In light of the goals of current research and after the application of the scale on the sample research found the following results: 1- contrast between managers Riyadh knowledge management variable. 2- for Mtgrat relating to the management of knowledge found: But a difference between managers in Riyadh Specialization. B existence of differences depending on the variable of years of service. C There are no differences between managers Riyadh depending on the type of kindergarten. 3- There is a difference between Riyadh managers in the management of change. 4- in relation to the changes found that there was no difference between the managers accordingly A. There is no difference between managers in Riyadh Specialization B There is no difference between managers Riyadh under the management changes depending on years of service C There are no differences between the managers depending on the type of kindergarten. 5- There is a difference in the levels of the educational environment in Riyadh. 6- There are no differences in the educational environment depending on the type of government kindergarten, my family 7- there relates to the relationship between the three search variables. In light of the search results and the researcher developed a number of recommendations and suggestions , including: 1- set up seminars and workshops to explain the concept in the administration to the knowledge and management of changes to directors Riyadh 2- conduct a scientific assessment of the Directorates of Education to perform the directors annually to see weaknesses in the management , treatment and encourage good performance there. The current search is determined by the students of the preparatory stage in the talented schools in the province of Baghdad Rusafa Educational Directorates (first, second, third) and Educational Directorates Karkh (first, second, third) of both sexes(male, female)and for fourth, fifth and sixth classes. The researcher reviewed a number of theories that addressed the variables of the research, and to achieve the objectives of the research, The researcher used the foreign measure (Schommer) to measure the Epistemological Beliefs, which is to be finalized (49) items. The researcher translates the research and extract sincerity translator has to make it appropriate for the environment of Iraq. This has been achieved for the two measures to extract the discriminatory power and honesty virtual and structural, and stability in two ways Alvakronbach way and in a Re-Test way. The two scales were applied as orally final sample on (400) students. In light of these results, the researcher presented a set of recommendations and suggestions for future research.

That’s if not treated, it will turn to be over Post Traumatic Stress Disorder(PTSD). Also not mentioning the shortage of recourses speaks about war and crises. That treat with its inflections psychologically and sociologically theses cases if happened. The importance of this study arise through it is objective to introduce a program for EMDR which give benefit for treat in health, social, educational institutes. Aims: The objective of this Study is the identification of a Test the effectiveness of Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) program in reducing severity symptoms of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) through the following hypothesis: There are no differences of statistical value before and after implementing the EMDR in reducing severity of PTSD symptoms. Tools and Methods: Al-Kubaisy PTSD Scale was used. It is based upon DSM-IV criteria of the American Psychiatric Association (APA). It is a 45 items, self-rating scale. It was standardized and its reliability and validity were verified in Iraq. It was used in many studies in Iraq were supported. Study Sample: The threptic program sample was choosing one person, male, 40 years old, as a case study. EMDR was applied in this program. The result: The result of the current program find The effectiveness of the program with (0,5) as statistical indicator through correctional indicators which independent in correcting the program effectiveness and these results were linked to previous studies. The researchers also has a number of recommendations and suggestions.

We try in the current context to clarify the role of psychological counseling in improving the quality of human life that witnessed by the contemporary society and to achieve this goal should be to focus on psychological counseling and the need for it in contemporary society . This research attempts to propose production and acquisition of scientific knowledge among the students of educational science faculties in some universities Governmental Jordanian (Yarmouk, Jordan, Muta). In addition to sources of educational gained in some of the Governmental Jordanian universities (Yarmouk, Jordan, Muta), and to propose the necessary socio-cultural dimensions of knowledge acquisition and production, using developmental screening method, which is represented in the study design tool (questionnaire), which consisted of 4 scales, scale: The reality of the acquisition of knowledge / reality of the production of knowledge / social dimensions of knowledge acquisition and production / cultural dimensions of knowledge acquisition and production, which is represented in the study design tool (questionnaire), which consisted of 4 scales, scale: the reality of the acquisition of knowledge / reality of the production of knowledge / social dimensions of knowledge acquisition and production / cultural dimensions of knowledge acquisition and production. It was to ensure the stability of the measurements using the equation of Cronbach's alpha reliability coefficients ranged between standards (0.80-0.94), the sincerity of Vtm standards measured by factor analysis, and then analyze the data using arithmetic averages, standard deviations, and analysis of variance of all members of the study population overall totaling (194 (of faculty members in educational science faculties in some Governmental Jordanian universities, namely: (Yarmouk University, Jordan, Muta). The search had reached several conclusions, including: that the application of the acquisition and production of knowledge in education science faculties in the Governmental Jordanian universities from the point of view of faculty members was a fair degree, the results did not show statistically significant differences for the variables of the university experience, the application of the social dimensions of knowledge acquisition and production in education science faculties in the Governmental Jordanian universities from the point of view of faculty members which was to a large extent. Results did not show statistically significant differences for the variables of the university experience, the application of the cultural dimensions of the acquisition and production of knowledge in education science faculties in the Governmental Jordanian universities from the point of view of faculty members which was moderately. Results did not show statistically significant differences for the variables of the university and the experience, to approve the proposed social dimensions of knowledge acquisition and production based on the factor analysis which showed saturation transactions to measure paragraphs, delete paragraphs saturated each less than (0.4), therefore shall be deleted and the approval of the proposed cultural dimensions of knowledge acquisition and production based on the factor analysis which showed saturation for all transactions except for paragraphs one paragraph saturated to a lesser extent (0.4) and therefore must be deleted

Given the importance of basic education (primary) being longer pillar in the construction of the individual's personality, as well as the importance of language and its role in the learning of students and development of cognitive, emotional and self-dynamic; therefore current research focuses on the study of building a standard oral expression can researchers and teachers alike measurement of oral expression among students, researcher has used to achieve this goal descriptive approach, it included standard on (10) paragraphs evenly distributed on the (5) key areas, and given (4) progressive alternatives according to the quality of the performance of the student and reached the highest score (30) and the lowest score (0). Among the recommendations that came out of research: 1. enrich the subjects of expression and conversation in the primary stage Koran verses and sayings and poetry and that develop in students the high values and imagination. 2. Can the Arabic language teachers at the elementary level to take the standard oral expression tool to measure the level of the students in this article. And research proposals: 1. conduct a study on the relationship of oral expression with other variables, such as attention and memory. 2. conducting a similar study for the construction of a standard for the oral expression of intermediate cheerful students.

