Abstract

This semiotic analytical study has shown that there is a wide diversity in the aesthetic systems and the ranges of reception for the rhetoric and the discourse. The fertility of this semiotic conceptual system monitored this new mature, innovative and advanced level of this new critical analytical method with its different technical and theoretical foundations. Thus, it opened the door wide to new discoveries in the laws, which motivate different artistic texts. Finally, the research is just a start. Can the linguistic methods read the artistic works outside the linguistic authorities? Is it possible to capture the structural transformation in Picasso drawings? Semiotically another researcher in another method (such as deconstruction) can take that. This makes multiple readings a source of richness to discover the impact and highlight the painting, which is still universally appreciated, in terms of art and significance. The study dealt with an introduction and a theoretical foundation that consisted of: the roots of the painting, the social context, the specificity of the composition and the methods of composition of Picasso. After analyzing the sample, the research reached a set of results, the most important of which are: The shapes and marks in this painting are reflected in two communicative values: The first is the meaning, which can be done in the act of communication and the act of saying through the continuous and renewed broadcast of the discourse of the painting in every stage and era. The second is through the aesthetic forms that are self-contained that it is not necessary to be a container carrying a certain message (transferring a historical document of battle or war).

Abstract

The current research is concerned with the study of the meaning and its essence in contemporary sculpture by addressing the problem of the modes of its flow and multiplicity of its implications and the flow of its surplus due to the transformations of the artistic form and the variety of its methods in addition to the accompanying new and different strategies in circulation and the aesthetic reception. In order to achieve this task, models of the contemporary Iraqi sculpture, which are compatible in their forms and raw materials with the concept of the studied phenomenon, have been used. Therefore the topics of the research have been divided into four axes. The first axis included an introduction to the subject which implicitly contained the problem of the research, its importance and purpose represented by highlighting the position of meaning surplus and mechanisms to achieve that in contemporary Iraqi sculpture. The second axis included the theoretical framework, which touched on the review of the concept of meaning and methods of its formation in addition to the most important intellectual references affecting the artistic process. The third axis focused on the applied procedures represented by the ways of determining the research community, sample model, methodology and the tool used in the analysis of the samples. The fourth and final axis shows the results of the study and the most important of which is that the meaning surplus is related to the imaginary embodiment of the structure of the form, and this is what happens when the sculptural work leaves realism simulation to depend on new methods such as abstraction and reduction, and investing the concept of micro and macro in the appearance of the sculptural output.

Abstract

The research studies the sculptural formation in the third millennium: styles and trends, by taking the most important results of sculpture in the third millennium. The problem of the research is to search for the new sculptural formation in what it constitutes of social and human importance, and what are the important factors in forming the contemporary sculptural structure, and what is the mechanism of showing and producing the new formation. The research requires the study of the most important thing that the (sculptural formation in the third millennium styles and trends) represents. The importance of research depends on the importance of the sculptural formation after the twentieth century and the importance that the form represents in the intellectual discourse in the third millennium of diversity and formation. The aim of the research is to reveal the sculptural formation in the third millennium.The current research may be delimited to studying the sculptural works carried out of all modern materials after the twentieth century, i.e., (2000-2018) in Europe and America. The research also defined the terms used. The study consists of two sections: the first is the thought and the authority in the modern sculptural formation, while the second section tackles the modern sculptural formation: styles and trends which reviews the most important intellectual, philosophical and formal approaches and the most important postmodern sculpture trends which were a major cause in the new formation. This chapter concluded with the most important indicators that can be used in the research procedures. The methodological framework included the research procedures such as the research community, methodology, models, and the justification for the selection of (4) samples. They have been chosen because they represent the research community and its temporal limitation through which the objective of the research is reached after analyzing them leading to the most important findings, conclusions, recommendations and suggestions presented by the researcher. The results of the research included: The works of the third millennium presented a sculptural structure and a self-orientation that transformed the construction of form and style into a free aesthetic standard and value and into a personality that reflects the imaginative perceptions of the spirit through freedom of expression, as in all models. The works of the sculptors in the third millennium were characterized by a variety of shapes, methods, techniques and presentation methods, through their dealing with the types and shapes of the new sculptural materials that came after their rejection of the traditional raw materials in sculpture, putting for themselves an art special for them as a result of their own personal experiences as in all models.

