Rivalry and bargaining between governmental and private kindergarteners

The study aims to identify the bargaining differences between the governmental and private kindergarteners; the rivalry differences between the governmental and private kindergarteners; the rivalry and bargaining differences among private kindergarteners; and the rivalry and bargaining differences among governmental kindergarteners. The researchers had raised a question; is there any difference of rivalry and bargaining between governmental and private kindergarteners?. A total of (150) kindergarteners ranged from 5 to 6 years old, (90) student from governmental kindergarten and (60) student from private kindergarten, were selected as a sample of this study. Fifteen governmental and private kindergarten were chosen from al-rasafa directorates’ (first, second, and third). The researchers constructed two scale, one to measure the rivalry between governmental and private kindergarteners and the other to measure the bargaining between governmental and private kindergarteners. Reliability and validity were tested. The results had revealed that bargaining among governmental kindergarteners higher than private ones, on the other side, rivalry among private kindergarteners higher than governmental ones. Rivalry showed more significance when it came to compare with bargaining among private kindergarteners. Bargaining revealed more significance when it came to compare with rivalry among governmental kindergarteners.

The socio-psychological implications on the investigators of police directorate in Hebron district The present study aims to identify the socio-psychological implications that police investigators experience regarding the variable of gender, age, place of residence, qualification, military rank, and work experience. The study included 6 individuals who were working in investigation department in Hebron district as a sample. The results demonstrated that the targeted sample had a dump attitude toward the socio-psychological implications. The psychological implications reflected 2.8739, the social side represents 3.2956.

The content of intermediate stage biology books for multiple intelligences The aim of current study is to analyze the content of intermediate stage biology books based on multiple intelligences. To do this, the researcher used the descriptive analytical approach. To analyze the three books of the intermediate stage, the author adopted content analysis tool and area unit. They were exposed to group of experts in methods of teaching biology, and measurement and evaluation. The findings of the study have shown a significant difference between what was expected and the observation of the multiple intelligences for the three biology books excluded the (social, musical, and kinetic intelligence), and there is no significant difference between the analysis' result of the biology books and the expectations of books content.

Cyber bullying among college students The current research aimed to explore the practicing of cyber bullying among college students as well as the differences of practicing cyber bullying among university students based on gender variable. The finding revealed that there was a high prevalence rate for cyber bullying among research sample who was students from Baghdad University. It assured clearly that this group participated in cyber bullying effectively, due to the biological and psychological factors which make them super sensitive toward the social and economic problems. Moreover, the results showed that there were significant differences between male and female in practicing cyber bullying. The study proved that women use cyber bulling more than men.

Abstract: The present research aims to know : The level of Cognitive failures, information processing styles, and the problem-solving among the university students ,so it is aims to know the contribution of cognitive failures on the information processing styles and problem-solving, the research sample was (400) males and females student from the University of Wasit chosen randomly from both gender and for the study of the morning and evening .So these scales had been used as a research tool (failures cognitive scale ,the scale of information processing styles , and the scale of problem solving) , and by using the statistical means as T- test for one sample , T- test for tow independent samples ,and person correlation ,the research reached to the results indicates that the college students have cognitive faller but it isn’t has statistical significant, and they tend to use the strategic style , and the have the ability to solve problems , So the cognitive faller had contribution on cognitive procedure styles and it had a contribution on problem solving. Through the search results was reached some of the recommendations and proposals.

Abstract The research aims to build an educational program - learning, according to the concepts of renewable energy and nanotechnology And knowledge of its impact on the technological enlightenment when the third phase students in the Department of Chemistry, and to verify the goal and put the researcher null hypothesis the following: No Statistically significant difference at the level (0.05) between the average scores of the experimental group students who are studying material nanotechnology and renewable energy program Altalima- learning and the average score for the control group of students who are studying the same article the usual way in technological enlightenment. The search was limited to the third row in the Department of Chemistry, College of Education, Science Pure students -bn Haytham for the academic year 2014-2015m, was preparing the content of scientific material to include renewable energy concepts and nanotechnology, with the two groups experimental design was chosen. One of them set the other part restraint Odhu post-test design was chosen for research and the Department of Chemistry in the College of Education, Pure Science - Ibn al-Haytham Sample deliberate research because it is more convenient to carry out the experiment, were selected Mjootain (A, B) at random to represent the experimental group of (24) students and two groups (C, D) to represent the control group of (23) students, and held them equal in the number of variables, the experimental group was taught according to the program Altalima- learning and studying the second (control) in the usual way by the subject teacher for both groups and to measure the impact of the program in technological enlightenment was built search tool created by of building technological enlightenment scale which consists of (36) Positive paragraph (2), paragraph revealing was sure of his sincerity and persistence, was applied experience over the first semester by a lecture and one to two hours a week and applied technological enlightenment scale dimensionally on the two groups on 28 / 29/01/2015 m respectively, and use the samples t-test (t-test) The Pearson correlation coefficient and averages as a means of statistical data processing results were that there is a difference statistically significant between the average scores of the experimental group students and average grades control group students in technological enlightenment scale in favor of the experimental group were rejected null hypothesis, and in the light of the results and put the researcher set of recommendations and proposals .

