A field study aimed at identifying the sources of mutual complaints among the Directorates of Education staff of their departments and management and run it in their daily dealings with principals in the province of Baghdad, and adopt approach. It was determined the research consists of (2357) male and female employees and 305 randomly stratified simple by the rate of (7%) from the research community as the number of sample reached (167) male and female employees, and selected sample was randomly stratified simple by the rate of (39.67%) of the research community, as the number of sample was (121) principals. It was constructed two questionnaires, the first included (28) items and the second contained (28) items. And the two researchers made sure of their validity and reliability. Results were analyzed by statistical software (SPSS), the two questioners were applied in the second semester of the academic year 2015-2016. The study has found the following results: the sources of complaint suffered by school principals are sharper and larger than those of complaints suffered by the Directorates of Education staff, and the depth and size of the reasons which were characterized by the principles are bigger little about from those identified by the Directorates of Education staff, and the research has made a number of recommendations and suggestions.

Since the beginning of Philosophical thinking, philosophers had interested in matters that related to psychology. Greek philosophy had sought different psychological cases such as knowledge, thought, sense, and cognition. Plato classified cognitive processes and distinguished between intelligence, emotions, and desires. As Aristotle believed that soul is the essence of human beings that characterize it from other creatures. Regarding the European philosophy, Descartes linked the optics field to psychology that comprises theories about visual perception. Then, john Watson who interested in behaviorism, he believes that the interpretation of behavior will be materialistic. However, the evolutionary view had great effect on psychology that could be observed in Freud theory “desire system.” formative Simeologia of Piaget relied on child psychology to know how to develop concepts. Marxist Psychology believed that the existence of human is fundamental.

This research aims to investigate the impact of a training program for teachers of chemistry according to the strategies for both sides of the brain together in academic achievement for their students, the sample consisted of a 12 teachers of both genders who are teaching chemistry for the students of the fifth scientific secondary schools of the General Directorate for the Education in Garmiyan/Sulaymaniyah governorate, Iraqi Kurdistan region, where five teachers of them randomly selected to involve the training program, and seven teachers did not participate in the proposed training program, where a sample of students was selected for each group of teachers about 147 male and female students for teachers of the experimental group and 198 male and female students for teachers of the control group. After the preparation of the training program, its prepared research instrument was a learning test of the multiple choice in chemistry for the reliability of (0. 91) depending on the equation of Kuder-Richardson-20, the results showed the impact of the training program on the academic achievement between the two groups of students in the research sample for the group of the trained teachers in training program with a size of significant impact in compare with the students of non training teachers.

There are a lot of measures for Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), but what distinguishes it from other measures is the number of short paragraphs and concise depending on the classification of American Psychiatric Association (APA), which can be applied by the researchers on a large number, Because the Iraqi society suffered from psychological trauma due to wars, conflicts and occupation and the resulting psychological disorders of the members of Iraqi society, especially post-traumatic stress disorder, as mentioned by many studies and researches. Therefore, the aim of this study was to standardize the PTSD scale for students at Baghdad University. For the Psychologist Fua . E. which was applied in many foreign studies. This measure was applied to a sample of (800) students (400 male, 400 female) from the University of Baghdad. The standardization of this measure has passed through many stages of scientific procedures in this research. This measure has been included in the 23 paragraph in the initial picture. However, after the application of the research procedures of sincerity and stability and statistical operations, there remain 17 paragraphs in its final form. Note that each phrase contains four different alternatives to the level of severity. This measure was consistently high by using the alpha-cronbach and half-flux coefficient. It also used the global application, which was characterized by high public honesty.

The study aimed to identify self –affirmation degree, tendency degree toward perfection, awareness degree of creativity among fine arts institutions students, and the significant correlation between self -affirmation and its tendency toward perfection, and the awareness of creativity among fine arts institutions students. To achieve these objectives, the author had constructed two scales: one to measure self –affirmation among the sample based on “Lang& Jakobowski theory” (Lang& Jakobowski, 1973) that consisted of (54) item divided into two parts: qualitative and situational. The other scale is to measure the tendency toward perfection depend on (flett & Hewitt, 1991) that composed of (46) item divided into two sections: self-standards and community- standards. Total of (400) male and female fine arts students from three universities: Baghdad, Basra, and Mosul were selected as a sample for this study. The results showed that there was a significant correlation between self -affirmation and its tendency toward perfection and the awareness of creativity, Self –affirmation was medium among chosen sample, and less than medium according tendency toward perfection and the awareness of creativity

