A new series of heterocyclic compounds including four, five and seven member rings have been synthesized. These compounds including N,N'-(1,4-phenylenebis(methan-1-yl-1-ylidene))bis(substituted) [1,2], ,4(1,4 phenylene)bis(3-chloro-1-(alkyl)azetidine -2-one(3,4) , 1,4-bis(1-(substituted)-2,5-dihydro-1H-tetrazole-5-yl)benzene (5,6), 2,2-(1,4-phenylene)bis(3-(alkyl)-2H benzo[1,3]thiazine-4(3H-one)(7,8). 2,2-(1,4-phenylene)bis(3-(alkyl)-2,3-dihydroquinazoline-4(1H)one)(9,10). thiazepine derivatives(11,12). (5z,5z)-2,2-(1,4-phenylene)-2,3dihydro-1,3-oxazepine-4,7-dione (13,14) and 3,3-(1,4-phenylene)bis(4-(alkyl)-3,4-dihydrobenzo[1,3]oxazepine-1,5-dione(15,16,17,18) . The structures of these compounds characterized by (FT-IR, H-NMR) spectroscopy and C.H.N analysis ,melting points and checked through T.L.C. The biological activity of these compounds was tested against Staph. Aureus, E. coli , Sal. typhi and Ps. Aerugenosa bacteria.

This research includes the preparation of some of pyrazoline derivatives containing the azo group by one pot method through the treatment of the compound 2-hydroxy-5-(m-tolyldiazenyl) benzaldehyde with p-chlorob enzylchloride to give the compound(1) using the Williamson reaction. The compound (1) is treated with a series of ketones and with phenylhydrazine in the base medium to give new derivatives of pyrazoline (2-11). The synthesized compounds were characterized by elemental analyses and FT-IR, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, 13C-DEPT.

يتضمن هذا البحث تحضير بعض مشتقات البايرازولين الحاوية على مجموعة الازو بـطـــريقـــة الاضــافــــــة الواحــــدة (One Pot) مـــن خـــلال مـــفاعـــــلة المـركب 2-hydroxy-5-(m-tolyldiazenyl)benzaldehyde مع p-chlorobenzylchlorideليعطي المركب (1) وفق تفاعل وليامسن. وبمفاعلة المركب (1) مع سلسلة من الكيتونات والفنيل هيدرازين في وسط قاعدي ليعطي مشتقات جديدة للبايرازولين (2-11). وشخصت المركبات المحضرة بواسطة FT-IR و1H-NMR و13C-NMR و 13C-DEPT-135 والتحليل الدقيق للعناصر.

تم تحضير معقدات جديدة للنحاس تتضمن ليكندات مختلطة صيغتها العامة [Cu(4-Hydrpipdtc)2L2] و [Cu(4-methylpipdtc)2L2] حيث ان (4-Hydrpipdtc), و(4-methylpipdtc) = 4-hydroxylpiperidinedithiocarbamate و 4-methylpiperidinedithiocarbamate على التوالي و L = 4-picoline ,luitidine ,en ,(1-10)phen,PPh3وشخصت المعقدات المحضرة بواسطة تحليل العناصر وقياسات التوصيلية واطياف الاشعة تحت الحمراء والمرئية والفوق البنفسجية وقياسات الحساسية المغناطيسية ومن النتائج تم اقتراح الشكل المربع المستوي للمعقد بس داي ثايوكاربميت نحاس (II) والشكل ثماني السطوح للمعقدات الاخرى.

New copper (II) complexes containing mixed ligands of the general formula [Cu(4-Hydrpipdtc)2L2] and [Cu(4-methylpipdtc)2L2], where (4-Hydrpipdtc), (4-methylpipdtc)=4-hydroxylpiperidinedithiocarbamate , 4-methylpiperidinedithiocarbamate respectively and L= 4-picoline ,luitidine ,en ,(1-10)phen,PPh3 , have been prepared and characterized by elemental analyses ,conductivity , infrared ,electronic spectra and susceptibility measurements . From the obtained data a square planar geometry was suggested for the bis (dithiocarbamato) copper (II) complex and octahedral geometry for the others has been suggested.

Number of new polyester and polyamide are prepared as derivatives from 5,5`-(1,4-phenylene)-bis-(1,3,4-thiadiazole-2-amine) [C1], three series of heterocyclic compounds were synthesized.The first series includes the Schiff base [C2] prepared from the reaction between compound [C1] with p-hydroxy benzaldehyde in presence of acetic acid and absolute ethanol , then these derivatives have reaction with maleic anhydride , phthalic anhydride and sodium azide, respectively to obtain the compounds [C3-5] contaning (oxazepine and tetrazole) rings.The third series of compounds [C1-5] has transformed to their polymers [C6-15] by reaction with adipoyl chloride and glutroyl chloride , respectively. The reaction was followed by T.L.C and identified by FT-IR , 1H-NMR ,C.H.N analysis , softening point , viscosity, TGA , DSC and X-ray.

تم تحضير عدد من مركبات البولي استر و البولي امايد جديده ابتداءأ من المركب -4,1) 5´,5 ثنائي فنيلين) –(4،3،1- ثيادايازول-2-امين) [1] و بمفاعلته مع بارا-هايدروكسي بينزالديهايد لتكوين قاعدة شيف [2] و مفاعلتها مع انهدريد المالئيك و الفثاليك و ازيد الصوديوم لتكوين المركبات [3-5] في الخطوه الثالثه ومن ثم بلمرة المركبات المحضرة [5-1]مع كلوريد الاديبويك و كلوريد الكلوترويك على التوالي باستخدام البريدين الجاف لتكوين البوليمرات[15-6] و قد شخصت هذه المركبات المحضرة باستخدام طيف الاشعة تحت الحمراء وطيف الرنين المغناطيسي 1HNMR و التحليل الدقيق للعناصرC.H.N. مع قياس الخصائص الحرارية TGA و DSC و قياس درجة التبلور بواسطة X-Ray و درجة الليونه و اللزوجة .

Abstract 2-(3-(tert-Butoxycarbonylamino)propyl)-5-methylthiophene and its 4-deuterio derivative have been synthesized by a simple and convenient method in a six step sequence from 2-methylthiophene. The final step involved bromine-lithium exchange on 4-bromo-2-(3-(tert-butoxycarbonylamino)propyl)-5-methylthiophene at low temperature in anhydrous tetrahydrofuran followed by treatment with water or D2O.

الخلاصةتتضمن هذه الدراسة تحضير 2--3-)ثلاثي-بيوتوكسي كاربونيل امينو)بروبيل)-5-مثيل ثايوفين ومشتقه المعوض بالديوتريوم في الموقع 4 بطريقة بسيطة وعملية بستة خطوات وابتداءا من 2- مثيل ثايوفين. الخطوة الاخيرة في هذا التحضير تضمنت تفاعل استبدال البروم بالليثيوم في درجة حرارة منخفضة باستخدام التتراهايدروفيوران الجاف كمذيب يعقبه معاملة مزيج التفاعل بالماء و ال D2O.
