Abstract Build a scale to measure the moral reasoning of students at the preparatory stage in Baghdad The moral aspect is an important one in the structure of personality , and the lack of moral aspect is responsible for what we suffering today from problems . there is no exaggeration to say that many of our current problems are moral problems , and reflects the lack of moral growth. The goal of research is to build scale in order to detect the level of moral reasoning among junior high school students in Baghdad , The researcher followed the procedures in the construction of scientific standards in order to measure the characteristics that characterized the scientific standards of objectivity and honesty and consistency, and according to the theory growth Lawrence Kohlberg in moral reasoning. And the scale of five positions or stories, two of which are derived from the scale Kohlberg to think about the ethical , And the position of a story or a problem where the offer is followed by a number of questions following each question six responses to the stages represent the six thinking moral when Kohlberg , are displayed at random and students are asked to mark (√) in front of the response most closely with their thinking and their judgments defects. Thus, the scale of the five positions and (19) a question or a paragraph and (14) or an alternative answer

Spiritual intelligence in a sample of students from the University of Baghdad in the Light of some of the variables Abstract The research aims to identify intelligence spiritual among a sample of students Baghdad University as well as to identify the differences between students in intelligence spiritual according to variable type (male - female), and variable area of study (Science - a human) and variable (First grade - fourth grade), The research sample consisted of (300) students, were applied scale search - a spiritual Intelligence Scale (prepared by the researcher), has resulted in the search results for: - The students of the University of Baghdad (sample) enjoyed a high level of spiritual intelligence. - There are no differences between males and females in the spiritual intelligence. - There are no differences between the students scientific and academic specialization in humanitarian spiritual intelligence. - There are differences between the first-grade students and fourth grade students in the spiritual intelligence and for the fourth grade students. - In light of the results of research researcher recommended some of the recommendations and proposals. ـــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــ Key words: Spiritual intelligence

Abstract: This study tested the impact of region and gender on adolescents 'stress perceptions and coping styles. A total sample of 650 adolescents (5 9.4% female) from 2 countries (Iraq - Algeria). Samples of n = 325 were drawn from each country completed questionnaires on stress and coping behaviors in four domains (school, parents, peer, and future). Results revealed that levels of perceived stressfulness of issues in different domains were universally similar among adolescents from the two countries. School-related stress received the highest rankings, Parent- , future-, peer-related stress, ranked (second, third, and fourth) respectively. Differences emerged with respect to coping style depending on region and gender. Coping styles characterized by negotiating, seeking support, and emotional outlet were used more often by adolescents from Iraq than those from Algeria. Males in all regions had higher rates in the use of negotiating and seeking support than Females did. Adolescents from all countries, despite regional variations exhibited more in response to withdrawal conflicts with parents than with future or school. Overall adolescents from all regions demonstrated an impressive level of coping competencies

The purpose of this resesrh know (the effectiveness of cooperative lerarning implementation of floral material for calligraphy and ornamentation) To achieve the aim of the research scholar put the two zeros hypotheses: in light of the findings of the present research the researcher concluded a number of conclusions, including: - 1 - Sum strategy helps the learner to be positive in all the information and regulations, monitoring and evaluation during the learning process. 2 - This strategy helps the learner to use information and knowledge and their use in various educational positions, and to achieve better education to increase its ability to develop thinking skills and positive trends towards the article. In light of this, the researcher put a number of recommendations concerning the results of research, including: - the need to adopt a strategic Tags in teaching, which enables students to employ their skills in guiding thought processes, and take personal responsibility in learning, based on the principle of self-learning. To complement the aspects of research suggest that the researcher the following:a similar study of the current study to know the impact of strategic Tags in variables other than a collection (such as motivation, direction and orientation towards the material, and expressive performance, and reasoning, etc.).

Abstract The research aims to know the relation between positive thinking and self academic motivation, trend towards teaching profession. So a sample of (344) male and female student of the morning study of education colleges from the two universities of Baghdad and al Mustansria for the academic year 2012-2013. So three tools had been used to achieve the procedures of the research which are: the scale of positive thinking constracted by Abdal satar Ibrahim year 2010, the scale of self academicmotivation constracted by (Gottfried) and adapted by Hanan Hussan year 2010, the scale of teaching profession trend constracted by Enayat Zaki year 1974. And by using the statistical means of person correlation coefficient, T-test of one, and two independent sample, the research come up to the results that indicates the foundation of positive correlation between positive thinking and self academic motivation and the trend towards teaching professions. For that the two researchers put some suggestions and recommendations.