This current study aims at recognizing the feelings of Baghdad University students towards life quality. The research variables are: gender (male, female), the academic specialization (science, humanities), the academic stage (2nd, 4th). To achieve the research aims, the researcher adopted Life Quality Scale of (Mensi and Kadhim 2006) which is consist of (56) items in its final figure in five alternatives. The researcher tested the psychometric features of the scale represented by validity and reliability. The scale has been applied on a sample of Baghdad University students that is contained of (240) students equally distributed in the Colleges of Engineering, Science, Arts, and Political sciences. The results uncovered that Baghdad University students had accepted feeling towards life quality. Males were more concerned in the fields of psychological health and emotions than females. The sample individuals of humanities were more concerned in the quality of the two fields: (time served and administration) and (learning and teaching) than individuals of science. Concerning the academic stage variable, the results uncovered there were no statistical significant differences among the sample individuals in all of the six fields of the scale. At the end of the research, the researcher could achieve a group of conclusions, recommendations and suggestions.

The goal of this research to identify the effect of the probing questions in the collection of material literature with students of the Kurdish language department, to achieve the aim of the research, the researcher has chosen a sample from the students of third stage of the Kurdish language Department, Faculty of Education / Ibn Rushd as a field for the application of experiment.The number of sample reached (71) students divided into two groups represented two divisions of the experimental groups under study to the style of questions sounding by (35) students, and represented the other division of the control group, which studied in the way normal and by (36) students, as rewarded researcher between the two groups Search in academic achievement for parents variable, and the variable intelligence, and the final grades in the subject of Kurdish literature for the second phase of the academic year 2013-2014, and took the probationary period of two months, the researcher developed a test component of (20) items to choose the type of multi-has been characterized by honesty and consistency mediated It was (0,78), and when analyzing the results statistically using samples t-test (T- Test) for two independent samples show that there are differences animate statistically significant in favor of the experimental group that studied the literature on substance according to the method of sounding questions on the control group which studied according to the usual way.

Affiliation is a tool to search for Satiate through living with group from the same type or comply for group or to be compatible with them or even to be adherent and accept what the group agreed about of criterion. Compliance is considered one of the personal variables that is used by individual to for psychological compatibility ,staying away from anxiety and tension sources through disclaiming of personal judgments against external stresses which makes the individual agree with others to stay away from rejection of community and being accepted from others. This reseach aims to application of social affiliation and compliance scale on sample of (50) Iraqi expatriates students were chosen spontinuousley from cardf university in england and (50) student chosen spontinuously from baghdad university . It was found that: 1- Iraqi expatriates students have social affiliation. 2- There is no differences in statically significance in social affiliation for Iraqi expatriates students according to gender(male-female). 3- There is differences in statically significance in social affiliation for Iraqi expatriates students in comparison with non expatriate students. 4- Samle have compliance. 5- There is no differences in statically significance in compliance for Iraqi expatriates students according to gender(male-female). 6- There is differences in statically significance in compliance for Iraqi expatriates students in comparison with non expatriate students.

As The study population encompassed of some students the fourth and fifth preparatory stage in the Karkh II schools, totaling 200 male and female students. As the study sample were consisted of (7) and a teacher (34) and accented (85) of male students (115) were female student The researcher the questionnaire which consisted of (39) items And to achieve the objectives of the study it was ascertained sincerity And stability. And a workout the questionnaire on a sample of (20) a teacher Were analyzed using the kronbach Alpha correlation factor resulting rating of (92.5%) Results showed as follows: 1. Man derives his sense of his humanity through contact with others, he needs them to enhance the continued existence and enter into personal relationships in order to enrich his being, it says Murray (in the presence of necessary physical and social cultural center and it cannot be in isolation). And equal to deprive an individual of talking with others and participation in the life stripped of his humanity, nor has achieved a sense of satisfaction, security, love and friendship, but through belonging to the group, which lies in the psychological composition. The most important characteristic of man when it is connected to others and form relationships with them is the occurrence of a certain social interaction. It is the foundation to communicate and build social relationships, but also some social relations counting a series of activities, interaction and used it synonymous with him. Therefore current research aims to: 1-To identify the level of social interaction with the students of the preparatory stage. 2-Recognize the difference in the level of social interaction with the students of the preparatory stage in accordance with the variable type (male, female). In order to achieve the research objectives included social interaction among students of middle school, the researcher to adopt social interaction-drafted measure (Khudair, 1993), and consists of (58) items, were extracted sincerity and persistence, and then the researcher applied to the sample was selected at random was ( 100) students. The most important findings of the researcher what comes: 1-The research sample of fifth grades students (male, female) and specialization (scientific, literary) do not have a good degree of social interaction. 2-There are no differences between the sample prep school students (male, female). In light of the search results researcher put up a number of recommendations and proposals.
