This study aims to find the effectiveness of GeoGebra software in the achievement and habits of mind of eighth grade female students. The research sample consisted of (62) students and divided into two groups. The first one is the experimental group (35 students) and it was taught using GeoGebra software, and the second group is the standard group (27 students) and it was taught using the traditional method of teaching. Two multiple-choice-question tests were prepared, one of them tests the achievement (40 paragraphs) and the other tests the habits of mind (24 paragraphs) and comprises four habits of mind according to Costa and Kallick classification, which are (Thinking flexibly, Thinking interdependently, Thinking about thinking, and Applying past knowledge). Psychometric characteristics of both tests were validated and appropriate statistical means were used. The results showed the superiority of the experimental group in the achievement and habits of mind tests compared to the control group.

This investigation was conducted to recognize the structure for (RHETI version 2.5 1999) by using exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis. Sample of (620) student of Al-Mustansrya University were administered the (RHETI). The data of their responses was analyzed by using (PAF) and oblique rotating . The findings explored (9) factors as one factor for each type and (184) items were loaded by the factors: (60) item for feeling center, (61) items for instinctive center and (63) items for thinking center. Results of confirmatory factorial analysis supported a model designed by the researcher depended upon a theoretical views of Riso and Hudson

The problem of the present study lies in the challenges that college education especially that concerns the quality of college teachers performance and developing the level of educational process quality. This study aimed at constructing a vision the researchers have constructed depending on the standards of performance quality represented by Deming's quality course. The researchers presented a number of skills that should be existed in the performance of college teacher through using the analytic and constructing approach in imagining this drawing to develop performance. The study results represented by a number of efficiencies that college teachers should have. In the light of these results certain recommendations and suggestions were put forward.

Abstract The current research aims at recognize bullying for the pupils of the primary stage and the students of the middle stage according to the gender variables and birth order also detection of difference significance of bullying among the variables of gender(males and females) and the birth order( the first, the second, the third, the forth, the fifth, and the sixth) and then detection of the bullying relation with these variables and to what extent each of them bullying degrees. To achieve this objective , the researcher has chosen a sample included(480) individual of(80) individual from the fourth grade primary school pupils and (100) pupils of sixth primary grade and (100) pupils of fifth primary grade and (200) pupils of first secondary grade, and the researcher performed establishing the bullying standard composed of(24) items the answer replies by choosing one of the alternatives for (always, sometimes, no),and they are given according to the correction degrees(3,2,1) respectively thus the Max. degree of it(72) and the mini. Degree(24)degree and the average hypothesis (48) degrees . And the researcher has verifying of the distinctive force of its items and authentication coefficients and its steady of two methods, re-again the test and(Alfa-Cronbakh) equation and its authentication by using the correctness of the (in kind) and structure authentication. After application of the standard over research sample and analyzing the degrees statistically the results were as follow :- 1. The average degrees of bullying within the research sample and with categories variable in gender and birth order were less than assumed average for standard with statistical difference at level ( 0,05 ) . 2. There is differences with statistical guidance at level (0,05 )in bullying between males and females for the favor of the males . 3. There are many differences with statistical guidance at the level (0,05 ) in bullying between birth order categories ( first , second , third , fourth , fifth and sixth ) . 4. There is relation between bullying and each of gender and birth order , the relative contribution of gender variable in bullying degrees at level (0,05) equal (0.098),and for the birth order variable at level ( 0,01 ) equal (0.148). Therefore the research is concluded that the gender variable and birth order variable contribute in bullying behavior . Researcher recommended that the schools should undertake great importance through their activities and instruction to get rid of bullying in the behavior of the pupils , and suggest conducting study in the future integral to the present research .

The research endeavored to single out the problems, difficulties and obstacles faced by the members of the staff of Baghdad University. The importance of research, then, depends upon the importance of the university lecturers and their vital role in developing the society. The goals of the research are summarized in knowing the main problems facing those university lectures and relative weight of these problems in addition to identifying the differences in their opinions to these problems according to the specializations variables (scientific, humanistic), the gender (males, females) and the Scientific grade (professor, assistant professor, lecturer, assistant lecturer. The research is limited to a specimen of lecturers from the university numbered (192) of the academic year 2013 -2014. The related terms of the research were identified and the theoretical literatures connected with our topic were displayed in addition to a group of previous local and Arabic studies. Many procedures were taken represented by choosing a simple random specimen. Accordingly, a special device was suggested through the previous studies in addition to open question. The final items of the questionnaire are (36) distributed upon (9) dimensions, while the results of the virtual truth of device showed that the increasing of the problems is connecting with the turbulent security and political status in addition to other detailed results. In order to improve this image, the researcher suggested a number of recommendations and suggestions.