Abstract

The subject of this research is the study of the formal alienation of contemporary English sculpture, by comparing the most important sculptors of the new contemporary generation. This research problem is to look for the important factors in the formation of the contemporary sculptural structure of the exotic, and what is the mechanism of formation and output of these forms. The research seeks to explore (Alienation in contemporary sculpture between the works of Anthony Caro and Tony Cragg) in a comparative study. The importance of the research is to identify the concept of alien forms in contemporary British sculpture, especially in the cases of Anthony Caro and Tony Cragg that this research is considered a knowledge research that has importance in highlighting the construction of contemporary sculptural form, and the processes of alienation in the plastic art achievement. The temporal and spatial limits of the research are from 1965 to 2014 with all the materials, methods and techniques of modern sculpture in Britain. It also included a definition of the terms used in it, and it is made of two sections, the concept of alienation in thought, which addressed the most important intellectual and philosophical approaches that were a major cause of alienation of the new form or they called for it. The second section involves the alienation in the sculptural form and deals with the exotic forms of ancient and contemporary history and the formal transformation of the stage. The methodological framework included research procedures, i.e., the research community, sample, methodology, and justification for the selection of four samples. They were chosen in accordance with the rationale of their representation of the research community and its temporal limitations through which the purpose of the research is reached after analyzing them and getting the most important results and conclusions and discussing them including: The alienation in the works of the sculptors through the first new production of each sculptor was shown at the beginning of any new experiment. These shapes are new and strange to his other shapes and also strange to the surrounding productions produced by the British sculptors. Thus the alienation was represented in form, technique, material, style, concept, presentation and installation of elements. The alienation has been shown in a specific time and place, and the exotic works have exceeded that time and place in their style, form, techniques. The exotic presentation methods are governed by a specific time and place because each product after passing the temporal or spatial period becomes a naïve subject that has been consumed because of the many experiments based on its concept, idea or style.

Abstract

The Arab Islamic art was best known as pure abstraction or realism distorted from what is natural. The two styles, or one of them, was the most prominent in the Islamic arts, such as decoration, photography and architecture. The analogy that was prevalent in the non-Islamic world did not have a presence equivalent the aforementioned styles despite the great openness to the cultures of different countries, which characterized that stage, which resulted from the Islamic conquests, the conversion of many people to the Islamic faith, and their migration to the Islamic cities at the time, bringing with them their arts and methods of formulation. This makes us question the influential references that invite the Arab Muslim artist to follow the abstract method and stick to it. That was the problem of the research included in the methodological framework, which also included the research importance, purpose and limits and specifying its terms. The theoretical framework consisted of two sections: the first (the pressure of the aesthetic thought), and the second (the pressure of the religious reference). The researcher came up with a number of indicators. The research procedures for the analysis of the sample, depended on the indicators of the theoretical framework, which represented the analysis tool through which the results and conclusions of the research have been reached at and the most important of which: 1- The Islamic religious reference was pressing towards the method of abstraction as it is a natural result of the Arab transformation from the pagan creed to the spiritual doctrine of Islam; that the expression through art about what is spiritual - even for non-Muslims, such as the African negro - takes abstraction quality, which means that abstraction of the Arab-Islamic art is a necessity; to express the invisible and the infinite, even if there is no disobedience or prohibition of the method of imitation. 2- The aesthetic thought is an influential reference reflected by the artist's output. Its product was based on the aesthetic values of Islam: moderation, harmony, proportionality and organization in an attempt to follow the divine perfection which is the secret of beauty.

Abstract

The reference has occupied a great deal of studies, research and literature, as well as being diverse and comprehensive and has a great dimension of human life, and an indispensable source, as the world is now transforming in an unprecedented manner, under the prominent titles of successive knowledge and technical waves derives its origins and knowledge through the study and the analysis of references in terms of diversity and variations. The current research aims at uncovering the pressing social references that are influential in the formation of contemporary Tunisian ceramics and the recognition of its artistic characteristics. The theoretical framework included three sections: the first is the concept of the reference, and it includes the intellectual references in the Tunisian artistic composition in terms of diversity and variation, incorporating the features of modernism and postmodernism arts in the contemporary Tunisian ceramics, in addition to the theoretical framework indicators. The research procedures included the selection of the research community, sample, tool, the classification of the sample, and the analysis, in addition to the results and conclusions. A number of recommendations and proposals were made, in addition to a list of annexes, sources and references.

