Abstract

Pyrolysis of high density polyethylene (HDPE) was carried out in a 750 cm3 stainless steel autoclave reactor, with temperature ranging from 470 to 495° C and reaction times up to 90 minute. The influence of the operating conditions on the component yields was studied. It was found that the optimum cracking condition for HDPE that maximized the oil yield to 70 wt. % was 480°C and 20 minutes. The results show that for higher cracking temperature, and longer reaction times there was higher production of gas and coke. Furthermore, higher temperature increases the aromatics and produce lighter oil with lower viscosity.

Abstract

SnO2/InP heterojunction solar cells have been prepared by spray pyrolysis low-cost technique with an open circuit voltage of 500 mV, a short circuit current density of 28 mA/cm2, fill factor of 0.28, and conversion efficiency of 4%. Halogen lamp was used as a simulated AM 1 condition. Electrical properties of this heterojunction have been examined.

تم تحضير الخلايا الشمسية ذات المفرق الهجين SnO2/InP بطريقة الرش الكيميائي الحراري ذات الكلفة المنخفضة من دراسة الخصائص الكهروبصرية وجد ان فولتية الدائرة المفتوحة 500 mV وكثافة تيار دائرة القصر 28mA/cm2 وبعامل ملئ 0.28 وكفاءة تحويل 4% باستخدام مصباح هالوجين عند حالة AM1 وتم دراسة الخصائص الكهربائية للمفرق.

Abstract

Thin films of ZnTe have been prepared by the method of chemical spray pyrolysis.The absorption and transmissions spectra are recorded in the range 400-900nm.Thespectral dependences of absorption coefficient were calculated from transmissionspectra. The allowed direct and optical band gap energy has been evaluated from(αhν)2 vs. (hν) plots. The optical constants such as extinction coefficient(k)andrefractive index (n) have been evaluated.

Abstract

In the present paper CdO/Si heterojunction has been prepared by spray pyrolysismethod , electrical characteristics include I-V , C-V , were studied the build-inpotentialequal 1.7 eV and optoelectronic characteristics include I-V illuminationcondition, photovoltaic, responsivity , quantum efficiency were studied . theideality factor to be 2.93 and short circuit photocurrent 170μA, open circuitphotovoltge 120mV at AM1 condition and two peaks responsivity were found ,first peak at region 600±20nm this peak due to absorb of light in CdO throughband-to-band absorption while second region at 800±30nm which due to the Sibandgap.

بطريقة الرش الكيميائي الحراري تم دراسة CdO/Si في هذا البحث تم تحضير المفرق الهجين1.7 وتم دراسة eV الخواص الكهربائية المتضمنة تيار-جهد، سعة-جهد ووجد جهد البناء الداخلي يساويالخواص الكهروبصرية المتضمنة تيار-جهد في حالة إضاءة والخواص الفولتائية والاستجابية الطيفية170 وفولتية الدائرة μA والكفاءة الكمية وقد وجد ان عامل المثالية يساوي 2.93 وتيار دائرة القصر600±20 بسبب امتصاص nm ووجد قمتي استجابية الأولى عند AM 120 عند حالة 1 mV المفتوحة800±30 بسبب فجوة طاقة السليكون . nm حزمة الى حزمة في الغشاء والثانية

Abstract

In this work, ZnO thin films were prepared using spray paralysis technique at different molarities of aqueous zinc chloride solution. This study focused on the effect of morality on the optical and electrical properties, therefore, many samples were produced to explore and determine the optimum characteristics of the prepared samples. These properties include the optical properties such as transmittance, bandgap energy, skin depth, carrier concentration, photoconductivity, absorption edge shift, optical constants such as absorption coefficient and extinction coefficient, and electrical properties such as I-V characteristics, electrical conductivity and resistivity under dark or illumination conditions.
