The study aimed at exposing the following:1.Determining the differences pre-test and post-testes for two groups (control group and experimental group).Using hurdle gymnastic on some of the physical (variables and the level of skill performance for some of the ground movements).2.Determining the differences on the post experiment test between the control group and the experimental group which used hurdle gymnastic on the some of the physical variables and the level of skill performance for some of the ground movements.The researcher put the following hypothesis:1.The were significant differences between the pre-experiment and post experiment tests for the control group and experimental group in hurdle gymnastic on some of the physical variables and the level of skill performance for some of the ground movements in favor of the post-tests for both groups.2.Sighficant differences exist between the two groups in post test in favor of the experimental group.The researcher carried out the experiment on a random sample of first grade students in intermediate schools. Consisted of(40) female students divided into two groups(20) for each groups control and experimental.The homogeneity was achieved between the control group and the experimental group in terms of the variables of age , height, weight and some physical variables beside the level of skill performance as determined by specialists.The researcher performed the pre-experimental tests which measure the following variables(strength characterized speed of arms’ and legs’ muscles , endurance of arm and leg muscles ,locomotion speed ,agility ,flexibility and balance) beside the test of measuring the skill of performance in some ground movements.The researcher put a proposed program for hurdle gymnastic including five models each specialized in one of the five kills adopted in the study and performed in the preparation part of the lessen and based upon these skills the researcher selected the tools, instrument and exercises appropriate for the study.The duration of the program for the experimental group was(8) month using three exercise bouts per week . The researcher relayed on the following statistical tools to analyze the data :(Arithmetric mean , standard deviation , T-Test for correlation coefficient , and T-Test for independent coefficients).The most important conclusions by the researcher were:1.The experimental group using the hurdle gymnastic program showed development in the following physical variables (speed characterized by strength of arm’ and legs’ muscles ,grace , flexibility and balance ) which are better than the control group which used the schools adopted training program.2.The experimental development in the level of skill performance better than the control group.Stemming from the conclusions the researcher recommends the following:1.adopting hurdle gymnastic in preparation part physical education lessen in intermediate schools.2.adopting hurdle gymnastic in preparation part of physical education curriculum devised by the directorate of sport activity.3.Different the tools, instrument sand exercises used in hurdle gymnastic according to the skills and activities that are required to be learned.

الملخصيهدف البحث إلى الكشف عن ماياتي:1-الفروق بين الاختبارين القبلي والبعدي للمجموعة الضابطة والمجموعة التجريبية التي تستخدم جمناستك الموانع في بعض المتغيرات البدنية والمهارية في الحركات الأرضية.2-الفروق بين الاختبار البعدي للمجموعة الضابطة والمجموعة التجريبية التي تستخدم جمناستك الموانع في بعض المتغيرات البدنية والمهارية في الحركات الأرضية.وقد وضعت الباحثتان الفرضان الإتيان :1.وجود فروق معنوية بين الاختبارين القبلي والبعدي للمجموعة الضابطة والمجموعة التجريبية (التي تستخدم جمناستك الموانع في بعض المتغيرات البدنية والمهارية في الحركات الأرضية) ولصالح الاختبار البعدي للمجوعتين.2.وجود فروق معنوية بين الاختبار البعدي بين المجموعتين الضابطة والتجريبية ولصالح المجموعة التجريبية.اجرت الباحثتان التجربة على عينة عشوائية من طالبات الصف الأول المتوسط بلغ عددهن (40) طالبة قسموا إلى مجموعتين بواقع (20) طالبة لكل من المجموعتين الضابطة والتجريبية.وتم تحقيق التكافؤ بين المجموعتين التجريبية والضابطة في متغيرات العمر والطول والوزن وبعض المتغيرات البدنية التي حددها ذوي الاختصاص ومستوى الأداء المهاري .قامت الباحثتان بإجراء الاختبارات القبلية المتمثلة بالاختبارات التي تقيس المتغيرات آلاتية: (القوة المميزة بالسرعة لعضلات الذراعين والرجلين ومطاولة القوة لعضلات الذراعين والرجلين والسرعة الانتقالية والرشاقة والمرونة والتوازن) واختبار قياس مستوى الأداء المهاري في بعض الحركات الأرضية .قامت الباحثتان بوضع برنامج مقترح لجمناستك الموانع تضمن خمسة نماذج كل نموذج يختص بمهارة من المهارات الخمسة التي تم اعتمادها في البحث والتي تم تنفيذها في الجزء الإعدادي من الدرس وفي ضوئها قامت الباحثتان باختيار الأدوات والأجهزة والتمرينات المناسبة واستغرق تنفيذ البرنامج للمجموعة التجريبية (8) أسابيع بواقع ثلاث وحدات تعليمية في الأسبوع الواحد.استخدمت الباحثتان الوسائل الإحصائية الآتية لمعالجة البيانات إحصائيا وهي: (النسبة المئوية والوسط الحسابي والانحراف المعياري واختبار (ت) للعينات المرتبطة واختبار (ت) للعينات المستقلةو معامل الارتباط).ومن اهم الاستنتاجات التي توصلت إليها الباحثتان :1.حققت المجموعة التجريبية التي استخدمت برنامج جمناستك الموانع تطورا في بعض المتغيرات البدنية الآتية: (القوة المميزة بالسرعة لعضلات الذراعين والرجلين والمرونة والرشاقة والسرعة والتوازن) أفضل من المجموعة الضابطة التي استخدمت المنهاج الذي أعدته مدرسة المدرسة.2.حققت المجموعة التجريبية التي استخدمت برنامج جمناستك الموانع تطورا في مستوى الأداء المهاري أفضل منه للمجموعة الضابطة. وفي ضوء هذه الاستنتاجات وضعت الباحثتان عدد من التوصيات منها:1.اعتماد تمارين جمناستك الموانع في الجزء الإعدادي من درس التربية الرياضية في المرحلة المتوسطة.2.اعتماد تمارين جمناستك الموانع في خطط دروس التربية الرياضية ضمن المنهاج الذي قررته مديرية النشاط الرياضي.3.تنويع الأدوات والأجهزة والتمارين المستخدمة في جمناستك الموانع على وفق المهارات والفعاليات المراد تعليمها.
