An experiment was carried out during ( 2013- 2014 ) in lath house in Faculty of Agriculture, University of Kufa to study the effect of soil application of compost tea at levels (250 and 500 ml/ transplants), and spraying with salicylic acid at 10 mg.L-1 and the interaction between them on vegetative growth of Lemon ( Citrus limon Burm.f. ) grafted on sour orange (Citrus aurantium L. ) and Volkamer lemon ( C. volkameriana Ten and pas.). Results showed a significant effect of rootstocks on vegetative growth traits in which Volkamer lemon gave the highest values of increase in length of stem , number of leaves ,fresh weight ,total chlorophyll ,dry weight, and stem diameter . Soil application of compost tea at levels 250ml/seedling with spraying salicylic acid at 10 mg.L-1 gave the highest values in comparison with the lowest rates that resulted for control treatment. Interaction between rootstock and treatments had significant effect on traits in which soil application of compost tea at levels 250ml/transplants with spraying salicylic acid at 10 mg.L-1 for Lemon grafted on Volkamer gave the highest values in all the traits compared to the Lemon grafted on sour orange which gave the lowest values

نفذت التجربة في مشتل كلية الزراعة ـ جامعة الكوفة للفترة من 2013- 2015 لدراسة تأثير الاضافة الارضية لمنقوع المادة العضوية المنتجة من مخلفات الرز بمستويات 250 ، 500 مل.شتله-1 لتربة شتلات الليمون الحامض صنف محلي المطعمة على اصلي النارنج وفولكا ماريانا و رش المجموع الخضري بحامض السالسيك بتركيز 10 ملغم.لتر-1 بشكل منفرد وبشكل توليفة منهما في صفات النمو الخضري لها. أظهرت النتائج وجود تأثير معنوي للاصل المطعمة علية الشتلات بتفوق المطعمة على اصل فولكا ماريانا في صفات النمو الخضري المتمثلة بارتفاع الشتلة وعدد الاوراق الجديدة والوزن الطري والجاف للمجموع الخضري والكلوروفيل الكلي والوزن الجاف . كما اظهرت النتائج تفوق المعاملة 250 مل.شتله-1 من منقوع المادة العضوية compost tea (اضافة ارضية )+ الرش ب 10 ملغم.لتر-1 حامض السالسيليك في هذه الصفات . اظهرت معاملة التداخل بين اصل فولكاماريانا والمعاملة 250 مل.شتله-1 من منقوع المادة العضوية compost tea (اضافة ارضية )+ الرش ب 10 ملغم.لتر-1 حامض السالسيليك تفوقا معنويا في جميع الصفات على المعاملات الاخرى..
