The Histopathological Effect of Escherichia coli, Citrobacter freundii and Klebseilla oxytoca on liver of mice were fed with (2*106) cell/ml. The microscopic examination of the histological sections showed pathological changes in sucked mice with all bacterial type but depending on the bacterial type: Escherichia coli the more virulent cause; necrosis, inflammation with hemorrhage in the liver as well as degeneration of hepatocytes, dilatation of hepatic vein, Klebseilla oxytoca the least virulent than Citrobacter freundii ; cause damage in the hepatic tissues when compared with the control organs.

The nuclear structure of the isotopes Yb ( A = 174, 176 , 178 )are studied using the model IBM -1. The energy levels, the ratio of energy and the energy groups are calculated using the program IBS1.FOR.We determine the behavior of these isotopes depends on the calculate of the ratio of experimental and theory energy for(E(8_1^+ ) /E(2_1^+ ),E(6_1^+ ) /E(2_1^+ ),E(4_1^+ )/ E(2_1^+)) the low energy levels of positive parity shows that the isotopes belong to the rotational dynamical symmetry SU(3) .The number of neutrons for the isotope174Yb is in mid-shell between two magic numbers (82,126) then, that’s led to appear the energy groups(g_1,β_1,β_2,γ_1,γ_2 )and the energy levels are arrived approximately of 3.5 Mev . The present results give a good agreement with the experimental values.

Semiparametric methods combined parametric methods and nonparametric methods ,it is important in most of studies which take in it's nature more progress in the procedure of accurate statistical analysis which aim getting estimators efficient, the partial linear regression model is considered the most popular type of semiparametric models, which consisted of parametric component and nonparametric component in order to estimate the parametric component that have certain properties depend on the assumptions concerning the parametric component, where the absence of assumptions, parametric component will have several problems for example multicollinearity means (explanatory variables are interrelated to each other) , To treat this problem we use a difference based through the use of biased estimators, in order to get less biased and variance estimators therefor we used difference based estimator liu and difference based almost unbiased liu estiomator. throughout studying simulation based upon mean square error, we concluded that difference based almost unbiased liu estiomator is better than difference based estimator liu since it has the smallest mean square error after that we estimate nonparametric component so removing parametric component and estimated Nonparametric using k-nearest neighbor smoother.

The present work is studied the fracture strength of alfa- alumina using 3-point bend test and uniaxial compressive test. This work showed the fracture strength results of 3-point bend test better than uniaxial compressive test. Using low compressive stress at sintering of alumina leading to obtain low mechanical properties in spite of high sintering temperature.

This research was designed to study the effect of alcohol and alkaloids extract of Punica granatum in vivo on Lymphoid cell division of human blood in the equatorial phase also this study test toxic extracts in lymphatic cell in human used concentration 125 ,250, 500, 1000, 2000, 4000 mgml and compared with colchicine.The results showed that alcohol and alkaloids relatively have acute toxic increased 91% in 4000 mgml concentration with colchicien and. This study aimed to investigate the effect of the alcohol and crude alkaloids extracted from Punica granatum the on two malignant cell lines Hella and RD. Also this study included evaluation of the effect of these extracts on several cytogenetic parameters .The cytotoxicity of the alcohol extract and crude alkaloids extract was investigated on the cancer cells line, Hella and RD. Toxic effect for both extracts was indicated by rate of proliferation inhibition.The alkaloids extract showed the inhibition of Hella cell line at percentage 18.61-75.08% more than the alcohol extract 7.87- 50.50% at concentrations: 62.5-4000 mg/ml. The rate inhibition of alkaloids extract for RD cell line 10.48.-67.75 was higher than that of the alcohol extract 9.98-40.15 at the concentrations 62.5 and 4000mg/ml.

