Abstract

The aim of this work is to estimate the effect of potassium radiation on soil in Nineveh governorate using some methods of numerical interpolation. We used (Neville, and Hermite) methods and obtained mathematical models by which we quantified the effect of radiation on soil in Nineveh governorate. The deductible results were very close to the real results. We then estimated the effect of potassium radiation on soil in Nineveh governorate outside the field measured areas.

ان الهدف من هذا العمل هو تخمين مقدار تأثير اشعاع البوتاسيوم على التربة في محافظة نينوى باستخدام بعض طرق الاستكمال العددية بأستخدام طريقة (نيفل، هرمت) حيث حصلنا على نماذج رياضية خمنا من خلالها مقدار تاثير الاشعاع على التربة في محافظة نينوى وكانت النتائج المخمنة قريبة جدا من النتائج الحقيقية بعد ذلك قمنا بتخمين مقدار تأثير اشعاع البوتاسيوم على التربة في محافظة نينوى خارج المناطق المقاسة ميدانيا.

Abstract

Pre-eclampsia is defined as hypertension associated with proteinuria arising de novo after the120th week of gestation in a previously normotensive woman and resolving. completely by the 26th postpartum week. It is a major cause of morbidity and mortality during pregnancy. There are many ways to diagnose the disease, based on clinical diagnosis and conduct some tests; measurement of the amount of protein in urine sample that had been collected for a period of twenty-four hours. Evaluate urinary K+ to creatinine ratio as a diagnostic and screening test in PE. Our study was carried out at Babylon Teaching Hospital for Gynecology and Pediatrics, in Babylon Province, Hilla City from February-August- 2016. The total number of all cases was 88,44 among them women with normal pregnancy, 44 cases with PE.Every patient was sent for urinary K+ and creatinine in spot urine which both were determined by ion selective electrode and Moorehead and Briggs derived O-Cresol Pthalien Complexone method respectively, and the ratio K+ to creatinine were calculated. Data are given as mean ± SD, and t-test were used as statistical method to test the result. Urinary K+/creatinine ratio was significantly higher in patients with pre-eclampsia compared to control groups (P value <0.01). The sensitivity of urinary K+/creatinine ratio to detect PE was (77%) while, its specificity was (68%). Urinary K+/creatinine ratio is significantly increase in preeclamptic women.

Abstract

New, basic and quick method showing ultraviolet - visible spectroscopy was produced and approved for the estimation of ciprofloxacin in immaculate shape and in separate details. The occupants of business tablets planning did not meddle with the test. The satisfactory medication solvency finish and most extreme test affectability was found as potassium ciprofloxacin salt, the potassium ciprofloxacin salt show greatest absorbance at (335 nm) in absorbance spectrum, and the calibration curve was found to be linear in the stated concentration range of (2-10 g.mL-1) and (Y= 0.0784X + 0.0547) as line equation, (R2=0.9985) as Correlation Coefficient, (+0.054714) as Intercept, (0.078363) as Slope, (SEE=0.009558) as Standard Error of Estimate, (0.999999885) as Chi-Square(The goodness of fit between observed values and those expected theoretically), (RSD=0.019475788) as Relative Standard Deviation, and (R2 =0.99854471) as Multiple Correlation Coefficient.

تم تطوير طريقة طيفية جديدة وبسيطة وسريعة لتقدير سيبروفلوكساسين بصورتهالنقية وفي المستحضراتالدوائية المختلفة,والتحقق من صحتها. وإن الاضافات الموجودة في مستحضرات الدوائية لا تتداخل معه عند اجراء تقدير سيبروفلوكساسين. تعتمد الطريقة على ذوبان سيبروفلوكساسين التام وبحساسية الفحص القصوى على شكل ملح سيبروفلوكساسين البوتاسيوم، وقد تم قياس اعظم امتصاصية لملح سيبروفلوكساسين البوتاسيومعند طول موجي (335 نانومتر)، واعتمد منحنى المعايرة لمدى من التراكيز (2-10 ميكروغراملكل مل), ومعادلة منحنى المعايرة (Y = 0.0784X + 0.0547)، ومعامل ارتباط (R2 = 0.9985)، والميل (0.078363)، والتقاطع (+0.054714)، ومساحة تشي (0.999999885)، والخطأ القياسي للتقدير (0.009558) ، الانحراف القياسي النسبي(0.019475788)، ومعامل الارتباط المتعدد R2 (0.99854471) .
