about (442) students divided into (241) males and(201 )females from the students of the university of Baghdad, which were picked randomly. After applying the two concepts of the research and analyzing the data the researcher found the following: • The lateral thinking was low at the students of the university of Baghdad. • There is a relationship the lateral thinking and the ultimate degree components and they are all positive. • There is no effect for the gender in the degree of lateral thinking students. • There were no vivid influence for the gender and specialty in the degree of the lateral thinking at the students of the university of Baghdad. And according to these results the researcher submitted some recommendations and suggestions.

Abstract

This currently research aims to introduce to obstructions of fulfilling quality in program preparing teacher of Arabic Language in College of Education Ibn Rushd , the researcher has depended the descriptive course because it is suitable scientific method with such subject , the community of the research includes specialists teachers in methods of teaching Arabic , and its courses in college of education ibn rushd , and they are ( 10 ) teachers , the sample of the research was chosen all teachers in the original research community The researcher arranged a tool in line with the aim of this research , through showing the previous studies , the researcher made a questionnaire according to grading of answer about questionnaire in the second part of ( 1 – 5 ) marks , under grading of ( Likert ) pentagon as following : ( extremely accepted , accepted , non certain , non accepted , absolutely non accepted ) the questionnaire included ( 16 ) paragraphs The researcher depended the visible truth , by showing questionnaire to number of arbitrators , specialists experts in methods of teaching , and psychological & educational science , the researcher depended ratio (80 % ) of approval opinions of experts as standard to accept paragraphs of questionnaire , so the tool become in its final form (16) paragraphs The researcher depended method of re-test , the researcher applied that on a sample of showing teacxhers , they are (5) teachers from college of education Al- Mustansiriya university , to count constant tool factor , the researcher depended to use connection factor of Person as it is more spread and accuracy To fulfill the aim of the research , the researcher applied the tool after completing its preparing & constructing it on basic research sample , who are ( 10 ) teachers in the period from ( 15 / 12 / 2012 ) to ( 10/1/ 2013 ) the researcher concluded the following : 1 – Non available information systems in line with modern directions 2 – Non convincing to train members of board of teaching to use , function suitable statistical methods to improve the teaching process 3 – Focusing on theoretical applications and neglecting practical applications

Abstract

يستهدف البحث الحالي التعرف على التوجه نحو الحياة لدى النساء الأرامل ودلالة الفروق في التوجه نحو الحياة لدى النساء الأرامل تبعاً لمتغير العمل (عاملة- غير عاملة)، بلغت عينة البحث والتي اختيرت بطريقة عشوائية من مجتمع البحث الحالي (100) امرأة, بواقع (50) امرأة عاملة و(50) امرأة غير عاملة من مدينة بغداد، وقد استخدمت الباحثتان الوسائل الإحصائية في معالجة البيانات حيث استعملت الاختبار التائي لعينة واحدة والاختبار التائي لعينتين مستقلتين ومعامل ارتباط بيرسون لاستخراج معامل الثبات ، وقد توصلت الباحثتان إلى النتائج التالية إن أفراد العينة لم يكن لديهن توجه نحو الحياة ، وان الفرق غير دال إحصائياً بين متوسط درجات النساء الأرامل العاملات ومتوسط درجات النساء الأرامل غير العاملات في مقياس التوجه نحو الحياة ، وقد توصل البحث إلى عدد من التوصيات والمقترحات.