Undoped and Sn-doped Zinc Oxide (ZnO) thin films with doping percentage (1,3,5)% with thickness (400±20)nm which deposited on glass substrates at temperature (400°C) have been prepared by atmospheric pressure chemical vapor deposition method, The effect change of doping percentage on the structural properties for all prepared films were studied. XRD investigations results showed that all prepared films were polycrystalline in nature and had a hexagonal structure with preferred orientation along (002) plane, and we found that the increase in doping percentage lead to increase the crystallite size as well improve the crystal structure for all prepared films expect the film which prepared with doping percentage (3%) where the crystallite size decreases at this doping percentage and then the crystallite size increasing when the doping percentage increases, The lattice constants, dislocation density and number of crystals per unit area, microstrain, were calculated for all prepared films, also the results of atomic force microscope (AFM) showed that the values of root mean square and the surface roughness for all prepared films increases with the increase in doping percentage expect the film which prepared with doping percentage (3%) where the root mean square and the surface roughness decreases at this doping percentage and then the root mean square and the surface roughness increasing when the doping percentage increases. The (SEM) images show that the different surface morphologies for all the prepared films and the increasing in doping percentage leads to increase the crystallite sizes, we having a ratio of elements by (EDX) technique.

The composite films prepared from weight fraction (0, 1, 3, 5 wt%) of cobalt ferrite powder and polymer polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) by the casting method. The cobalt ferrite powder were synthesized by sol-gel auto combustion as a chemical methods, sintered at (600oC) for 4 hours. The X-ray diffraction (XRD) pattern of powder showed single phase spinel structure. Optical microscope examination for composite films showed the homogeneity and have been studied dielectric properties (Dielectric constant (〖 ε〗_r^Ꞌ), Loss facter (ε_(r )^ꞋꞋ)) in rang (50Hz-3MHz).The value of (〖 ε〗_r^Ꞌ) and (ε_(r )^ꞋꞋ) decrease with increasing frequency in the rang (50Hz-3MHz).

The current study aimed to investigate the effect of using alloxan in diabetic – induced mice. The study. included the utilization of (12) male albino mice Mus musculus , animals were divided into two groups , the first group considered as control were orally administrated with physiological distal water,while the second group included animals with diabetic which were induced by using alloxan with concentration (150) mg/Kg , ,Blood sugar level were estimated for all animals after three days then the animals were dissected after four day for the removal of pancreas gland, then it was fixed by fixative solutions after that a serial of histological sections preparations were conducted.It was clear from the morphological study that pancreas in Swiss albino mice is low diffusion type and it spread through the mesentery also it lies in the concave region of the duodenum, it has whit to yellow color and it is surrounded by a capsule of loose connective tissue which extends septa that divides the gland into many lobules indifferent shapes and sizes.Results of the present study revealed many histological alterations in both of the exocrine and the endocrine portions in the pancreas of mice treated with alloxan represented by hemorrhage among acinar cells , congestion inside blood vessels and vacuolation in margins of acini , also changes in cells nucleus and cytoplasm , and the increasing in the percentage of zymogen producing granules inside the acinar cells , as well as an increase in the connective tissue and adipose tissue gathering. Regarding the endocrine portion which is represented by Langerhans islets changes were degeneration of Langerhans cells , atrophy in their size and number and hemorrhage inside them.

Schiff’s base were prepared by condensation primary amine (sulfamethoxazole) with different aromatic aldehydes in presence absolute ethanol as a solvent these compounds were considered applied for the preparation of formazan derivatives Diazonium salts were obtained by treatment of the primary amine with sodium nitrite and the presence of metal acid and followed by the preparation of formazan derivatives through reacts with the Schiff’s base with diazonium salts in presence pyridine as a solvent.

This study was carried out to know the role of packaging in the marketing of process (dairy) food products and to study the problem raised and detect the microbial contamination which affect dairy product. Thirty of dairy product samples were included in this study which include yogurt, cheese, cream which obtained from local market in Baghdad City during period beginning from January 2016 till March 2016. Bacteriological test were conducted including Total count of bacteria, Fecal coliform counting, Coliform counting, counting staphylococcus. Result of bacteriological examination reveal that the number of bacteria was recording among sample (x1) 3×104 cfu/g. followed by sample (x8) 8×103 cfu/g, the highest were sample (x9) 45×102 cfu/g. Coliform was detected in sample x6 and x7 no bacteria were detected in the samples namely x1,x2,x3,x4,x5,x10. It has also been scanning the plastic material is it made of cans device (DSC) The results indicated that some of them made of polyethylene and some are made of polystyrene and a white and pure of impurities, one of the good materials used for packaging dairy this of food accordance to the health and safety of the global food organizations. This study recommended that the most important one is encourage investment in the field of packaging, reduction customer duties and to encourage further studies in this field.