Abstract The research aims to acquaint the reality of Privet universities education in Iraq and acquaint of its role and ways to promote it. The research contains three chapters, the First Chapter includes The Importance of Research, the need of the research, the goals of the research and its borders. The Second Chapter handles with The Historical Scope of Privet universities education in Iraq and most important previous studies that deal with this topic. The Third Chapter deals with The Reality of Community Privet Universities in Iraq through scientific composure, scientific level of the students admitted in privet education between planning and marketing research and then take main issues of privet universities education and ways to solve these issues. At the end, complete the research with a few instructions as following: 1- Making studies to measure the capacity of the educational activity of the privet colleges in the country, their levels and to determine the indicators of actual performance of these colleges in the field of education and field of scientific. 2- Work on the applying of international quality standards due to its positive effects on the various activities in the community colleges. 3- It is necessary to give private universities some independence to choose curriculum syllabus that adequate with the privacy of these universities. 4- Privet colleges follow-up development of the current and the projected design curricula and academic vocabulary of the labor market in the light of these developments.

Abstract: The Current research aims to identify ( The effects of Daniel Model in Cognitive Motivation for the Students of the Third grade average ) , To verify the objective of this research , the researchers added nul hypothesis following : There is no difference is statistically significant at the level of ( 0.05 ) between the average scores of students who studied Daniel Model and the average students who studied by using traditional method in Cognitive Motivation scale. The research was conducted on a sample of the average Third grade students in a medium Al – sadiq Al – Ameen secretary for boys affiliated to the General Directorate for Educational in Baghdad Al – rusafa 2 and for academic year ( 2014 – 2015 ) , the researchers adopted a two Experimental design as research sample ( 55 ) students from the average Third grade students were Selected randomly by the division of A by ( 27 ) students stood to represent the control group , who studied by using traditional method and the Division B by ( 28 ) students groups to represent the Experimental group that studied Daniel Model and rewarded the two groups in the Variables (Students achievement in Physics second grade average, Chronological age in months , intelligence , in Cognitive Motivation ) , and has one of the researchers thought himself by the two groups in two servings per week for each group , was preparing Cognitive Motivation scale including ( 50 ) negative and positive items were verified face validity , by submitting it to a group of specialists , then applied on a prospective sample to calculated the discriminatory power of the item of the scale was calculated construct validity and factor validity have been confirmed persistence of the adoption equation alpha – cronbach reliability coefficient ( 0.89 ) as well as split – half reliability ( 0.83 ) and Test – retest reliability ( 0.90 ). Using simplest t – test with the two ends of the two independent sample were null hypothesis testing yielded results in terms of statistically test. There is a statistically significant difference between the average degree of the experimental group and the control group in the the Cognitive Motivation scale for the experimental group, In the results of researchers sees the need to : 1- A adoption specimen Daniel Mode in teaching physics and included in the curricula and teaching methods course in colleges of education . 2- Conduct similar studies in several stages of study materials and to know their impact on other variables.