Abstract

The transit system is one of the decisions taken by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research to assist students in continuing their education in conditions of almost a special or emergency on the country; except that we continue this decision may harm the educational process and the educational level of students posing with each of lecturer and student phenomenon deserves to stand then studied to detect advantage and distvantage aspects of this decision. As the international standards for universities sober concern and Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in order to promote the educational process had to be standing when the standards adopted by international universities sober; was hypothalamus theoretical or theoretical background that stop then search, and then go to the practical side as adopted on a sample Random lecturer in some Iraqi universities (Baghdad, Mustansiriya, Alnahrain, Babylon, Kufa, Karbala, Basra) in the various scientific disciplines and humanity, reached (201) lecturer have been distributed questionnaires, and then adopted the percentage to analyze the results that have been reached , bringing the search then to the desired results of this research, including: A- scientific branches : _ Leads to the deterioration of the scientific level of the students. _ Is an obstacle in the process of scientific progress must seek him. _ Harms the reputation of Iraqi universities. _ Leads to graduation generation weak and inefficient in its field. _ Reduces the interest of the student scientific article and underestimated. _ Reason to disrupt the educational process. B- Humanitarian branches: _ Lack of interest in the student scientific article and underestimated. _ Must be sought and ambition to create a better scientific levels of former and not the other way around. _ Harms the reputation of Iraqi universities. _ Eliminates the spirit of competition among students. _ A burden on the shoulders of Departments and confuse the educational process. Abstract

The present study aimed to determine the behavioral objectives for Materials Science legitimacy in Iraqi universities, also aimed to build a training program for the development of behavioral objectives in light of the teachers need them. The researchers first drafted behavioral objectives for the subjects of the rules of recitation and Quran Sciences Bmajaladtha three and multiple levels, where the number of behavioral objectives in its final form (1000) target behaviorally. The research community is your forensic science teacher in Iraqi universities, totaling (600) teacher by statistical researchers obtained from the websites of Iraqi universities for the academic year 2011 - 2012. Having identified the researchers community forensic science teacher at the universities of Iraq's (600) teacher, researchers selected a sample their research (20%) of the total community. Class researchers adopted style random sampling their research from a forensic science teacher, and thus pull random (120) teacher from a forensic science teacher at Iraqi universities. In order to achieve the purposes of the study researchers prepared a list of needs based open in preparing the questionnaire and review some of the literature, which focused on the theme in Materials Science needs legitimacy, as well as scientific expertise to researchers, being the teacher in teaching methods and are familiar with the behavioral objectives and how it is formulated. In light of this happened researchers number of Vsagha needs in identifying privat. After applying the tools of the study, results showed that all unfulfilled needs has won on the center than the center hypothesis and so are these needs unfulfilled.

Abstract

The control center regards as an important variable to explain different aspects of human behavior in several situations .so, the study of control center attracts the attentions of psychologists and researchers because it is one trait of personality traits helping individual in recognizing his achievements depending on his abilities and capacities . the psychological assurance and well adjustment of the lecturers participating in achieving successes resulting in the benefit of students and vice versa. This study aims to identify the level of control center among the lecturers of the university , the level of psychological assurance among them , the statistical differences in the control center among them according to sex variable , the 1st is for building the measure consisting of (40) male and female lecturers and the 2nd which is the main application sample consisting of (180) male and female lecturers, where the males are (47) and females (33) . The researcher finds that:- a-the sample of this study suffers from some of vocational stresses at (0,001) significance level. b- the sample of this study have high level of ambition at (0,001) significance level. c-there are no statistical significance differences in the measure of vocational stresses and ambition level one according to sex variable at (0,001) significance level. d-there is appositive correlation relation between the measure of vocational stresses and ambition level one among the lecturers of the university of Baghdad at (0,001) significance level. The researchers has some suggestions and conclutions.

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر استخدام إستراتيجية ثنائية التحليل والتركيب في تنمية مهارات الاستقصاء العلمي لدى طالبات كلية التربية بجامعة السلطان قابوس. تكونت من عينة عشوائية حجمها (78) طالبة من طالبات قسم طفل ما قبل المدرسة، تم توزيعهن إلى مجموعتين: المجموعة الضابطة وضمت (40) طالبة دُرست وفق الطريقة التقليدية، والمجموعة التجريبية وضمت (38) طالبة دُرست وفق إستراتيجية ثنائية التحليل والتركيب. تضمنت الأداة بناء اختبار لمهارات الاستقصاء العلمي مكون من (32) سؤالا وشمل 8 مجالات. وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود أثر دال إحصائيا بين متوسط درجات الطالبات المجموعتين التجريبية والضابطة في اختبار مهارات الاستقصاء البعدي لصالح التجريبية. ووجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسط درجات طالبات المجموعتين الضابطة والتجريبية المتفوقات في اختبار مهارات الاستقصاء العلمي البعدي لصالح التجريبية. الكلمات المفتاحية: التحليل، التركيب، الاستقصاء، المهارة، إستراتيجية ثنائية التحليل والتركيب.

