The researcher examined the manifestations of violence in the drawings of children, the importance of research has emerged in that he reveals the effect of sex difference in the artistic expression of the manifestations of violence to children is done as he illustrates the impact of loss of August or mother or both on the artistic expression of manifestations of violence, and the aim of research revealed manifestations of violence in expression art The drawings of children and the answer to the research hypotheses and questions raised in the problem, studied the concept of the concept of violence in its first, and the second study examined the educational importance of artistic expression of children's drawings, consisted of the Research Society of drawings of children and children orphaned and adult Their number (49) pupil and pupil the sample of the research may draw from the drawings of all pupils, and the researcher used the descriptive method in the style of analysis of the content and found several results discussed from it highlighted the appearance of psychological violence in the drawings of children are clearly in terms of the use of intersecting lines and the use Red color and non-objective shapes, social violence appeared in children's drawings are clearly exaggerated in the drawing of sizes of shapes and geometric shapes that are neither framed nor subjective, and conclusions were the most important that the manifestations of Psychological, social and physical violence seemed clear and evident in the artistic expression of children's drawings, and the difference of sex does not affect the artistic expression of the manifestations of violence in children's drawings, and the researcher recommended several recommendations and suggested studies and confirmed the sources and supplements.

درست الباحثة مظاهر العنف في رسومات اطفال اليتم , برزت اهمية البحث في انه يكشف تأثير اختلاف الجنس في التعبير الفني لمظاهر العنف لاطفال اليتم كما انه يوضح تأثير فقدان الاب او الام او كلاهما على التعبير الفني لمظاهر العنف,وقد هدف البحث الكشف عن مظاهر العنف في التعبير الفني لرسومات اطفال اليتم والاجابة على فرضيات البحث والتساؤلات المطروحة في الاشكالية, درس مفهوم مفهوم العنف في مبحثه الاول , اما المبحث الثاني فقد درس الاهمية التربوية للتعبير الفني لرسومات الاطفال , تألف مجتمع البحث من رسومات اطفال اليتم والاطفال غير اليتامى والبالغ عددهم (49) تلميذ وتلميذة وكانت عينة البحث قد تالفت من رسومات جميع التلاميذ, واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي باسلوب تحليل المحتوى وتوصلت فيه الى نتائج عديدة تمت مناقشتها منها برز مظهر العنف النفسي في رسومات اطفال اليتم بصورة جلية من حيث استخدام الخطوط المتقاطعة واستخدام اللون الاحمر والاشكال غير الموضوعية,وظهر العنف الاجتماعي في رسومات اطفال اليتم بوضوح في المبالغة برسم حجوم الاشكال والاشكال الهندسية غير المؤطرة ولا الموضوعية, واستنتاجات كان اهمها ان مظاهر العنف النفسي والاجتماعي والبدني بدت واضحة وجلية في التعبير الفني لرسوم اطفال اليتم, وان اختلاف الجنس لا يؤثر على التعبير الفني لمظاهر العنف في رسوم اطفال اليتم, واوصت الباحثة عدة توصيات واقترحت دراسات وثبتت المصادر والملاحق .

العنف --- اليتم

The violence is considered one of the human phenomena, it is not an emergency state, but its, affect in society appear to economical, sociological, and political situations facing any society, which affect negatively on the family relationships, and dead to violence against whom a weak in the social power series (mostly the wives). The aim of this study is to highlighted on such problem concentrating on using violence against wife and its types, and the period of this violence and the reasons stand behind the violence especially under the occupation extences of Iraq. The study also tries to compare the violence against wives before and after occupation of Iraq, by using comparative method and case study, as well as a questionnaire test, the study selected (12) cases as a quota sample from hospitals and courts to obtain the information regarding this study, and through serious, individually investigation, it showes that there is avoidance committed a giants wife, but this violence increased under the period of occupation, particularly, the way and means of violence, while such violence was in other means like abusing, now a days a body violence, like beating, so on, the study explored that the political factor came in the first reasons of violence against wife, where as this factor does not considered a matter earlier. Lastly the study put on a few suggestions regarding the avoids ness of violence against wives.

