Abstract

The present research aims to identify the social responsibility of the kindergarten teachers of the civil and governmental schools (comparative study)? For the purpose of achieving the objectives of the research, the following formulas were formulated:- Are there statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05) among the kindergarten teachers in the social responsibility scale?The current research was limited to kindergarten teachers (governmental and non-governmental) in the Directorate General of Education Baghdad Rusafa / Second.The main research sample consisted of (100) teachers, (50) teachers from government kindergartens and (50) female kindergarten teachers. To achieve the research objectives, the researcher constructed a social responsibility measure consisting of (40) Ali often, apply to me sometimes, do not apply to). After making the appropriate adjustments in the light of the observations of the experts and arbitrators, and verify the sincerity and stability, and the strength of excellence, and the relationship of the paragraph in the overall degree. The researcher reached the following results:1- The results indicate that kindergarten teachers are generally socially responsible.2. The teachers of state kindergartens are superior to the social responsibility of female kindergarten teachers

Abstract

AbstractThe task of an educational institution such as kindergartens need to run by managers possess the knowledge to manage the administration of the importance in the development of kindergarten has been the goal of research to identify knowledge management at Riyadh managers, and achieve the objectives of Search selected sample of directors of kindergartens in the city of Baghdad was (160) director was Akhtarhn simple random way, been building measure for knowledge management and presented to the group of experts and extracted stability in a way re-testing and Alvakronbach and reach search to a discrepancy between managers Riyadh in knowledge management and put the researcher set of recommendations including the establishment of seminars and workshops to explain the concept of administration Riyadh knowledge to managers and researcher proposed building a training program for the development of knowledge management at Riyadh managers.

الخلاصةان مؤسسة تربوية مهمة كرياض الاطفال بحاجة الى ان تديرها مديرات يمتلكن ادارة معرفة لما للادارة من اهمية في تطوير الروضة وقد هدف البحث التعرف الى ادارة المعرفة لدى مديرات الرياض ، ولتحقق اهداف البحث اختيرت عينة من مديرات رياض الاطفال في مدينة بغداد بلغت ( 160 ) مديرة تم اختارهن بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة ، وتم بناء مقياس لادارة المعرفة وعرض على مجموعة من الخبراء واستخرج الثبات بطريقة اعادة الاختبار والفاكرونباخ وتوصل البحث الى وجود تباين بين مديرات الرياض في ادارة المعرفة ووضعت الباحثة مجموعة من التوصيات اهمها اقامة الندوات وورش العمل لشرح مفهوم ادارة المعرفة لمديرات الرياض واقترحت الباحثة بناء برنامج تدريبي لتنمية ادارة المعرفة لدى مديرات الرياض .