In this research study nanogranular composites ferromagnetic-piezoelectric were prepared by the ion-beam sputtering for different concentrations below the percolation threshold conversion from amorphous to the crystalline where it found a decrease of electrical resistance whenever crystallized compound atoms down to the degree of crystallization. The measurement of Electron Probe Micro-Analysis (EPMA) for Compounds showed that the ratio of (Ni) in Pb(Zr0,53Ti0,47)O3 (PZT) is about (2%-59%).Results of Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) showed that the compounds have nanostructure size. X-Ray diffraction (XRD) analysis showed that the Compounds prepared have amorphous structure for PZT and polycrystalline for Ni and Si substrates and average grain size for Ni is about (7.25nm).

In this paper the Rayleigh scattering cross section σ_R in aluminum has been calculated, through atomic scattering factor calculation, using Wave function involves The independent of the particles approximation for the values 0<(sinθ)/λ≤1A^(0^(-1) ), And for the incident Photon energy range from 620 eV (λ=20A^0) to 12.4 KeV (λ=1A^0), The Rayleigh scattering cross section was found to be dominate at low energy, where the scattering cross section starting from very small energy and less than 1KeV, Also the increasing of angular distribution for Rayleigh scattering cross section is principle dependent on the value of atomic scattering factor f(k,Z), and observed Rayleigh scattering decreasing at high energies, while it is more distinct at low energies, for this reason the Rayleigh scattering is very important at low energies, because the scattering angle is large.

Forty isolates were obtained of Acinetobacter baumannii from (200) isolate, the isolates were collected from different cases including :- wounds, burns, Stool , Urinary tract infection urine, Respiratory tract infection and blood sample. The result revealed that the kps gene was present in (6) isolates (15%) of Acinetobacter baumannii. The result Showed (4) isolate (10%) of Stool has kps gene and (1) isolate (2.5%) of respiratory tract infection f has kps gene and finally only (1) isolate (2.5%) of Wound infection. While all isolated for each of the urinary tract infections, blood and Burns doesn't the kps gene. The gel electrophoresis showed that the molecular weight of kps gene was 272 bp.

The Iraqi governorates suffer from the problem of environmental pollution and the lapse of air quality because of spreading the resources of fuel burns and air Pollutants, which has been beginning since 1991 after Gulf war as a result of refineries and oil warehouses and chemistry materials stores scorch and fir explosives …etc. So the research aim is to determine and analyze air pollutants in a number of Iraqi oil refiners , the researcher depends on data of the used quantity of fuel in boilers and bakes in the oil refineries and analyze it by factor analysis method . The results explained the existence of six factors represented 90% from total variances of the used variables in the research.

Simple, sensitive and rapid two methods for determination of Atorvastatin Calcium (Atv) in both pure form and pharmaceutical formulations. The first method was based on the oxidation of the studied drug in presence of acidic medium by a known excess of (Potassium bromide: Potassium bromate) (KBr:KBrO3) as an oxidizing agent and subsequent determination of unreacted oxidant by reacting it with Crystal Violet (CV) dye [4 [bis [4 (dimethylamino) phenyl] methylidene] cyclohexa-2,5-dien-1-ylidene]-dimethylazanium;chloride to produce blue at λmax. 594 nm. The second method involved determination of (Atv) using Chromogenic reagent Sodium 1,2-naphthoquine- 4-sulfonate (NQS) as reagent in an alkaline medium (pH 11.5) to form an orange product at λmax. 456nm, and the linearity range was found to be (10-100)µg/mL and (20-80)µg/mL respectively. With molar absorptivity 70.708×104 L/mol.cm and 20.565×103 L/mol.cm, correlation coefficient 0.9992 and 0.9977 and the limit of detection and limit of quantification (0.0178 µg/mL, 0.054 µg/mL) and (0.059 µg/mL, 0.179 µg/mL) respectively. The two methods were successfully applied for the determination of (Atv) in tablet formulation.