The great scientific evolution and the expansion of the demands of life, especially in the field of architectural design make human's need increased to use his abilities and all possibilities in active way to have a main role in this progress. To achieve his role in this progression which is can not be achieved and accomplished only by depending on the mental capacity including intelligence spatial / visual, which is one of the branches of the theory of multiple intelligences. This theory is one of the most important theories which we strongly need it to reveal this type of intelligence in order to know the teachers on learners' abilities to put appropriate methods to deal with them.of this current research as follows: 1. Knowing the degree of spatial intelligence at the University 2. Knowing the differences in spatial intelligence between students according to the following variables "( type, stage) The current research community is determined for students (Faculty of Engineering / Department of Architecture) in Baghdad and Technological University of all academic levels for the academic year (2014-2015).In order to verify the aims of the study, the researchers construct an intelligence spatial taste. The sample is represented by (330) students of University of Baghdad and Technological University.The researchers use the statistical tools to find out the validity and reliability. The results of the study show that: 1-Search Results showed spatial intelligence in level below the average. 2. there is a statistically significant differences depending on the variable stage and in favor of the fourth and fifth phase. 3. The presence of a statistically significant differences between the two groups of students depending on the variable type and in favor of males.

The study aimed to explore the relationship between future anxiety and life orientation of male and female nurses, working in government hospitals of Gaza Strip governorates. The study sample consisted of 228 nurses (131 male nurses and97 female nurses. To achieve the study objectives , the researcher used the future anxiety scale, prepared by the researcher, and life orientation scale prepared by Scheier and Craver (1985 ) and translated into Arabic by Bader Al-Ansari . The results indicated that the level of future anxiety among nurses working at government hospitals was (64.85%), a high percentage, whereas life orientation was (65.96%), a low percentage. Additionally , the results showed that the Pearson correlation coefficient between future anxiety and life orientation was (0.455-), which was a negative correlation coefficient, and that the relationship was inverse that is the greater the future anxiety the less is the level of life orientation. Likewise, the findings showed the absence of a statistically significant effect between future anxiety and the interactions between the study variables (sex, educational qualification, experience, and place of residence, the monthly salary). Besides, there was no statistically significant effect between future anxiety and sex, and there was no statistically significant effect between life orientation and bilateral interactions between the (educational qualification, the monthly salary), and there was no statistically significant effect between life orientation and the combined interactions .

The impact of cartoon concepts strategy in the Achievement of the first grade student's average in geography and visual thinking The study aimed to measure the impact of cartoon concepts strategy to Achievement, visual thinking in the first grade students in the average geographical material. Find sample consisted of 52 students were divided into two groups, the first experimental studied strategy cartoon concepts and the control group was studied in the traditional manner of parity between the two variables (chronological age, the overall rate, prior knowledge, the degree of intelligence, visual) thinking. Promising first two tools achievement test and the second test visual thinking and use the appropriate statistical methods and the results: outweigh the experimental group in the collection and visual thinking.