The independent behavior in the educational think . The independent is considered the essential features upon the child’s personality because it represents a group of characteristics which so ciaty encourage . The self . depending is a desirable behavioral pattern that fathers and specialist try to encourage it where the self depending achieves the independence and leads to the sound personality which is capable on comply with society that the person is cble to solving its problems and the difficulties he saces with a correct decision. The encouragement , indulgences and the affection that the child receives from the fathers and teachers greatly takes part in rearing and supporting the independent behavior . While the dependent behavior considers one of the negative behavioral patterns which are refused socially and it is relation to behavior patterns that effects on personality . This research dealt with this kind of behavior upon some of our Arab thinkers especially that the Islamic Arab educational think is full of these styles .

Abstract

- The aim of The research is to study the effect teaching design According of the Multiple Intelligence Theory in achievement , Motivation and development of Reasoning Thinking With the students of the college of Education Ibn Al – Haytham . The research Was applied on third year students – Chemistry Department / Industrial Iaboratory, Use experimental Was posttest for the achievement, Motivation and pre – posttest for reasoning thinking . The students dividing about experimental group ( 25 students ) taught according to teaching design and control group ( 23 students ) taught according to the conventional methods, After equality between two groups in: (Age, pretest of score, scale Reasoning Thinking and scores of chemistry in the second year ) . Determine the scientific material for nine experiments , the behavioral purpose , and devise a teaching plan. the Applied Tools research for the achievement test (20 items), scale for the motivation (30items) and scale for Reasoning Thinking (20 items) . Analysis the results using the statistical methods: pearson correlation coefficient, T- test, difficulty coefficient , Item discrimination , Distractor Attrativness . It has been arrived at these results :  There is statistically significance differences at the level of (0.05) between the individuals of the experimental group taught according to teaching design the average score of students of control group taught according to the conventional methods in achievement, Motivation, development of Reasoning Thinking .

Abstract

The current research aimed to identify the reality of decentralization of administration hostility faculties of the University of Baghdad, from the standpoint of their assistants and heads of academic departments of hand. Explore the concept of decentralization and find out the advantages and disadvantages of decentralization on the other hand. I have been using the descriptive analytical approach, and identify the research community Bmaaona and heads of departments in the faculties of the University of Baghdad allocate human. Has reached the study sample (72) by an individual (25) Associate Dean., And (47) Head of the Department. To achieve the results was the number of tool (questionnaire) consisting of (23) paragraph represents a measure of reality Ka administration of decentralization. Were arbitration tool by a number of specialists to make sure sincerity. Statistical treatment: After field application of the search tool, has been emptied of information and data, and analyzed statistically with the adoption of manual unloading of the open responses, have been used "SPSS" program using duplicates and the averages and standard deviations for the analysis of the results. The most important findings of the research: The first objective: Weakness and the reality of decentralized management of the deans of faculties of the University of Baghdad., With an average sample grades, (28,435) degree and a standard deviation of $ (3,123) degree which is smaller than the average for the identification of the theoretical (69) degrees. The second objective: Variable depending on the Job Site The results of the research there were no statistically significant differences, making convergent views between the responses of their assistants and department heads.