The researcher prepared to tools the first achievement test items objective than types consists of 50 choice of multi with four alternatives and the second test of science operations be one of the 30 paragraphs in both objective type multiple-test with four alternatives , it was verified validity and reliability of the validity and reliability of the validity and reliability of both instruments Experience has been in tilted in the first semester of the academic year 2015-2016 and lasted 13 weeks she studied at the experimental group under a strategy Jigsaw , in the same period the control group was taught the traditional way and used appropriate statistical methods , and results 1.There are difference statistically significant at the level of significance 0,05 between the average level students the experimental group who studied under a strategy to Jigsaw and average al jmuah officer who studied in the traditional way in achievement test, And in favor of the experimental group . 2.There are differences statically significant at the level of significance 0,05 between the average level students the experimental group who studied under a strategy to jigsaw and average grades al jmuah officer who studied in the traditional test operations in science , and in favor of the experimental group. 3.The size of the impact on the achievement jigsaw strategy and operations of a large flag. ABSTRAC The most important social and psychological problems that lead to Alzheimer's disease in the elderly (field study of a sample of people living in the city of Baghdad). The research aims to: 1. Identify the most important social, psychological and health problems of elderly people with Alzheimer's disease. 2. The most prominent solutions and treatments for people living with this disease. 3. rehabilitation and provision of social, psychological and medical services for people with Alzheimer's disease. The research stages of Alzheimer's disease and its symptoms and the most important causes of Alzheimer's disease, research has strengthened the theoretical framework. The theoretical study unexplained social pressure generating dealt with Alzheimer's disease, and also offered to study the social factors that contribute to the reduction of the incidence of Alzheimer's disease, and how social adjustment with Alzheimer's disease. Eating systematic side to look more than a tool for data collection in order to have a sound scientific information, and tools that pillars study in this research are: 1. resolution 2. Interview The most important findings of the research: 1. The percentage of care for children and their parents a patient with Alzheimer's disease (44%) of the surveyed sample. 2. The proportion of respondents who have been subjected to psychological trauma as a result of the loss of a family member (42%). 3. The proportion of respondents who have been exposed to trauma resulting from war (22%). 4. The proportion of respondents who are solving their social problems with the help of the family (48%), friends (22%), and address the respondent to the problems suffered by himself (44%). 5. Treatment methods that reduce the severity of the disease, drug therapy (23%), and social intervention (30%), and those who do not believe in therapy and were treated in ways that the disease is hereditary (24%). 6. Patients who have difficulty adapting to new social situations proportion (58%). 7. patients who suffer from difficult to accomplish everyday tasks without the help of others rate (1.8%). 8. Patients who suffer from the problem of social isolation ratio (76%). The most important conclusions: 1. Contributed to the exceptional circumstances that ravaged Iraq to contribute significantly to family disintegration and lack of communication between parents and children. 2. The inability of the patient are necessary in dealing with advanced cases which require intervention in care of by official institutions contribute to ease the burden and rehabilitation care. The study also found that many of the recommendations that will help the elderly to facilitate the provision of health and therapeutic services that contribute to the rehabilitation him healthy and myself properly.

Drawbacks of Implementing Electronic Management in the Ministry of Education (A sample: Oman Educational Portal) from the Point of View of IT Staff. The study aimed at discovering the drawbacks of implementing electronic management in the Ministry of Education (a sample: Oman Educational Portal) from the point of view of IT staff, and that is by answering the following questions: - What are the main drawbacks (administrative, financial, technical and drawbacks related to human resources) that hinder implementing the electronic management in the Ministry of Education (a sample: Oman Educational Portal) from the point of view of IT staff? - Are there any statistical significance differences at the level (0.05) between study samples on the drawbacks of implementing the electronic management in the Ministry of Education (a sample: Oman Educational Portal) from the point of view of IT staff attributed to gender, academic qualifications, years of experience and the number of training courses? To answer the research's questions, the researcher used a questionnaire as her study tool. It consisted of 52 statements, and their credibility was confirmed by several experts. Cronbach's alpha was also used to confirm its reliability, and it scored (0.92). The study community consisted of all of IT staff (146 employee) in the Directorate General of Information Technology in the Ministry of Education in Muscat Governorate. The study sample was the study community itself. The researcher used the descriptive approach in her study. She also used the statistical methods like the arithmetic average, standard deviation, t-test and one-way analysis of variance to discover the significance level between variables. The most important results of the study are as follows: financial drawbacks took the first place among other drawbacks, and the other three drawbacks had very similar results. There were no statistical significance differences at the level (0.05) in all of the 4 drawbacks attributed to gender, academic qualifications and the number of training courses, but there were statistical significance differences at the level (0.05) in the administrative drawbacks attributed to years of experience (more than 10 years of experience). It was also found that there were statistical significance differences in the financial drawbacks (5 to 10 years of experience). In light of the results, the researcher recommended: providing adequate financial support to implement electronic management in the Ministry of Education and suitable training programmes for the staff responsible for implementing the electronic management. She also recommended creating a motivating system and linking it to the performance expected and the results of the actual implementation of the electronic management in the Ministry of Education.

