Abstract

The objective of the present work is to realize the kinetic modeling regardingdeactivation of Pt-HY zeolite and monitor the isomerization reaction of n-hexane. Thecatalyst has been prepared with o.4% Pt and evaluated during the isomerization reactionof n-hexane. Based on the results of catalytic investigation, a kinetic model was proposedto deactivate the catalyst by coke formation. The present method provides information onapparent overall kinetics as well as deactivation parameters and would seem to provide arapid method for screening of reaction/deactivation behavior. Accordingly thedeactivation order was found to be 3.72. The obtained correlation of deactivation predictsthe activity pattern under the applied reaction conditions, closely mimics those observedexperimentally, and spans those obtained from empirical correlations.

Study of Kinetics Properties of Maltase Isoenzyme I in The Urine Of Patients With Diabetes Mellitus

Abstract

In this research, the kinetics study of one isoenzyme of Maltase, which purified from the urine of diabetes mellitus patients was studied. Maltase isoenzyme was obeyed Michaelis- Mentons eqution. The optimum concentration of their substrate Maltose was (300 mmol/dm3). Their Km values was determined. Isoenzyme of Maltase have shown an optimum pH at (6.5) for phosphate buffer and (7.5) for tri ethanol amine. Maltase isoenzyme obeyed Arrhenius eqution up to 25°C and their Ea and Q10 constant were determined, after measuring the activity of Maltase of urine of diabetes mellitus patients. Isoenzyme of Maltase was separated and purified in previous study from urine of patients of diabetes mellitus

تضمن البحث الحالي دراسة الصفات الحركية لمتناظرأنزيم المالتيز I من أدرار المرضى المصابين بالداء السكري، أذ وجد أن المتناظرI يخضع لمعادلة ميكاليس–منتن، إذ كان التركيز الأمثل للمادة الأساس، المالتوز (300 ملي مول/دسم3 )، كما وجد حدوث أرتفاع في سرعة تفاعل المتناظر I مع أرتفاع الرقم الهيدروجيني الى أن يصل الى سرعة التفاعل القصوى عند (6.5) لفوسفات البوتاسيوم الدارئ و(7.5) لثلاثي أيثانول أمين ،وقد لوحظ أن المتناظر I لأنزيم المالتيز يخضع لمعادلة أرينوس حتى (25)°م وتم تعيين الثوابت طاقة التنشيط ( (Eaو معامل درجة الحرارة(Q10) لمتناظر المالتيز بعد أن تم قياس فعالية الأنزيم في عينات أدرار مرضى الداء السكري وتنقيته وفصل متناظراته في دراسة سابقة.