The current research objective has been to measure: - 1-The level of psychological and social harmony for the children of martyrs of the popular crowd. 2- the correlation between the psychological and social compatibility of the children of the martyrs of the popular crowd and its relationship to some variables. In order to achieve the objectives of the research, the psycho-social adjustment scale, prepared by Al-Janabi in 2002, was adopted. It consisted of (52) paragraphs divided into four main areas (self-compatibility, compatibility with parameters, compatibility with peers and compatibility with the system) (3, 2, 1) and the scale of (23) positive paragraph. The answer to the scale by the teachers because they are more in contact with children and spend more time with them, making the most confident and accurate measure of psychosocial compatibility in children. Since the standard used in the current research was built in a period of time earlier, it was therefore necessary to re-extract the factors of discrimination and honesty and stability of the scale. Where the scale was applied to a sample of children killed the popular crowd aged (4-6) years, where the size of (200) children and a girl after the extraction of honesty and stability for them. Through the results of the research was reached: - 1- The children of the father (the martyrs of the popular crowd) in the kindergartens are poor in their mental consensuses and agree with them as average compared to the children who do not miss the father. 2- The psychological and social compatibility of the children martyrs of the crowd did not differ on the degree of their (male - female). 3- What is the age of children in their compatibility with children, despite the small stage that they are going to adapt to the new situation on them, and this showed the index of compatibility, which appeared to engage with their peers who did not lose the father. Marriage outside the court is a manifestation of the oppression that women are subjected to in Iraq its seriousness comes out of the consequences that it leads to The. It overlooks the age of the girl and her marriage in younger age or coerced to marry as it leads to neglecting the affordability of marital relationship as long as the marriage does not have any legal or material consequences. The present study aims to detect Characteristics of both wives, husbands and families Who agree to marry her daughters outside the court. And the reasons that lead them to marry outside the courts. It also aims to provide information on the circumstances of marriage and reasons for refusing to ratify it in court. The study was based on the sample social survey. And study sample included 300 women married outside the court. Who have been directed to the non - governmental organizations support centers in Sadr City for help. The main tool for this research is the questionnaire. The main findings of the study 1. Marriage outside the court is related to the marriage of children and more from 58% of the the sample Have been married before Their attainment Legal age status For marriage, 2 - Approximately half of the marriages which are concluded outside the court (48%) Do not continue and end in Divorce, separation, abandonment or the death of a spouse, 3- Low educational level is the dominant feature for wives and for couples and fathers and mothers of married women outside the court. 4. The decision to marry the girl taken by father often , and nearly 32% of women who were married outside the court had not taken their views or consent waver on marriage, And that a quarter of marriages concluded outside the court are forced marriages were coerced. 5. The 13% of marriages entered into outside the court marriages are not allowed by law and harmful practices associated with women (marriage as blood money or to stay under relative mandate). And 20% of married women outside the court are second or a third wives. 6 - Lack of interest in the civil contract by parents was the first reason behind the marriage outside the court. Followed by the complex procedure for marriage within the court. The promise to ratify the marriage came later in the third order. As for the young woman's age came fourth in order . 7- Marriages were attributed to non - certified in court and face the risk of general collapse, dismantling the marital bond 36.3%. The husband 's failure to ratify the marriage of the most important reasons not to ratify these marriages from the point of view of women, followed by the arrangement in terms of lack of interest in the ratification of marriage then comes not reaching the wife to the legal age of marriage , which will allow the ratification third place

