Two types of semiconductor optical amplifier (SOA)– based optical gate are investigated the Mach-Zender Interferometer(MZI),Ultrafast nonlinear interferometer (UNI). The gate are characterized by switch window calculation.Using the ICR ,the switch are compared as demultiplexer at line data rate 100,320 and 560 Gb/s. the effect of SOA injection current ,control pulse energy and SOA length also presented. يتم التحقيق البوابة الضوئية القائمة على ماخ زيندر التداخل (MZI)، فائق السرعة تداخل غير الخطية (UNI) - نوعين من مكبر للصوت البصرية أشباه الموصلات (SOA). وتتميز البوابة عن طريق التبديل نافذة calculation.Using في مجلس النواب، تتم مقارنة التبديل كما demultiplexer في معدل البيانات خط 100320 و 560 جيجابت / ثانية. وقدم أيضا تأثير الخدمية حقن التيار، ومراقبة الطاقة النبض وطول الخدمية.

This paper presents a new multiple-input single-output (MISO) type current-mode universal biquad which can realize all the five basic filter functions using only two Differential Difference Current Conveyors (DDCCs) and a minimum number of grounded passive elements. The workability of the new configuration has been verified by PSPICE simulation results based upon a CMOS DDCC in 0.35 m technology.تقدم هذه الورقة الجديدة متعددة المدخلات والمخرجات واحد (MISO) نوع الحالي وضع biquad الشامل التي يمكن تحقيق جميع الوظائف فلتر الأساسية الخمسة باستخدام اثنين فقط من الفرق التفاضلي الناقلون الحالية (DDCCs) والحد الأدنى لعدد العناصر السلبية الارض. وقد تم التحقق من قابلية من التكوين الجديد نتائج المحاكاة PSPICE بناء على CMOS DDCC في 0.35 م التكنولوجيا.