Abstract

This research focuses on the field of theatrical production, and focuses on the semantic displacement of the sign in the visual formation of the theater show, so the research has been entitled: "The semantic displacement of the sign and the visual formation of the postmodern theater ". Its importance is to illustrate the aesthetics produced by the semantic displacement of the theatrical sign and it is specialized in postmodern theater. The purpose of the research can be delimited to revealing the aesthetic work of the semantic displacement of the sign and the visual formation in the postmodern theatre. The study temporal boundary is 2017 and the capital of Baghdad is its spatial boundaries. The research sample was "Striptease" play, which was presented on the National Theater in Baghdad in July 2017. The research included the theoretical framework which consists of two sections the first of which was concerned with the concept of semantic displacement in the artistic form, and the second section focused on the sign and the visual formation in the postmodern theater. The research came up with the most important results of the theoretical framework, followed by the research procedures and the identification of the study community, tools and methodology, leading to the analysis of the sample. The research reached a number of results that answered the research objective and problem. The most important results are: the semantic displacement establishes unexpected aesthetic dimensions for the sign through the relationship of the structural parts with each other in the visual formation and the displaced signs have more spacious areas in the visual theater show than in the dramatic textual script. The study ended with a list of sources.

Abstract

After the spread of the function of the scenographer in the modern theater, his vision has become present in most of the theatrical works and because the director is the master of the work and the owner of the vision that appears in front of the audience, the overlap between the visions of each of them was required. This research is an attempt to detect the overlap and disengagement in the work of each of them. The research is divided into a methodological framework that included the research problem, importance, limits, and purpose, and then the definition of terms. In the theoretical framework, the research dealt with two theoretical sections that pave the way for raising ideas related to this subject: the first section (scenography and theatrical directing). The second section is (the overlap of the two visions of the designer and the director). The sample of the research was intentionally chosen which is the play (the Birth of Oblivion) and after the analysis of the show, according to the descriptive approach, a set of results emerged and the most important of which are: 1- Play scenes or lighting or accessories cannot be included according the views of the designer of the scenography on account of the external vision so that the elements of the scenography do not dominate the external vision. 2. The scenography design vision and the directing vision must match because both of them create a single audio-visual image. The research ends with a list of sources and a summary in English.

Abstract

Time affects all elements of the intellectual scene or the theatrical scene. It came along with the theatrical doctrines according to the conditions of those doctrines and their conceptual ideas or the method of their mechanisms in the application. While it is classically or realistically integrated, we see it in the expressionist doctrine inconsistent and its inconsistency makes it responsive for the deconstruction strategy. Hence the researcher entitled his study (deconstruction the theatrical time in the expressionist doctrine) so that deconstruction would be a field for his study. The study starts with an introduction presenting the research problem, importance and objective. The theoretical framework consisted of three sections. The first section (time deconstruction strategy), the second section (time in the expressionist doctrine) and the third section (time deconstruction in the expressionist doctrine). The research procedures include an intentional sample represented by the play show (playing and worry). A number of results reached at are as follows: the insufficiency of any time significance will give the audience constant presence and will give the readers diversity and spread. The most important conclusion was that recalling the time of the multiple reading results in recalling of the subconscious time.

Abstract

Societies developed throughout history with the development of life technology, that ideas presented by the contemporary art have been crystallized. The development included all the artistic fields such as the dramatic arts which depend on many effects and elements that led to the completion of the structure of the theater show. Scenography is considered one of the most important elements that the theatre show depends on such as the decoration, lighting, sound effects, costumes and accessories. The research addressed the following question: what are the characteristics and traits of scenography in the theatre show? The research importance has become clear because it sheds lights on the characteristics of scenography in the Iraqi theatre show. The objective of the research is to reveal the traits, mechanisms and techniques of scenography in (Macbeth play) directed by Salah Al-Qasab presented in the Department of Dramatic Arts- Faculty of the Fine Arts- University of Baghdad in 1999. The theoretical framework included the first section: (scenography concept and evolution), and the second section: scenography elements and applications in the theatrical show, in addition to some notes at the end of theoretical framework. Abstract