Objectives: The study aims to assess the school refusal behavior of first class pupils at primary schools and identifying the relationship between the school refusal behavior and some of socio-demographic characteristics for the pupils. Methodology: A descriptive-analytic study was initiated from November 1st, 2012 to April 1st, 2013. A random sample of 411 students is selected from a probability stratified sample of 17 primary schools for both sexes in 4 sectors in Baghdad Al-Rasafa and Al-Karkh districts which are selected randomly from first class of primary school. A Self administrative questionnaire (Parents' Version) which constructed by the researcher includes two parts: the socio- demographic variables of the pupils and school refusal behavior scale items. Content validity was determined through the use of panel experts. The internal consistency of the instrument was determined through the computation of Alpha Correlation Coefficient which is statistically acceptable (r = 0.77). Data are analyzed through the application of descriptive and inferential statistical approaches by using Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 16.0. Results: The finding of the study revealed that Most of the pupils are firstborn male live in nuclear family with 1-3 children in the family resident in crowded city; they do not attend preschool or kindergarten. The school refusal behavior has been shown to be low level among pupils. There is positive relationship between gender and child's order and there is moderate relationship among other variables. There is positive relationship between school refusal behavior, family type, and residency place while there is negative relationship between school refusal behavior and numbers of children. The findings reveal also negative relationship between residency place and family type. Recommendations: The study recommended to conduct research with different variables on a large sample to be national survey for assessing school refusal behavior and exploring school refusal behavior associated with psychiatric problems such as bipolar disorder, depressive disorder and separation anxiety disorder.

The fear of the dark, of the most common concerns associated with the child in his daily life , As the children's fear of the dark is reasonably fear that makes him a natural to live in the unknown , We can not identify what around him and is afraid of something collision, Or injury from something challenged, The exaggerated fear of the dark memories of its association with scary Ogress and goblins and the jinn and thieves , It Phobia is not based on the basis of realistic, It is difficult to adjust or get rid of it and control it. This kind of fear makes the child concerned and troubled, And what interests fear are things that weave his imagination, As a result of stories and anecdotes that crop them to them, Or as a result of his observation of the fear and the other adult and those with him in the house . As the parents' fear of the dark infect him by suggesting, As well as the sabotage practiced by the parents and siblings and adult caressing manner and especially at night. From the above it can sum up the problem of the current search the following question:- - What is the level of fear of some natural phenomena with kindergarten children? Through the above it can be released importance of research of the following: 1- The current research (within the limits of science researcher) from the few descriptive field research dealing with the fear of the some natural phenomena of the children of the kindergarten. 2- - The current research provides an important tool (the fear of some natural phenomena), which may help researchers or curriculum designers in conducting research and studies to address this problem the children kindergarten scale. 3- The study, the first attempt (within the limits of science researcher), which dealt with the measurement of the some natural phenomena of fear in a child kindergarten, after knowing the number of previous studies. The current research aimed to: - 1. measure the fear of some natural phenomena of the kindergarten child. 2- Know the differences in the fear of some natural phenomena of the kindergarten children by sex (males - females), and the stage (kindergarten - Pre-school). In order to achieve the goals of the research, it has been building a scale to measure the fear of some natural phenomena of the children of the kindergarten, which was extracted validity and reliability to him, and in doing analysis of data obtained by a researcher through the answers to the kids was reached as follows: - 1- That the sample in general suffer from fear of physical manifestations compared to the average premise. 2. that females suffer from fear of the physical manifestations of more than males, and children suffer in stage (preliminary) stage more than children (kindergarten). As the researcher after receiving the results to provide a number of recommendations and suggestions.

There are no statistically significant differences according to gender variable in shyness, and there are statistically significant differences according to gender variable in depression favor for male, and there are statistically significant relationships between the variables of the study at level (0.01)

The current paper aims at knowing the effect of Exemplar of Wettli On Acquiring Grammatical Concepts Among Basic 7th Class Female Students in Kurdish Language Grammar. The current paper is confined to a sample of Basic 7th Class Female Students- Khaniqin –belonged Morning schools for the academic year 2014-2015 . The sample amounted 50 female students distributed on two sections ( A,B) . Section A represented experimental group ( 24) female students studied according to the exemplar of ( Wettli) and (B) represented control group (26) female students who have studied with traditional method. The researcher has qualified between these two groups based on coefficients ( age, intelligence, marks of the first course). The scientific subject has been determined by many grammars subjects in the book (( Zaman Waa Dah Bi Kurish) decided to be studied in basic 7th class. The researcher has formed behavior goals and has prepared teaching plans sufficient for these two groups; she has also prepared a test to acquire grammatical concepts , composing of 30 items by which the teacher has taught the two groups. By the end of the experience, tool of research has been applied on students of both groups. After analyzing the result statistically by using T-test for the two independent samples , the results have indicated the progress of experimental group studying Grammar Subject according to the method of ((Wettli)) over the control one. The researcher has placed a set of recommendations and suggestions that are valid for research