The research aimed at measuring the degree to which the accept their class environment in governmental & civil Kindergartens & it also aimed at knowing the differences between the dimensions of the measurement & the differences according to the kindergarten & class variables . The researcher made a measurement for the class environment & it included five dimensions & the answering choices were three ( to a big extent , to some extent and no ) and after making sure that the measurement is usable , the researcher applied it on the sample which consisted of ( 212 )male & female children through the estimated answers of the teacher & the result was that there was an acceptance of the children to their environment , & also their were differences in three dimensions of the measurement in favor of the research sample . Also , there was a difference in the other two dimensions in favor of society whereas there was no difference showing the children's acceptance to their environment according to the kindergarten & class variables . In the light of the results of the research , the researcher asks for making an atmosphere of intimacy , love & amusement between the teacher & the child

Summary The phenomenon of child labor, any activity performed by a child and represents a contribution to the production, this phenomenon had been rife in Iraqi society, after that the proportion of child labor for the age group (6-14 years) amounting to 3% in 2006, became for the same age group of 8% in 2008*. It is recognized that each phenomenon reasons, the phenomenon which our attention has been focused upon economic reasons, social and educational addition to the consequences of the spread of this phenomenon as well as the search to find many solutions and treatments to reduce the phenomenon of child labor.

Abstract Every era characterizes with its thought and life philosophy , where Muslims left behind them educational and intellectual heritage we should proud of it because it reflects the image of past and lights the way of present and future path where we should make use of it to fit with our statuesque and contemporary issues because we don’t know about it but little as result of ignorance or imitation of the western culture. It’s wrong to regard heritage from the past but aphasia of Islamic and Arab genies that its roots tracing back to past and extending to future . Islamic Arab educational thought regards one of the richest in the field of science and knowledge ,where the study of it makes the reader having the lessons shedding his way for solving the present problems in the light of understanding the past because education is the daughter of long history and deeply experience . One of the thinkers of educational thought is ALKindi where he appreciated the importance of learning and the teacher in the life of individual and nation mirroring the integration of Man physically and morally where school is asocial institution and an active tool by which the cultural changes and common national goals can be achieved ,so , he puts his teaching and educational philosophy in an educational and directive framework and asserts that science has a great value where it is not an information but a method and away for having them and it is the main factor of senses the learning process . So, the researcher has been chosen this philosopher because of his great role in reaching and deepen our educational and intellectual thought and to know what he adds to our educational system . The present study aims at recognizing the educational thought of AL-Kindi by knowing his selecting of the teacher , his characters , and the methods of teaching basing on the interaction between him and the student . The limits of this study include the teacher , his characters , methods of teaching and his educational thoughts . This study concludes whit that must be conditions for being a teacher such as : Loyalty in doing his duty , has the capacity of assessing things , the teacher should be away of arrogance , river stopping reading ( the so called now days the continuous learning ), has an information about semantic and hovels ,has areole in educating minds ,ricking students with various information and helping in understanding what they have to learn .As for the curriculum it was “Quran” the basis of legitimize laws and identifying the rights and duties of human and the holly talks of the prophet Mohammed . The conclusions of this study are :He regards the student is the core of educational process , helping him to reach perfection . directing him to be a man with educational and cultural thought helping in transferring the experiences and forming different social ideates and as for the girl he asserts that the source of the information of her is her freedom and to learn without a teacher because her primitive aptitude helps her to learn from her parents .

Abstract The present study aims at answering the following questions:. 1-Which is more effective in enriching students. Vocabulary ,the use of short stories or the traditional way? 2-What extent has the use of short stories an effect upon the students. achievement in vocabulary test? 3- Is there any significant difference between the male and female student of the experimental group in vocabulary achievement test? To attain the aim of the study and test its hypotheses, an experiment was conducted. The sample of the study is 45 students randomly chosen from the 2 year male and female students at the Department of English, College of Basic Education,AL_Mustansiriyah university during the academic year 2009-2010 distributed into two group, The experimental and control group .The subjects were initially equalized on a number of variables .At the end of experiment which lasted for two months ,all subjects were administered an achievement test, after ascertaining its validity and reliability. Using t-test, it was found that there is statistically significant difference between the mean scores of the experimental and control group and in favour of the former and there is statistically significant difference between the use short stories and the traditional way and in favour of the former. Also, It was found out that there is no statistically significant difference between the male and female students of the experimental group. In the light of the study findings, a number of conclusions were drawn ,and several recommendations and suggestions were made.