يعد العنف أحد مظاهر الوجود الانساني فهو ليس حالة ظرفية او طارئة لكنه يبرز او يقلّ تأثيره في المجتمع انطلاقاً من الظروف التي يمر بها (اقتصادية، اجتماعية، سياسية، وغيرها) والتي قد تؤثر سلباً في العلاقات الاسرية وتقود للعنف ضد الفرد الاضعف في سلسلة السلطة الاجتماعية (الزوجة غالباً).
هدف البحث التعرف على مدى استخدام العنف ضد الزوجة ونوعه والمدى الزمني لاستخدامه والاسباب المؤدية اليه في ظل الوضع الحالي (وجود الاحتلال) عن طريق مقارنته بما سبقه (قبل الاحتلال) باستخدام المنهج المقارن ودراسة الحالة وتم اختيار العينة من المستشفيات والمحاكم وبطريقة قصدية وبواقع (12) حالة واستخدمت المقابلة المقننة عن طريق الاستبيان للحصول على المعلومات ومن خلال الدراسة المعمقة للحالات الفردية تبين وجود العنف ضد الزوجة مسبقاً الا ان الاحتلال لعب دوراً في تفاقمه وزيادة حدته بتراجع استخدام العنف اللفظي مقابل زيادة استخدام العنف الجسدي واحتلت الاسباب السياسية بالمرتبة الاولى ضمن مسببات استخدام العنف في حين لم يكن لها تأثير فيما سبقه.
وعلى وفق النتائج السابقة تم وضع بعض المقترحات لمنع تفاقم العنف وزيادة نسبته وللتقليل من حدته في ظل وجود الاحتلال.

So the search for the legal status of child custody in the personal Status Law is made in an analytical method enhanced by decisions and judicial rulings issued by the Iraqi courts for the purpose of contributing in solving the custody problem, because the legal texts governing the suit nursery are in fact deficient and were sentenced to unsuccessful judicial right actsg unable to follow the principle of universality of the issues of custody and judicial applications outweigh the legislative text and here the damage caused to the interests of the child without considering the routine applications of the court Moreover ,the wide spread of the phenomenon of domestic violence and availing protection to the family by the Directorate of Family and Child Protection against domestic violence which led to the streamlined divorce and custody proceedings in 2003 after the collapse of the principle of reform and tolerance in the family by custodial mother preventing the father from seeing the children and the failure to allocate the place af meeting child-futher due to the current security conditions in the country

آولى قانون الاحوال الشخصية العراقي في نص المادة (57) اهمية لمسألة الحضانة كونها من اخطر الآثار المترتبة عن انتهاء العلاقة الزوجية وهنا يكون الطفل المحضون غالبا محلا للنزاع امام القضاء مع الملاحظة ان المشرع العراقي يحصر الحاضنيين في نطاق ضيق و اختار شروط للحضانة من المبادىءالعامة المتفقة عليه في مذاهب الفقه الاسلامي وترك الشروط الاخرى للقضاء و هنا تظهر الخلافات في مسالة الحضانة نظرا لظهور العولمة والاخذ من المظاهر السلبية لثقافة الغرب . لذا فان البحث عن المركز القانوني لحضانة الصغير قي قانون الاحوال الشخصية بأسلوب الدراسة التحليلة معززة بقرارات واحكام قضائية صادرة من المحاكم العراقية جاءت لغرض البحث و الاسهام في حل مشكلة الحضانة ،لان النصوص القانونية التي تنظم دعوى الحضانة هي في الواقع نصوص قاصرة وصدرت احكاماً قضائية غير موفقة بحق المحضون وعدم اتباع مبدا الشمولية لمسائل الحضانة وان التطبيقات القضائية تفوق على النص التشريعي وهنا الضرر يلحق بمصلحة المحضون دون الوقوف على التطبيقات الروتينية لمحكمة الموضوع ،اضافة الى تفعيل ظاهرة (العنف الاسري)و توفير الحماية للاسرة بوساطة مديرية حماية الاسرة والطفل من العنف الاسري مما ادى الى انسيابية الطلاق ودعاوى الحضانة بعد عام2003 وانهيار ملموس لمبادى الاصلاح والتسامح في الاسرة من خلال منع الام الحاضنةحق المشاهدة للاب وعدم تخصيص مكان المشاهدة بسبب الظروف الامنية الراهنة تمر بها البلاد