Studying the case of deviation in the general administration cannot be determined without the studying of the administrational system of the state whether from the organizational , the theoretical and the procedures adopted in the processes of running the general functions according to the practical bases and the theories which are applied and approved successful. Abstract

Objective of this research is to determine what the difficulties suffered through the implementation of the new curriculum, and determine the difference between the type of teachers' training (old, new) and area (countryside, city) in terms of some of the difficulties experienced by the implementation of the new curriculum. In order to achieve this goal, it has been to rely on research tool, prepared by the researcher, which is an identification of difficulties applying the new curriculum, a sit used the descriptive method to verify the research hypotheses. The results confirmed the absence of significant differences between the two types of private and public school in terms of the difficulties experienced by the application of the new curriculum. As for the second hypothesis, there are differences between four Grades in terms of suffering from difficulties applying new approaches except after holistic where there is no difference between them in terms of suffering from this difficulty. From the most prominent suggestions: The results confirmed the presence of significant differences between the two types of training of the teachers in terms of the difficulties experienced by the application of the new curriculum for the benefit of the old teachers with exception of the holistic. As for the second hypothesis, there are no differences between countryside and city in terms of suffering from difficulties applying new curriculum except the intensity of curriculum where the suffering of the countryside appeared more than the city in this point. From the most prominent suggestions: • Continuity of training for both old and new teachers to keep up the new curriculum needs and provide the increasing needs of the teachers. • In the administrative point, we need to rely on Decentralization for easier work which helps to find a mechanism to solve problems related to areas according to realistic needs

Abstract

Biology is considered as an important and a basic science. It has a considerable social important because of its impact on the progress of others sciences and chemistry. The urgent need for Biology, and its wide and continuous applications lead to give a grist attention and developing the Biology concepts. The Biology knowledge is accumulative and the related concepts are linked with each other. Hereby come the importance of using various teaching methods, and selecting the suitable strategy for the a question of concepts and knowledge. the good teaching strategy is concerned with the distinguish between beaching concepts when they are understood well and memorizing them without completes understanding, to reach out this goal effective strategies of teaching concepts should be developed. These strategies vary in location of definition, example and non-examples. The teacher may star with giving definition of the concept. Then be presents examples which may be followed by giving non-examples. Another teacher might do the same actions but in different arrangement. Others might do on or two actions only. The researcher, therefore conducted this experimental research which aimed to know the effect of using three teaching strategies: (an example- a definition- anon example), (an example- anon example- a definition), (a definition- an example- a non example) on the achievement of the first- institute of medical technology- Baghdad. For the verification of this aim, the researcher stated the following hypotheses: 1- There is no statistical significant difference between the achievement mean on the students who are taught by the strategy (an example- a definition- a non example) and the achievement mean of those who are taught by the strategy of (an example- a non example- a definition) 2- There is no statistical significant difference between the achievement mean on the students who are taught by the strategy (an example- a definition- a non example) and the achievement mean on those who are taught by the strategy of (a definition- an example- a non example). 3- There is no statistical significant difference between the achievement mean on the students who are taught by the strategy of (an example- a non example- a definition) and the achievement mean of those who are taught by the strategy of (a definition- an example- a non example) The present research was limited to the first- institute of medical technology- Baghdad, for the academic year 20111-2012, the equivalency of the groups was confirmed in the variables of age, previous achievement in Biology. the results of the achievement test were analyzed by the t- test for two independent samples, and at (0,05) level of confidence, the findings were as the follows: 1- Superiority of the first experimental group over the second experimental group in the subjects of both. 2- Superiority of the first experimental group over the third experimental group in the total performance, there was no significant difference between those two groups. 3- Superiority of the third experimental group over the second experimental group, while there was no significant difference between those two groups in regard to the total performance. In that light of the research findings, the researcher recommended the followings: 1- Using the strategy of (an example- a definition- a non example) in teaching the Biology subjects. 2- The importance of using the (a non example) action in teaching any subjects, taking in consideration that the students has to comprehend the Biology subject.

Abstract

The spying causes, which emerged in Iraq in the 1930s and afterwards, were regarded as important aspects on the political level in that stage. These aspects incarnated effectively in the roles of the persons who assumed these tasks in behalf of some states aiming to influence on the sovereign security of the country. What's mentioned above contained an threat and pushed the Iraqi government – by its "Central Criminal Investigations Station" and one of the "General Police Directorate" departments – to follow-up the suspected elements and put them under severe supervision. We must refer here that the security staff accomplished their duty very well, in spite of not having much of paraphernalia and equipments then. Finally, the importance of this research came from its dependence on Iraqi official documents of the "General Police Directorate" of that period.