Most of the theorists and researchers and also those interested in cinema and television attributed the fact of the existence of the dramatic works to the directors may be due to a historical justification. At the same time, the existence of the production world came as a result of the emergence of the production city (Hollywood). This is also a historic fact. The research would tackle all the formative truths to prove the relation and the timeline, i.e., before and after and the synergy that resulted in the existence of the dramatic works that benefited the humanity and those interested in this giving art. The objective of the research is to uncover the formative truth of the dramatic work between direction and production. The study dealt with a theoretical foundation made of two sections: the first is (the historical controversy between the cinematic and television direction and production) and the second is (the formative truth of the existence of the dramatic works between direction and production). Throughout the research, important facts have been reached at, such as due to the fact that the formative start for the existence of the dramatic works was initiated by the producers, yet the directors were also present in that period of time. The role of the producer, who throughout the years helped both the directors and the humanity in general, and produces the best distinctive works in the ancient and modern history, cannot be ignored. The producer, as a result, is the one who illuminated the way and clarified the synergetic relation and the formative truth of the dramatic works between the direction and production

Abstract

This study deals with the intellectual representations whose intellectual systems are incarnated in the Jewish personality, which is considered one of the complex intellectual systems that has caused controversy throughout the ages because of the ambiguity due to the religious and psychological factors that were reflected directly and strongly on the intellectual structure of the Jewish community in general and the Jewish - Zionist personality in particular, in an attempt (to create new dimensions embodied by intellectual representations of a human nature embodied by what that - peaceful - religiously oppressed - psychologically and socially isolated character presents, because of the curse of the peoples of the world that was a cause for its isolation. The researcher, in this study, dealt with three sections: The first section: Dramatic character The second section: the intellectual dimension of the dramatic character The third section: Jewish character in drama The study was based on the analysis of the Munich film, which focuses on the idea of the national homeland of the Jews and the portrayal of the Jewish character with human dimensions that seek to achieve peaceful coexistence and rejection of the terrorist ideology practiced against them by the world in general and the Arabs in particular.

The sound effects in TV dramas achievements have become very important not only in terms of function and implementation, but at a greater and wider level in terms of artistic and aesthetic values, which are produced and employed in the most important world artistic achievements of drama, using the latest and most prominent technologies and equipment and according to the expressive and dramatic values expressed by these modern digital sound effects. Therefore, the researcher chose the aesthetic effect of digital sound effects in television drama to identify the aesthetic aspects provided by digital sound effects by employing them and their accompaniment for the image. Abstract

When we talk about the foresight in films, it is necessary to talk about dreams because foresight represents one of its distinct types. The Precognitive vision has become a possible material in dealing with as subjects in the film industry that adopt these ideas with their philosophical and scientific orientations, because they represent the imagination that predictors are specialized with. It can be invested through the introduction of a vision of another kind to achieve its goals and ambitions in the film industry and in particular the huge institutions of production as in Hollywood. The cinema works in the light of those concepts of production which found the prognostic dream (the foresight) as a distinctive genre in its films, The research included the problem of research which was that the philosophy of foresight has distinctive characteristics worthy of attention and tracking from the precognitive vision in activating the elements of cinematic language and narrative to show the contents rooted from those ideas, hence the importance of the research came to confirm the intellectual necessities of the precognitive vision in the cinematic films reaching the objective of the research which is the disclosure of the content of foresight in the American film. The theoretical framework included two sections the first of which dealt with the philosophical idea of insight, and the second dealt with the philosophy of insight in the American film in addition to the theoretical framework indicators. The research procedures used the theoretical framework indicators as a tool for analysis through a film model that dealt with the issue of foresight in the film (Minority Report). The results revealed that the film in showing the foresight is subject to what the human natural laws are subject to with the same dream vision. As far as the conclusions are concerned, the most important of which is that the level of foresight in seeing the details that are not possible in the reality made the predictor able to manage the events and with absolute freedom as a manufacturer, controller and participant in details difficult for others to control as it is a subjective authority. In the light of the results, the researcher recommends studying books on dreams in the literary field for the purpose of coming up with ideas for filmmaking.

