The aim of this study is to Extraction the psychometric properties the scale of the changing personal values, by Aloufayssan (2006). For this purpose, we have chosen a sample of (100) students (boys and girls) terminal class, in El Oued province, they were chosen randomly with the stratified sample. We have applied two methods: half dividing and the internal coherence method through counting Alpha coefficient Cronback, to sustain this measurement we have used the following validity measurements: the method through counting and the Comparison peripheral Believe. Using the above mentioned statistical styles we have reached that the measurement of changing personal values, by Aloufayssan (2006) realized accepted levels of validity and reliability after it has been applied with a group of students in El Oued province that its characteristics agree with successful evaluation features.

Al-Kafiya Zavi Al-Arab Fī Ma'rifat Kalam al-'Arab, known also as Al-Kafiya Ibn Al-Hajib is one of the most famous books on syntax written by Ibn Hajib. His interest in simplifying syntactic rules caused him to put to pen a Preface entitled Al-Kafiya; naming the book as such clarifies the writer’s aim as it makes both the beginners and experts of the field refrain from consulting difficult-to-understand books on syntax. In other words, this is a book needed even by professors of the field. In his Preface, Ibn Hajib has made use of non-mystifying euphuistic language, a method which shows his ability and mastery over syntactic rules. The above book has attracted the attention of the scientists of the field so much so that they have entered into a race of better writing a commentary, a debate, or marginal notes on it, as it has dealt with all syntactic subjects, even though it is a complete simplified book for that purpose. Its unique characteristics have caused it to become the center of attention for the old and new scholars of syntax and gain the first place amongst all other related works in terms of attracting explanation, explication, sustenance, and marginal notes. Razi Astarabadi is one of the most famous critics of Al Kafiya. His exegesis is very famous and possesses a high rank with the scholars. Among the other famous commentaries one can refer to Al-Fawaid Al-Ziaiyya by Jami who made his best in this book to solve the difficulties and riddles of Al-Kafiya by resorting to various explanations. He has analyzed many relevant resources, chosen useful materials, and added sentences to them in order to satisfy the needs of the students, so much so that one can assert that Jami’s book is a summary of Razi’s commentaries on Al-Kafiya. Jami has printed Razi’s phrases and views in his book without any alterations so much so that the beginners are unable to distinguish between them, even though in most cases he has not abstained from mentioning Razi’s name; at times, to defend Ibn Hajib, he has taken issue with Razi’s commentaries. Making use of descriptive-analytical method, the present research has sought to show Jami’s critique on Razi Astarabadi’s analysis of the views and theories of the previous scholars of the field. Some of the results obtained explain that Jami has not limited himself only to expressing Razi’s views; on the contrary, he has critically mentioned the reasons for choosing, preferring, rejecting, or deleting them.

The study aimed to investigate Public schools teachers use extent of the basic rules of educational methods in the educational achievement of their students in government schools in Jordan from teachers point of view. To achieve this goal, a questionnaire was designed according to study objectives and hypotheses.The questionnaire was distributed to a random sample amounting 150 teachers selected from Amman Governmental Schools.130 questionnaire were collected , this means that the response rate is86.66%. The study found that the followed roles in selecting the instructional materials affects students'academic achievement. Moreover the study found that there is an impact of followed rules used before and upon using of instructional materials on students' academic achievement. The study recommended the need to provide instructional in public schools through following to cope with the latest developments and developments related to instructional materials in order to improve and develop the educational process And to provide the students with the necessary skills and concepts.

The sample of the current study consisted of (48) academic leaders of Shakra University. The study tools included a questionnaire prepared by the researcher. The study was based on the comparative descriptive approach. This study aimed at identifying educational innovations at Palestinian schools in the light of the developments of the current century, in terms of identifying the challenges facing educational innovations at Palestinian schools, ways of addressing them and highlighting the educational innovations at Palestinian schools according to two areas: Learning environment and teaching strategies. The researcher adopted the qualitative approach through the analysis of literature contained in the documents, reports, studies and experiments specialized in the field of the study besides a semi-codified interview to answer the questions of the study and to present recommendations and proposals. The results of the study indicate that the educational innovations require deep understanding of its objectives and components and needs to be based on tracks that can be considered as a theoretical and key reference frame for the process of educational innovations in schools education. The study showed many challenges to educational innovations at Palestinian schools, the most important of which is the lack of material resources and lack of competencies in the field of educational innovations at schools. The study also showed that overcoming these challenges can be achieved through the adoption of educational policies that support educational innovations and a sound and open educational thought, an educational environment with qualified physical and human resources, in addition to professionals in the field of educational innovations. Finally, the study also showed that educational innovations in teaching environments and teaching strategies at Palestinian schools did not reach the level required by the current century.

This research tackled an exact and important issue of the science of hadith which is the contradictory of marfu(1)and mauquf(2). The scholars differ about them widely anciently and recently. The research proved that the previous scholars (Aimah) and on top of them Albukhari didn’t judge the issue completely. But the acceptance and the reply for them is supported with associations.Therefore this research came with pure scientific benefits ; and this is through its combination of theoretical and practical sides. It is hoped that this research will enhance the ultimate trust in the efforts of the scholars and critics of the hadith، which they did to serve the pure sunnat. (1) A hadith referred back to the prophet.e.g. a reporter (whether a companion، successor or other) says ” The messenger of Allah said …” (2) A hadith referred back to a companion e.g. “ibn Abbas said…” Without being attributed to the prophet.