No statistically significant between the mean scores of the experimental group and the students taught her students that strategy differences (learning cells) and the control group that teaches its students in the traditional way in the development of critical thinking in the geographical material. 2. No statistically significant between the mean of the experimental group students by students studying strategy differences (learning cells) and the control group that teaches its students in the traditional way in the development of reflective thinking in the geographical material. The sample of the research (66) students by (34) the experimental group which is studying the geographical material on the strategy of learning cells and (32) students of the control group taught the same material in the traditional manner and have rewarded researcher experimental group and control group students in chronological age variables Students-month period, the level of intelligence, academic achievement for mothers, test critical thinking, reflective thinking test. Select Dr material covered by the search for teaching fifth grade literary students and included the first three of the vocabulary of the prescribed curriculum geographical material for the academic year seasons (2013 - 2014) and in the light of the content coined researcher number of Aslukih objectives according to levels (Bloom) minimum (knowledge, understanding, application) and total (100) behaviorally target and promising researcher plans on teaching-learning strategy in accordance with the cells of the control group and the number of these plans (16) study plan. And to see the effect of learning cells strategy in personnel variables for this study (critical thinking and reflective thinking) Researcher adopted the measure ready for critical thinking and is a measure of (al-Kaabi, 2005) critical thinking component of (99) test paragraph and which covered (5) the capacity of thinking Critic is a reproduction and knowledge of assumptions or postulates, deduction, interpretation, calendar pilgrims, as a promising researcher himself a measure of reflective thinking fits with the nature of the course material, students and be the scale of (30) items distributed among the five skills of reflective thinking and are (meditation and observation , disclosure of events, access to conclusions, to give convincing explanations, put the proposed solutions and check out the virtual charity and applied to exploratory sample of (50) Tbalba and ensure the effectiveness of the false alternatives and ratified the selection and steadfastness and at the end of the experiment researcher tests applied to Standart critical thinking and reflective thinking on the experimental group and the control and the use of appropriate statistical methods researcher students to address the findings of the current research, which yielded the following results: - 1. The existence of differences statistically significant at the level (0.05) between the experimental group taught according to students learning strategy cells and the control group, which is considering the geographical material itself in the traditional way of thinking and critic for the experimental group and thus rejects the hypothesis Asfrah first. 2. there is a statistically significant difference at the level (0.05) between the experimental group which is studying the geographical material in accordance with the learning strategy cells and the control group students taught the same material in the traditional way of thinking and contemplative for the experimental group and thus rejects the hypothesis Asfrah first. And the researcher to a number of conclusions in the light of the results of the search, including: - 1. develop the skills of critical thinking skills and reflective thinking to the fifth grade in literary geographical material students through the use of strategy (learning cells). 2. Students feeling in the bilateral groups in the strategy of learning cells that they perform their duties classroom bilaterally and collectively cooperative and their sense of being responsible for their duties in bilateral their groups towards achieving the goals lead to learning an active and effective over the way Altqldeh, which led to the development of critical thinking skills and reflective thinking for students Group Altgeraah skills. 3. The use of Zdhu practice (learning cells) as an activity of intellectual activity leads to increased student information in geographical material and giving them Mtaadh skills such as the ability to reflect and think and disposal and the analysis and planning of the activities of their cooperation and teamwork and respect for the views of others . And researcher recommended in light of the results, including the following: - 1. cells use learning strategy in teaching geographical material for the preparatory phase for the purpose of further development of skills Altvkiran critic and contemplative. 2. Working on the teaching of teachers in-service by the Ministry of Education on how to use the cells to learn strategy and economy baptized on teaching methods that rely conservation and indoctrination. And researcher suggested in light of the results as follows: - 1. conduct a similar study on the other stages of the study and both sexes to see the effect of using the cells learning strategy in the development of critical thinking skills and reflective thinking skills of students in the geographical material. 2. further studies to determine the impact of the use of learning strategy cells in variables other than critical thinking and contemplative Mthelalatjahat about geographical material and retention of information and motivation to learn.

The current study aims to investigate the effect of (SWOM) strategy on acquiring the psychological concepts of educational psychology course and its retention among education college students. To do this, a sample of (57) male and female student were intentionally selected from first grade, Kurdish department / college of education / Ibin Rushd of human sciences. The sample distributed on two classes, whereby the experimental group consisted of (28) student were taught according to the (SWOM) strategy while the control group made up of (29) student were taught based on the tradition method. The two researchers designed a scale included (50) item to measure students' achievement. The experiment lasted for ten weeks, SPSS was used to analyze the collected data. The result demonstrated that the experimental group has a statistically significant difference at (0.05) level

Islamic subject teacher and his role in Education Using the traditional methods in teaching Islamic subject have neglected student's role and focus mainly toward teacher. Thus, the role of student in teaching process would take a negative side: following these methods cannot achieve the educational objectives of Islamic subject. Teachers who give Islamic subject do not have a full knowledge of the appropriate techniques in teaching. They lack the scientific background that qualify them for teaching. The weakness of knowledge that face Islamic teachers have arisen over different stages of education which showed their lacking in the provision of intonation and interpretation of the Quran as well as the utterance of Prophet Mohammed Hadiths. It takes time to train teachers to do a big job like this because it requires a fundamental change in the cognitive and believes construction.

Abstract Goal of research is to investigate the impact of the use of effective learning model in the collection of the fourth grade students/Department of physics in the material educational methods and the development of critical thinking .to teach this goal has been formulated hypothesis cefereeten zero subsidiary of the second hypothesis .To investigate the research hypothesis were selected sample of fourth-grade students of the department of physics at the university for the academic year (2015-2016) the sum of its members reached (71) students .and distributed this sample in to two divisions.one representing the exberimental groub and the other group represents the control and by (35-36)students respectively.i was conducted parity processon the two sets of search variables(intelligence.the collection of physics for previous year .chronological age.critical thinking). It has been teaching the experimental groub .according to the model of effective learnin g and the control group according to the usual way. Existential frustration and its relation with recrimination among university students The study aims to identify the level of existential frustration and the level of recrimination among the students of universities, identify the statistical differences between the existential frustration and recrimination based on gender, and finally, identify the correlation between the existential frustration and recrimination. To do this, the researcher adopted the existential frustration scale of ( al-saaedi, 2009) that consisted of (43) item, he also adopted the recrimination scale of ( al-zugeibi,2008) which composed of (31) item. The total sample was (120) male and female student were chosen randomly from four colleges within the university of Baghdad for the academic year ( 2015-2016). The results revealed that the targeted sample has an existential frustration, but it lacks the recrimination, there are no statistical differences between male and female for both existential frustration and recrimination, and there is a correlation between the existential frustration and recrimination among the targeted sample.