Al-Najaf Al-Ashraf city located, in the southern part of Iraq, is located between latitudes (29ᵒ 50 00̋ - 32ᵒ 21 00) north and longitudes (42 ° 50 '00 "- 45 ° 44' 00") east, The rocks exposures at the study area date back to the (Middle Miocene-Recent) and this includes Dammam, Euphrates, Fatha, Injana, Zahra and Dubduba formations as well as Quaternary deposits. Depending on the climatic data recorded in Najaf station for the period (1994-2014) show that the total falling rain was (97.54) mm, and the average temperature (25.75 C°), relative humidity (41.52%), wind speed (1.67 m / s), sunshine (8.6 hours / day) and the total evaporation from free surfaces was (3473.46 mm). The prevailing climate in the region is dry to semi-dry. was calculated corrected potential evapotranspiration theoretically apply Thornthwaite method where she was value 1024.97 mm, was also calculate the water surplus , which accounted for 22.1% divided into surface runoff and and Groundwater Recharge while the water deficit represents 77.9% of the annual rainfall.

In this paper vanadium pentoxide thin films (V2O5) were prepared by the chemical spray pyrolysis technique on a glass substrate at temperature (350 0C) and by thickness (1000,830,660,360) nm. XRD investigations showed that all the films are polycrystalline in nature with an orthorhombic structure with preferred orientation along ( 001) plane . Some properties studied by X-ray diffraction such as average grain size where the results were (27 ,29 ,20 , 24) nm for thickness (1000 , 830 , 660 , 360) nm respectively, results of texture coefficient were (2.38 , 2.60 , 1.96 , 2.47) nm for thickness (1000 , 830 , 660 , 360) nm respectively, also lattice constant are calculate. Some optical properties as well as studied by using a (UV – Vis – NIR – Spectrophotometer ) and the test results showed that the films prepared with Transmittance not exceeding 35% in the visible region of the electromagnetic spectrum and increases with the decrease in thickness. Also the absorbance increase with the increase in thickness. The values of the direct band gap were (2.203, 2.294, 2.402, 2.500) eV for the thickness (1000, 830,660. 360) nm respectively.

This study is concerned on prepare polymer composite from unsaturated polyester resin (UPE) reinforced with) 10%) weight fraction of broomcorn natural fibers (long and short) by using hand lay-up technique. The natural fibers treated with 0.5 normality of NaOH solution. Some mechanical properties such as (Impact strength, flexural strength and shore D hardness) have been studied. It was found that the impact strength increased when unsaturated polyester reinforced by treated long broomcorn fibers compared with short fiber and pure unsaturated polyester while, flexural strength and hardness values decreased of treated composite compared with pure unsaturated polyester.

Different species of bacteria(Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli,Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Proteus spp.,Klebsiella spp., Staphylococcus epidermidis)were isolated from urinary tract infections,burn infections and wound infections from inpateints and outpateints of Azadi educational hospital and public hospital of Kirkuk.The diagnosis of isolates was based on phenotypic,microscopic and biochemical tests.Inhibition activity of nanoparticles ZnONPs and TiO2NPs were tested against bacterial isolates after determined the minimum inhibition concentration(MIC).The results showed that the MIC was at (2mg/ml) against bacterial species,so the results also showed the variation of nanoparticles in inhibition activities.The higher diameter of inhibition regions of TiO2NPs was against E.coli and S.epidermidis which isolated from burn and wound infections respectively at (13) mm,and the maximum of inhibition activity of ZnONPs was against S.epidermidis which isolated from urinary tract infections.The results showed the synergism effect between nanoparticles and antibiotics(Azithromycin,Ciprofloxacin and Ceftriaxone).

Inhibition activity of Annona muricata extract were tested against bacterial isolates after determined the minimum inhibition concentration(MIC).The results showed that the MIC was at 50mg/ml against bacterial species,so the results also showed the variation of inhibition activities of extract agaist bacterial species.The higher diameter of inhibition regions was against Proteus spp.,S.aureus and S.epidermidis which isolated from urinary tract infections at(10)mm,and the higher inhibition activity of extract was against S.epidermidis which isolated from burn infections and against S.epidermidis, Klebsiella spp. which isolated from wound infections at(9)mm.The results showed the synergism effect between Annona muricata extract and antibiotics (Azithromycin, Ciprofloxacin and Ceftriaxone).