The different Muslim sources contain rich information relating to économic facts and events. One can mention particularly the annals, the books of hisba and the books of fatwa gathering the legal opinions issued by the Muslim jurisprudence specialists The problem that arises in historical scientific research is how to look at economic issues and project the terms of economic terminology on the traditional expressions of the middle Ages or at least bring them closer together. The crisis and economic prosperity will be the subject of this study. The term “crisis” does not appear in Muslim sources. Arab Lexical dictionaries generally indicated this by the deprivation or suffering that affects groups and individuals. but in A rare fact It is found in a hadith attributed to the prophet. Mecca then suffered the detrimental effects of extreme scarcity. In order to clearly indicate a situation of economic crisis, the word "expensive" was preferred. The sources also implicitly mentioned it as symptoms such as the decline in production, caused by situations such as wars, droughts, floods, locust invasions, and their consequences, such as famines, forced migration of populations and the high rate of mortality. Economic stability was often signified by the ease and the prosperity, a fertile season followed by good agricultural production, lower prices, peace, and political stability. Throughout the study of the terms “crisis” and “economic stability”, we can conclude that the projection of economic terminology in the first place on historical texts and jurisprudence is possible and this will allow us to carry out an exhaustive research in this field.

The aim of this study is to identify the degree of practicing educational skills of teachers and their relation to the level of motivation of teachers in the basic stage in the Kingdom of Jordan from their point of view. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher designed a questionnaire to measure the degree of availability of communication skills and the level of motivation among teachers. And a number of (350) questionnaires were randomly selected and retrieved (323) with 92.2% response rate. After checking, the researcher excluded (18) questionnaires that are not valid for the analysis. In other words, 305 questionnaires were used for analytical purposes. After the statistical analysis, the degree of availability of nonverbal communication skills among educational supervisors The teachers' point of view was great, while the other communication skills achieved an intermediate availability and were ranked in descending order "writing skill, reading skill, skill Speaking skills, "and the results showed a positive correlation between the teachers 'communication skills and teachers' motivation.

The numerousness of the Quoranic references in his divan requires a critical study to clarify the places of beauty in it. The Islamic matters and images are noticeable in the divan affected by the political, social and economic circumstances. He mentions pilgrimage and various places of the religious rituals. He urges people to hold up Islam and its traditions. His poetry is devoid of rhetorical aspects. The analytic, descriptive method has been used in this research

This research consists of four main aspects: the first is entitled "before the words". The researcher provides in it a brief glance on Jerusalem and the Zionist in the modern era. The second section talks about the life of the poet Wadih Al Bustani. In the third section I talked about Wadih Al Bustani‘s opinion on the British mandate and the intentions of Britain for a real national homeland for the Jews in Jerusalem and Palestine. The last section of the research revolves around Wadih Al Bustani calling for Arab unity and the need for the Christian and Muslims Palestinians to work together against the Zionists in Jerusalem. Jerusalem is the most city that had this political and strategic interest, historical and literary. And that’s because of its historical value in the wars and conflicts in the region and its value in holy religions. This important value was reflected on Arabic poetry. Moreover, it is rare to find any Arab poet who didn’t write poetry talking about Jerusalem and Palestine. Suliman Gibran says about Wadih Al Bustani: "He was born in Lebanon, but he is Palestinian in his affiliation. He was born Christian but lived in a Muslim environment and culture. And the most important thing in his life is his poetry “. Wadih Al Bustani was the first one who was against the British- Zionist mandate. Wadih Al Bustani’s poetry was about the political struggle in Palestine and was filled with a national passionate sense. He fought for the Palestinian struggle through his pen and his words

The current study aimed to identify the requirements of the development of school leaders' performance in the light of standards of school leadership quality of Public Education Evaluation Commission in Saudi Arabia. Additionally, this study seeks to identify the statistical significant differences between the means of the respondents' responses on the requirements of requirements of the development of school leaders' performance according to the study's variables (the current work, grade). The researcher used the descriptive approach to analysis the data of this study. The study's population consisted of public schools' leaders and they are (1018) leaders and (22,521) teachers totaling (23,539) individuals. The researcher used the questionnaire as study instrument that has been validated. The data of this study was analyzed and processed statistically by using SPSS program. The results of this study show that the study's respondents agree intermediately on the requirements of the development of school leaders' performance. These requirements include supporting the activities, tools and methods that lead to the development and improvement of the school, as well as releasing the culture of school performance of the school's leaders and adopting the flexible policies based on the devolution of powers to enable workers occupationally and motivate school staff to meet the standards of Public Education Evaluation Commission in Saudi Arabia. The results of this study show that there are statistical significant differences at the level of (0.01) between the means of the respondents' responses on the requirements of the development of school leaders' performance according to the current position variable (teacher – school leader) for the sake of the respondents of the school leaders while there are not statistical significant differences between the respondents' responses means on the requirements of the development of school leaders' performance according to the current workplace. The study provided some recommendations to focus on the provision more incentives for the school leaders and define Public Education Evaluation Commission in Saudi Arabia and its standards, as well as activate the consulting role of Colleges of Education in all local universities as an experience source for school leaders and build a certain strategy to select, prepare and train the school leaders before and during the services in the light of standards of school leadership quality of Public Education Evaluation Commission in Saudi Arabia.