The relationship between the multiple intelligence and the numerical sense of mathematic subject among 4th secondary stage students The study aimed to investigate the relationship between the multiple intelligence and the numerical sense. The chosen population of the study was the 4th secondary stage students. The sample consisted of 400 female and male student. The researcher utilized two test; multiple intelligence test which include three categories of intelligence (logical-mathematical, spatial, and linguistics) consisted of (36) item, and the numerical sense test that consisted of (44) item. The two tests were constructed by the researcher himself. The psychometric properties of the test were also verified. The results showed that there was a correlation between the multiple intelligence and the numerical sense as well as the students’ means scores were lower that the theoretical mean.

The research seeks to the organizational power of the kindergartens teachers, In order to achieve the research goal, the researcher built the organizational power measure, As forming its (45) items, it was ascertained the veracity a presentation to a group of experts, and it has proven its validity after some modifications, the number of items became (43). As well as the counting of discriminatory strength, it was shown that all items were distinctive and statistically significant, except the fifth item was not a significant, So was deleted from the measure, the number of its items became (42). As well as finding a relationship of item degree with the total degree. As well as finding the area relationship with other areas, and it was shown that there is a relevancy relationship high and positive. It was ascertained the stability of the measure in a method of retest, as the constancy coefficient reached (0.82). Increasing the application of alpha Cronbach equation, and it was found that the constancy coefficient equal to (0.80). And then apply the scale to a sample number is (300) teachers chosen randomly, the simple, research has come to the following results: 1. The kindergartens teachers to have organizational power. 2. There is no difference between teachers in the organizational power depending on yers of servis. 3. There is no difference between teachers in the organizational power depending on the social situation. Then the researcher presented a set of recommendations and proposals.

The Extent of Teachers' Application of Professional Standards from the Point of view of Educational Supervisors This study aimed to identify the extent of teachers' application of professional standards from the point of view of supervisors and detecting differences in the means of their estimates that may be attributed to the variables of the study (sex, number of years of service, educational qualification).The study adopted a descriptive approach. In order to achieve the aims of the study, a questionnaire including four areas, namely: (professional features, academic knowledge and pedagogy, teaching and learning, and professional development) was constructed. The questionnaire was applied to a population which consisted of 60 supervisors of all school subjects in the Directorates of Education inBani Kenana, Taybah and Wasteyah, and Ramtha in the academic year 2015/2016. The results showed significant differences at (α = 0.05) in favor of experience and qualification in the areas of professional features, professional development, knowledge ofpedagogy and learning and education. Key words: the extent of application, professional standards for teachers, teachers' professional development.

Measuring university teachers attitudes towards the security man Summary This research aims to study the measurement of university teachers attitudes towards the security man, and represented the research sample (196) of teachers, including 124 males and 72 females from different faculties of Salah al-Din - Erbil University. The researchers adopted on a scale (Al-Tarawneh 2008), as amended, and its development, the scale consists of four areas and (28) paragraph covers paragraphs measure the beliefs and feelings of the individual towards the security man as the theme of direction. The research sample answered all the paragraphs of the scale grade five similar styles (Likert) (strongly OK, OK, neutral, non-OK, Strongly Disagree). The researchers extracted the psychometric properties of the measure, including the virtual validity and reliability testing and re-testing in a way, andIt was then calculate the correlation coefficient between the scores of individuals in the first and second application using the correlation coefficient (Person) and the degree was (0.84) correlationcoefficient.The researchers used several statistical methods to process information, including the percentage equation Fisher and center-weighted and Pearson correlation coefficient and (t - test) for one sample, and (t - test) for two independent samples pouch Statistical Social Sciences (SPSS). The results showed that there are positive trends by university teachers around the security man in general. As for the differences between the sexes results showed that there were significant differences between the sexes (male and female) and the results were in favor of males. In light of the findings the researchers made a number of recommendations and proposals.

Construction of photographed bullying scale of kindergarteners was the aim of this study. The study conducted to answer the raised question, could the bullying among kindergarteners be measured?. A total of (200) boy and girl were selected from city of Baghdad to be the sample of the study. The scale composed of (27) item with colored pictures. It takes about (15) minuets to answer the whole scale items. SPSS tools were used to process the collected data. The result showed that the bullying among kindergarteners could be measured.