Abstract

The ideas and information obtained by the viewer in the cinema have always been the source of the visual image, but that doesn’t negate the fact that the mental image can produce a lot of the information and ideas in the cinematic art and the most important means to achieve this mental image in the film is the eloquent cinematic sound. This research is conducted to show this important and effective contribution of the sound in the production of the mental image. Hence the importance of this research is in that it addresses an important issue which is the eloquent performance of the sound and its role in the production of the mental image inside the space of the feature film. This research concerns those working the field of cinema and it also provides the art library with a new study related to the audio aspect, which is an integral part of the film world. The objective of the research is to reveal the ways that the eloquence of sound and mental image in the novel are achieved by. The chosen research sample is (The Curious Case of Benjamin Button), and the main focus of the research will be (rhetoric, concept and tools), (mental image) and (the eloquent Sound performance in cinematography). The most important results of the research are as follows: 1. The mental image is produced based on the use of non-identical function of the sound with the meaning of the image. 2. The mental image is useful in producing a conceptual level that supports the general meaning of the film. The research ends with a set of conclusions based on the theoretical framework and the analysis of the sample, in addition to a list of sources, references, annexes and an abstract in the language English

Abstract

Some may think that the games, especially the folk games, are just a means of entertainment and fun and children may resort to them to alleviate the tension they are experiencing at home or school, but the truth is that they carry values and meanings that can be invested in education because they contribute to the development of the personality of the child and enhance self- confidence. The objective of the research is to learn how to use folk games to develop children's acting and performance skills in the kindergartens. The research included a theoretical introduction of three sections: the first section: education through play. The second section: the folk tale and the development of imagination and the third section: acting motor skills and voice. The play chosen was (three drops) and the play (the ring) as a deliberate sample, and after the analysis, the two researchers came up of with a set of results the most important of which: The folk story and games contribute to the development of language skills and correct pronunciation and articulation of sounds and the sense of the word and feelings through the appropriate pauses and cutting.

Abstract

The research aims at benefiting from the technological development and the technical progress. This development necessitated that the educational process take advantage of this progress, and the development of special computer software, especially the design programs, made the two researchers think about how to benefit from these design programs in teaching students the skills of theatrical design. The current search aims at: Identifying the effect of 3Ds Max in developing the skill of theatrical decoration design among the students of the Department of Art Education "Third stage / Department of Art Education / Faculty of Fine Arts / University of Diyala for the academic year 2014-2015. The researchers used the experimental method of the two groups (controlling and experimental) and pretest and posttest method to achieve the objective of the research. The sample was selected from the students of the third stage / Department of Art Education for the academic year 2014/2015. The sample was randomized into two groups: the experimental group consisted of (15) students who studied through the use of 3Ds Max and the controlling group consisted of (15) students who studied in the traditional way. The researchers prepared a form for evaluating the skill performance of the theatrical decoration design. This form consisted of (10) paragraphs with a five-point scale and a percentage weight of five degrees. After preparing the research tool and achieving its validity and stability, the research was applied for eight weeks. The data attained were statistically processed and the results were reached at and the most notably effective of which was the 3Ds Max program in the development of the skill of the theatrical decoration design among students of the Department of Art Education.

Abstract

The printing designer's creative thinking is a deliberate mental process based on specific skills that stimulate the motivation of the student to learn and call for new information for the investigation and research to discover the problems and attitudes and through reformulating the experience in new patterns depending on the active imagination and the flexible scientific thinking through providing the largest number possible of various unfamiliar printing design models, and testing their suitability and then readjusting the results with the availability of suitable educational, learning and academic atmosphere. The designer's creative thinking depends on main skills. Fluency skill is to put the largest number of the given designs and ideas. Flexibility skill is the diversity of these ideas. The originality skill is the production of ideas and designs characterized by excellence. Problem sensitivity skill is represented by (analysis and synthesis). The detailing skill is represented by the largest number of details and finally the assessment skill is represented by (examination, assessment, and determining the final design). The objectives of the research are as follows: 1- Designing an educational model in the journalistic direction course. 2- Measuring the effectiveness of the educational model in developing the creative thinking through its application to an experimental sample of printing design students. The researcher, thus, intentionally chose the study community from the students of the department of printing design/ the Institute of Fine Arts- the evening study for the academic year (2017-2018) which was made of (20) students taken all for the sample and divided into two (experimental and controlling ) groups , ten students in each group.