This Action research aimed at Assisting Students of Faculty of Educational Sciences at Al-Quds Open University to design computerized lessons using the Power Point software and according to ADDIE model. The study sample consisted of 40 students who were taking a course titled Technology of Education during the second semester of the 2014-2015 academic year and three academic instructors . To collect the required date , the researchers used focus group technique and structured interviews to get information from the 40 students and the three academic instructors involved in the course Technology of Education in QOU /Nablus Branch. In addition to these methods, a workshop with a guiding checklist was employed to help students learn about computerized lessons and how to design them. The findings indicated that empowering students with instructional design skills had a positive impact on their skills in designing computerized teaching lessons which increased since the students were able to choose suitable texts, graphs, photos that fit the content of the computerized lesson in accordance with the basics of instructional design The research findings, moreover, pointed out that the guiding checklist the researchers constructed contributed to solving problems that face the students in designing computerized lessons.

The researcher was rewarded in variable lifetime for students and educational attainment and educational level of the parents and the educational level of mothers. The present study aims at knowing the effect of discussion method for students of fifth grade in preparatory school. Methodology of the Study: In order to achieve the objective of the study, the researcher chooses non-randomly the preparatory school affiliated to the District Chamchamal Suliemnaniya. The sample attained 64 students in 32 per group (control and experimental) groups. The researcher used the discussion method which was applied on experimental group. She uses the traditional method on the control group. The researcher matched the two group in ago, intelligence, marks at the Kurdish Language in the previous year , pretest and posts for the independent sample. The researcher bused the unified tool to measure the expressive performance for the two groups of the study, and the end of each topic used the touchstones. Research's Finding: The result of the study shows the excel of the experimental group over the control group. The researcher recommends to take the discussion method in teaching expression and to take the lesson of expression and taking expression connection. She suggests making a similar study and also in terms of other subjects.

The researcher aims to detect the emotive equanimity in kindergartens teachers,also to uncover the anxiousness in children of kindergartens,then to detect the relationship between them,then to choose the simple random way which is about(180) teachers and children,when the twore searchers made two tools to measure the emotive equanimity and the anxiety for both teachers and children,statistical methods had been used include:(pearsons correlation coefficient,t-test for one sample,t-test for two independent samples are individuals).the researcher led to multiple results: 1-the teacher has an emotive equanimity. 2-children has no anxiousness. 3-there is no correlation that statistical function between the emotive equanimity in kindergartens teachers and the anxiousness in the children of kindergartens. The two researchers suggested to make astudy about the relation between the emotive equanimity and the humane skills which the headmistress of the kindergarten have.

The current research aims to identify the Impact of strategy of modeling in the of deductive thinking and the attitvde towards mathematics among students in the high school stage through check the following hypotheses: 1.There is no difference statistically significant at the level (0.05) between the scores mean of the experimental group students who have studied according to the modeling strategy and scores of control group students who have studied according to ordinary method in deductive thinking. 2.There is no difference statistically significant at the level (0.05) between the scores mean of the experimental group students who have studied according to the modeling strategy and scores of control group students who have studied according to ordinary method in the attitvde to wards mathematics among. The current research was limited to the scientific fourth grade students in junior high school formal day of the General Directorate for Educational Baghdad's Karkh district for the academic year 2015-2016. experience Was applied in the second covrse as it was the beginning of the actual teaching (6/3/2016) and the end of the actual teaching (27/4/2016) and to get results it have been processing the data statistically using T- test for two independent samples results showed of there is no difference statistically significant at the level (0.05) between the mean scores of the experimental group and control group in the test deductive thinking and attitvde scale towards mathematics and in favor of the experimental group, and in the light of the findings the researcher pvt a number of recommendations and proposals viable for research and study.

This study aimed to IQ test standardization of Marten Lother Johan which used with childreen of the tow stage at primary schools who aged (7) years old in Baghdad (Resafaa and Kharh). The importance of this study are : 1-The importance of childhood and its role to develop the personality. 2-The importance of this age as the child will exposure to different kind of official teaching . 3-The capability for early detection of special category for early intervention in order to provide the necessary care . 4-Using the current test could consider as a predictive tool to screen the intelligent children . In order to achieve the study aim, the researcher had followed the following steps: 1- IQ test of Marten Lother Johan was used with this study which it was translated into Arabic language by Adel Ez-Aldeen Alashwal. The scale includes 12 items which distributed on 12 sub- scale. 2- The test was conducted on number of experts of psychologist and specialize in measurement and evaluation in order to evaluate the validity of items of the scale. According expert's view, all the items were appropriate and validate. 3- The test was conducted on 400 students (female and male) who were chosen randomly from four primary schools in Baghdad (Resafaa and Kharh) for the academic year 2014-2015. 4- Some statistical analysis were used with the items ( difficulty coefficient , discrimination, and validation). 5- Some psychometric properties were conduced:  The validity(fase validity and concurrent validity) .  Reliability: Cronbach's alpha was used and the reliability score was( .97). 6- After prepared the items of the test, the test was conducted 800 students of primary schools in order to obtain the standardization of the test. 7- Some recommendation and suggestions were presented in order to develop the study in the future.
