The study recorded seven types of fatty acids using Liquid-Gas chromatographtechnique including Lauric acid (C12:0), Lanoleic acid (C18:2), Palmitic acid (C16:0), Myristic acid(C14:0), Palmitoleic acid (C16:1), Oleic acid (C18:1), Arachidic acid (C20:0) in both strains and fattyacid.Lauric acid (C12:0) formed the highest ratio in both strains, the study also showed a difference inthe percentage of these fatty acids between the two tested strains

الخلاصة:تم مقارنة محتوى الأحماض الدهنية لسلالات جرثومة S. marcescens المنتجة وغير المنتجة للصبغة باستعمال تقنية كروماتوغرافيا الغاز – السائل حيث سجلت الدراسة وجود سبعة أنواع من الأحماض الدهنية تضمنت :Lauric acid (C12:0), Lanoleic acid (C18:2), Palmitic acid (C16:0), Myristic acid (C14:0), Palmitoleic acid (C16:1), Oleic acid (C18:1), Arachidic acid (C20:0). في كلا النوعين .وشكل الحامض الدهني Lauric acid (C12:0) أعلى نسبة في كلا النوعين ولوحظت اختلافات قليلة في نسبها المئوية بين النوعين .