Abstract

The present research deals with the study of the symmetries of the design of interior spaces in fast food restaurants in terms of formality as it is an important element and plays a direct role in the spatial configuration, which is designed in both of its performance, aesthetic and expressive aspects. Since the choice of shapes is a complex subject that has many aspects imposed by functional and aesthetic correlations, the problem of the research is represented by the following question: (To what extent can the symmetries of the interior design be used in the spaces of fast food restaurants?) The research acquires its importance by contributing to the addition of knowledge to researchers, scholars, companies and the specialized public institutions and those relevant in the field of interior design to benefit from them to develop fast food restaurants through awareness of the role of formal symmetries to achieve the performance and aesthetic aspects of users of these spaces of workers, visitors and tourists. The objective of the research is to identify the formal symmetries in the designs of the interior spaces of fast food restaurants. The theoretical framework has been defined by two sections: the first of which is "the formal symmetries in the design of interior spaces", while the second section includes "the interior design of fast food restaurants". The results and conclusions of the research have been reached through the approved research procedures and methodology. The most important conclusions are: 1 - There is a clear absence of golden proportions in the formal symmetries of the dimensions of some walls and windows. 2 - The modular system acts as a proportional system in determining the dimensions of the entrance and areas of movement in the interior spaces of the restaurants and in determining the forms of sitting units, chairs and tables that contribute to the impact on the human psyche to stay for a limited period.

Abstract

the political changeable is important reflection in areas of life and the designers tried to high light it in the cover of Journal promised time Journal a fertile square to show reflection of political changeable, and triad to search the current path. The first chapter organized according to axes, problem of research formulated according to question:- what are reflections of political changeable in magazine cover? The importance of research depth of specialized approach on level of technical and stylistic as ago al ago as in: the baring of political changeable in design of journal's cover. The research moves in cognitive border from 2013 to 2017 and selection of time journal for research. The second chapter contains two sections: (political changeable) (journal's cover). Third chapter contains the clarification me the cites taken from descriptions method of work mechanical to reach results and identify to research community and sample select, tool research, sample analysis. Forth chapter isolated results, deductive, recommendations, proposals and results of conclusions were high tight as a follow: the reflections of political change able in Iraqi affairs, achieved on cover of time journal. Results of researcher concluded the reflection of variable in cover design of time journal according to method by politic of magazine in technic direction of envelope. The designers depend on future political reading of events, then researcher recommended to take advantage the global design experience in designs of covers of journal. To add chapter proposals: 1- Reflection of cultural, art in design cover of Arabic journal. 2-Design systems, transformation in designs cover of Iraqi journal.

Abstract

The interactive websites are the interaction between the product and the user, and interactive design is based on the user interface for communication and how the interface responds to the user and how to help him to achieve his goals and enjoy the use of the interface. The interactive design is based on the design of interactive programs, i.e., programs that directly interact with the user, taking into account the different culture of the audience, the age group and many other factors. An example for the use of the user interface: Web designs, smartphone application designs and it even includes computer operating systems and electronic game interface. The interaction is the communication between the source and the receiver. The websites contain many types of interaction that vary from website to another by type, such as social networking websites that allow the user to interact with other users. The website has become a means of interaction between users and not limited to the content of the website. Some websites allow the user to add text, images, and all multimedia and in turn allow other users to interact with the user's content and to see reactions and discussions about that content. Here is the problem of the current research represented by the following question: Is the design of the user interface is a shortcut and simplification for the user during the use? The importance of research is the benefit of the workers in the field of interactive design represented by the visual communication. The objective of the research is as follows: Identifying the user interface and its ability to meet the needs of the user and submitting a design proposal. The limits of the current research include: Websites of the Faculty of Fine Arts, University of Baghdad, Ministry of Higher Education of Iraq (2016-2017). Then, specific terms were defined for the subject matter (user interface, interactive designs). Concerning the theoretical framework and the previous studies, the theoretical framework consisted of two sections: the user interface and the interactive design. The most important indicators that emerged from the theoretical framework have been annexed. It includes two previous studies. As for the research procedures, the researcher adopted the descriptive approach (the method of content analysis) in the analysis of the research sample which is suitable to the research objectives. The research sample was chosen intentionally. The researcher came up with a number of results: Building websites depends on the main elements in the design and it applies to the websites in general, but their use can be changed according to the type of website, and although the website included elements yet they have not been fully, effectively and usefully exploited by the user. The research came up with a set of conclusions such as: the websites that give the user the freedom to interact, use, share opinions and engage in discussions are the ones that serve the user and give him the freedom to express. The researcher came up with a set of recommendations, including: paying attention to the principles and foundations of design in general and the structural principles in the design of interactive websites in particular.