It is worth noting that the discourse of the Renaissance takes the trends of the past, the Salafism, the fundamentalism, and the return to the past.What distinguishes terrorism from other forms of violence is that terrorism involves acts that are carried out dramatically to attract public attention and create a climate of terror beyond the victims who have been exposed to it. The identity of the victims is secondary or insignificant to the terrorists because their violence is directed at the people who see that violence. The distinction between the real victims and the target audience is the main parameter of terrorism that distinguishes it from other forms of armed conflict. The emergence of several variables occurred in the contemporary Arab reality and several conflicting ideologies, especially the capitalist ideology and communism and the establishment of the Israeli entity in the heart of the region. From here we found that terrorism is not just a protest against injustice and poverty, as some see it. May have its causes in the deterioration of economic and living conditions. But in the case of Islamic jihadism, especially its leaders and its leaders who exploit the miserable and the insane in their mad projects, it is a doctrinal and cultural root, just as it is a multi-faceted war against the citizen and the state as well as the civil society.

الملخصانتشرت في الآونة الاخيرة ظاهرة العنف وادواته التي تستخدمها في محاولة ايجاد مكاسب شخصية او سياسية او أيدولوجية وغيرها من اشكال الصور المأساوية من قبيل الدم المستباح كالقتل والتدمير والهدم والخراب. ان العنف هو شكل وصورة واطار لجميع المحركات لماكنة الحرب والمعارك والنزاعات، اذ تلازمت هذه المفردة والمعنى مع استعراض لتاريخ طويل من هدم المدن وسقوط الدول وانهيار الحضارات. اي ما بناه الانسان والعقل البشري في مئات السنين حطمها العنف وادواته في ساعات. حاول الباحث ان يدرس ظاهرة العنف في التاريخ العربي المعاصر، بعد مفاهيم الحداثة ومبادئ حقوق الانسان والتعايش السلمي والتسامح الاجتماعي. السؤال الجوهري الذي يطرح: لماذا هذه الانتكاسة البشرية، بعد تاريخ طويل من الحضارة والنهضة العلمية والتنويرية والثورة التكنولوجية، بل لماذا هذه الهمجية البربرية الوحشية التي تستخدم العلوم الرقمية والانترنيت، بلا خجل او مستحى، وعرض هذه الصور على شاشات التلفزيون؟ اذن لابد من توفير اجابات عن هذا السؤال الكبير في مجتمع توارث روح الحضارة والنور والعلم، وبأسلوب علمي ومنهجي وموضوعي، في محاولة تشخيص الداء لمعرفة انها عارضة على التاريخ العربي ام متأصلة فينا منذ القدم.

يعد العنف من أبرز الموضوعات التي شغلت اهتمام عدد كبير من العلماء في مختلف التخصصات الاجتماعية والنفسية والأدبية، والعنف لا يظهر للعيان إلا إذا توافرت له الأرضية المناسبة التي تشمل العوامل والأسباب المعجلة لظهوره سواء أكانت نفسية أم اجتماعية أم بيئية أم ثقافية أم اقتصادية أم سياسية ... ألخ . وتأسيسا على ما تقدم اقترن العنف بالمُعَنَف ماديا أو معنويا، وبما أن لكل فرد شخصية تميزه عن غيره من أفراد المجتمع، فيُظهر بعضهم مظاهرا عنفية كرد فعل نتيجة لما تعرض له من أشكال مختلفة من العنف في مراحل حياته، لذا أصبح العنف اليوم طابعا سائدا تتميز به الشخصية العراقية وهي بطبيعة الحال انعكاس لصورة المجتمع، فالفرد والمجتمع توأمان يولدان معا على حد تعبير كولي.
