Afield experiment was conducted at Alam region in Tikrit governorate through growth season 2013 to study three hybrids of Watermelon response (Noura .Orion .Gloray Jumbo) to nutrient solvent Janet with concentration 2ml. for l four times (0.1.2.3.).the experiment was designed by RCBD with three replicates .The results showed: hybrid Jumbo had significant superiority in properties fruit weight 5.04 kgm and fruit length (26.75) cm and yield (102.44) ton/ hectare Orion hybrid had superiority in shell Fruit (1.56) cm Fruit hardness (14.58) kg/cm . while Noura hybrid gave highest value of T.S.S and highest degree of Lycopine pigment reached to (10.20). (27.24) mg./gm and fresh weight successfully while spraying time 2 with nutrients solvent Jannet highest T.S.S and high yield reach 12.96 kg.cm . (76.84) ton /hectare successively while spraying 3 compared with others had significant value of others characters. The interaction hybrid and spraying time 1 had superiority to other interactions in properties fruit weight fruit length and total yield reached (5.15) gm 26.86) cm 106.56 ton/hectare .

أجريت تجربة حقلية في منطقة العلم - تكريت خلال موسم النمو 2013 لدراسة استجابة ثلاث هجن من الرقي (Noura ، Orion ، Glory Jumbo) للرش بالمحلول المغذي جانيت بتركيز 2 مل/لتر ولعدة رشات (0، 1، 2، 3) رشات، وصممت التجربة وفق تصميم القطاعات العشوائية الكاملة RCBD وبثلاث مكررات. اظهرت النتائج أن الهجين Jumbo تفوق معنوياً في صفات وزن الثمرة (5.04) غم / ثمرة ، وقطرها (25.27) سم وطولها (26.75) سم والانتاج الكلي (102.44) طن/هكتار ، وتفوق الهجين Orion في صفتي سمك قشرة الثمرة (1.56) سم ودرجة صلابة الثمرة (14.58) كغم/ سم2، في حين أعطى الهجين Noura اعلى قيمة للـ T.S.S وأعلى محتوى للثمرة من صبغة اللايكوبين بلغت (10.20) و (27.24) ملغم/ غم وزن طري على التوالي وسجل عدد الرشات 2 بالمحلول المغذي جانيت سحب أعلى درجة صلابة للثمرة واعلى انتاج كلي بلغ (12.96) كغم / سم2 و (76.84) طن /هكتار التوالي بينما تفوق عدد الرشات 3 على باقي المعاملات معنوياً للصفات الباقية. وتفوق التداخل بين الهجين Jumbo وعدد الرشات 1 على باقي التداخلات في صفات وزن الثمرة وطول الثمرة والحاصل الكلي بلغت قيمها (5.15) غم/ ثمرة ، (26.86) سم ، (106.56) طن /هكتار .

Forty nine genotypes of okra including seven parents and their 42 hybrids were tested by using randomized complete block design with three replicates for testing of heterosis, gene action and heritability, these genotypes were crossed in all possible combinations (Full Diallel Cross) during 2011 and 2012 seasons in the vegetable field , Department of Horticulture and Landscape Design, College of Agriculture and forestry, Mosul University. The result of statistical analysis showed that F1's exhibited significant heterosis for all characters . The hybrid(7×4) gave the negative value for number of days to flowering (-15.33) . The hybrid(5×7) gave the highest heterotic value for the number of flowering and number of fruit per plant and total yield and early yield (92.53),(92.33), (2.18), (46.70) respectively. The hybrid (3×4) gave the highest value for the fruit length (1,38) , the hybrid showed(×26) stem highest value for the fruit diameter and the hybrid(2×6)gave the highest value for the early yield (2.75) . The hybrid(2×1) ,(5×1) showed highest value for the number of seed / fruit and total seed yield (15.33) ,(9.23) respectively . A significant additive genetic variance was show for the number of flowering and number of fruit per plant , early yield, total seed yield and total yield . Broad and narrow sense heritability were high for the number of flowering and number of fruit per plant , early yield and total yield which indicate additive gene action for these characters . Average degree dominance was greater than one for number of days to flowering, number of flowering and number of fruit per plant, total yield, early yield, seed number, total seed yield and fruit weight , indicating over dominance control of these traits .

اجري البحث لاختبار قوة الهجين والفعل الجيني في سبعة أصناف من الباميا حسب طريقة التهجين التبادلي الكامل حيث تم الحصول منها على 42 هجين , زرعت بذور التراكيب الوراثية(7 أصناف+42 هجين)في حقل بحوث قسم البستنة وهندسة الحدائق التابع لكلية الزراعة والغابات/جامعة الموصل حسب تصميم القطاعات العشوائية الكاملة وبثلاث مكررات . أظهرت النتائج وجود قوة هجين معنوية لجميع الصفات وقد كان الهجين العكسي(4×7) أبكر الهجن في التزهير بلغ (-15,33 يوم) وأعطى الهجين التبادلي(7×5)اكبر قوة هجين لصفات عدد الأزهار والثمار على النبات والحاصل الكلي والحاصل المبكر للثمار بلغ (92.53 زهرة/نبات) و(92.33 ثمرة/نبات) و(2.18 طن/دونم) و(46.70 غم/نبات) وسجل الهجين التبادلي(4×3) اكبر قوة هجين لصفة طول الثمرة بلغت (1,38 سم), ولقطر الثمرة أعطى الهجين العكسي(2×6) اكبر قوة هجين بلغت (2.75 ملم) وأظهر الهجين التبادلي(7×6) أكبر قوة هجين لصفة وزن الثمرة بلغ (0.64 غم) كما أعطى الهجينين التبادليين (2×1)و(5×1)اعلى قوة هجين لصفتي عدد البذور بالثمرة وحاصل البذور بلغ (15.33 بذرة/ثمرة) و(9.23 غم/نبات) على التوالي, وكان التباين الوراثي الإضافي معنوياً لصفات عدد الأزهار وعدد الثمار على النبات والحاصل المبكر وعدد البذور بالثمرة وحاصل البذور الكلي, وكانت نسبة التوريث بالمعنى الواسع والضيق عالية لصفات عدد الأزهار والثمار والحاصل المبكر والحاصل الكلي وان ارتفاعها بالمعنى الضيق يعكس وجود فعل جيني اضافي هام لهذه الصفات, وكانت تقديرات درجة السيادة اكبر من واحد لجميع الصفات عدا صفتي طول الثمرة وقطرها مما يدل على وجود سيادة فائقة تحكمت بوراثة هذه الصفات .