Abstract

The overlap between science and knowledge is a feature of the 21st century. This integration, which crosses the traditional boundaries between academic disciplines, has occurred because of the emergence of new needs and new professions. This overlap has overshadowed the arts in general and design in particular. The Design achievements have not been far away from the attempts of integration of more than one type or design application to produce new outputs unique in its functional and aesthetic character, including the terms of internal graphic design. The researcher raises the question of the functional dimension of graphic design in the internal space, in order to answer it through the methodological framework, which includes the problem of research, its objectives, its importance and its temporal and spatial limits. The researcher developed a goal summarized by uncovering the functional dimension of graphic design in the interior space. The companies in the United States, which use graphic design as one of the functional embellishments in the interior design, were selected. The researcher also defined the temporal limit to be 2018. The theoretical framework of the research included two sections: graphic design methods and the functionality of the typographic elements, and revealing the function of each one of them in order to show their role within the whole system in the interior space supported by models and analysis.

Abstract

The research studies the melodic and rhythmic characteristics of monologue, in addition to how it was transferred from the Arab homeland to Iraq and reviewed its most prominent performers, as well as a review of the monologue types and their propagation in the Arab homeland such as comical, dramatic, and political and guidance monologues. The methodological framework included: the problem of the research, the importance of the research and the objective of the research which is to uncover the melodic and rhythmic structure of the monologue in Iraq. The limits of the research included the objective limit tackling the art of monologue and the spatial limit which is Baghdad City and the temporal limit extending from 1930-1970. The theoretical framework consists of first: the monologue (historical introduction) and second: the most prominent performer of monologues in the Arab homeland, and third: the monologue and its role in society in addition to the conclusion of the theoretical framework. The research procedures included the research methodology, research community and sample, research tool and sample analysis. The research has been concluded with the results and conclusions and the most important of which is that the melody of the song depended on the simple meter and this is a sign of the artist's departure from the complexity in the formulation of his melodies. A list of sources and a summary of the study in English come last.

Abstract

The earthly music has a clear influence on the religious music in the musical culture to read and recite the Holy Quran in the city of Baghdad. This research deals with this subject in an attempt to reveal the influence of the Iraqi maqam in the recitation of Hafiz Khalil Ismail. The methodological framework of the research included the problem of research and its importance as it is useful to the Iraqi schools concerned with the recitation of the Holy Quran in Iraq. The theoretical framework included three sections that serve the literature of its subject: the first is (Iraqi maqam), the second is (the recitation of the Holy Quran) and the third is (the biography of Hafez Khalil Ismail). The most important procedures were determining the research community, sample and methodology. The researcher adopted the analytical descriptive approach in dealing with the samples, and through the analysis of the samples, the researcher reached the most important results and conclusions. The most important result is the existence of a great influence of the Iraqi maqam in the recitation of Hafez Khalil Ismail that all his recitation is from the melodies of the Iraqi maqam. The research ends with the footnotes and the sources, and the summary of the research in English

Abstract

This research is to take advantage of the performance capabilities which the piano has become famous with and transfer the impact of that advantage to the possibilities of playing the violin. The research aims to introduce the effect of using the piano on the development of the violinists' musical potential. The research, in its literature, focuses on the interpretation of the impact on the possibility of both instruments (piano and violin) in two main sections: the piano (its origin, potential and role in music) and the violin (its origin, potential and role in music). The procedures of the research consisted of presenting a special analysis of a questionnaire consisting of a number of questions presented by the researcher to her research sample, which included six violinists who have knowledge of the piano instrument within the Iraqi Symphony Orchestra, in order to achieve the research objective. The results of the questionnaire were fundamental to the findings of the research, which emerged in the musicians' benefit from the use of the piano in the development of rhythm and meter, and the influence of the piano on the dynamic side, in addition to the impact of piano harmony on the violinists
