In this research the researcher deals with educational media and their development with development of the educational process.The study reveals the aim and the problems of the research where students are deprived of practicing the practical and imperical side and preventing them from coping with different side of life . Therefore the researcher uses educational technology in the educational process, Through detecting the error through observation and increaseasing importance follwing discussion method and giving sutable feedback the aim of this research are:1-Identifying some educational technologies to develop the level of teaching skill performance at physical education college.2-Identifing some educational technologies to develop students competency in applicable to teaching skills for research sample. To achieve the goals of this reseach, the researcher uses the imperical procedure on a sample of (10) female students of fourth stage college of physical Education-University of Basrah. This sample is subjected to some educational teachnologues and are treated after obtaining the results. The results are exposed to tablesand then discussed scientifically . One of the main results obtained is the clear development of the sample exposed to educational technologies with percentages greater than those of traditional one. One of the important recommendations is the necessity of using educational technologies since it has a great impact on the development of teaching skill in all specializations.

اشتمل البحث على المقدمة وأهمية البحث حيث تطرقت فيه الباحثة إلى الوسائل التعليمية وتطورها مع تطور العملية التعليمية وبينت أهمية البحث ومشكلته من حيث حرمان الطالبات من ممارسة الجانب العملي والتجريبي وحرمانهم من الاحتكاك بوسائل الحياة المختلفة لذا قامت الباحثة باستخدام التقنيات التعليمية في العملية الدراسية ويحدث ذلك عن طريق البحث والاستكشاف للأخطاء من خلال الملاحظة وزيادة فاعليتها من خلال المناقشة وإعطاء التغذية الراجعة المناسبة أما أهداف البحث فهي:1- التعرف على تأثير استخدام برنامج الحاسب الالي على مستوى أداء مهارات التدريس في التربية الرياضية.2-التعرف على تأثير استخدام برنامج الحاسب الالي لتنمية كفاءة الطالبة المطبقة لمهارات التدريس لدى عينة البحث .ولتحقيق أهداف البحث استخدمت الباحثة المنهج التجريبي على عينة بلغت (20) طالبة من طالبات المرحلة االثالثة في كلية التربية الرياضية في جامعة البصرة وخضعت العينة إلى بعض التقنيات التعليمية وبعد الحصول على النتائج تم معالجتها إحصائيا.ومن ثم تم عرض نتائج البحث في جداول وتمت مناقشتها بأسلوب علمي سليم وتم التوصل من خلالها إلى بعض الاستنتاجات التي من أهمها حدوث تطور لدى المجموعة التي استخدمت برنامج الحاسب الالي وبنسبة فاقت على المجموعة التقليديةأما أهم التوصيات فقد أوصت الباحثة على ضرورة استخدام التقنيات التعليمية لما لها من تأثير في تطوير المهارات التدريسية ولكافة الاختصاصات.

The research contain the introduction and research importance that revelation in fixing on the children whenever to refine creation ability (movement) for the child in early time give butter results and take part in big form to presentation youth athlete in right way , the research problem was about sport going on general from and sport academic in special form . The research aims was;-Preparation training program suggested for developing some special creation ability (movement) for the pupils of primary fifthgrade in age (10-11) year.-Recognize on training program effect suggested in developing some special creation ability (movement) for the pupils of primary fifth grade in age (10-11) year.-The research suppositions was ;-Availability differences the same statistics sign in same items special creation ability (movement) between the before and after tests for control group and for after tests.- Availability differences the same statistics sign in some items special creation ability (movement) (the ability on overcome on the problems /imagination/concentration) between the before and after tests for the experimental group and for after tests.-Availability differences the same statistics sign in some items special creation ability (movement) (the ability on overcome on the problems /imagination/concentration) in after tests between the two groups control and experimental and for experimental group.-Research fields was :-Human field: the pupils of primary fifth grade in age (10-11) year in al – irfan primary school in Basra governorate for academic year (2008-2009).-Time field :going on stage between 19102008 till 2942009-Location field :the playground and al – irfan mixed primary school The research include academic study (creation /creation ability /the ability on overcome on the problems /imagination /concentration /gifted child)Also include field effectuation for research (research method /research sample /tools and instrument and the ways used in the research /investigation test/before tests /training program suggested /after test /statistics waysAlso include advance the results for the before and after tests for two groups control and experimental and analysis it and discussion it.The research include conclusions and commendations addition to the sources Arabic and foreign as well as attachment.

تتلخص أهمية البحث في التركيز على الأطفال وأهمية درس التربية الرياضية لهم وخصوصاً القدرات الإبداعية الحركية فكلما تطورت في وقت مبكر كلما أعطى ذلك نتائج أفضل وأحسن و يساهم بشكل كبير في تقديم رياضي ناشئ بصورة صحيحة قادراً على استيعاب البرامج التدريبية بعقلهِ وبدنهِ ويعكس نتائج إيجابية فيما يتعلمه ويتدرب عليهِ فضلا ً عن تفعيل دور هذا الدرس الذي تهمش دوره منذُ فترة طويلة .أما مشكلة البحث فإنها كانت تدور حول غياب درس الرياضة والذي أعطى مردود سلبي على واقع الرياضة بشكل عام وواقع الرياضة المدرسية بشكل خاص وبالتالي تبديد وهدر الكثير من المواهب التي يتمتع بها التلاميذ في هذه المرحلة العمرية ، وفي الدراسات النظرية فقد تضمن البحث المواضيع التالية (الإبداع , مكونات الإبداع , الإنسان المبدع , الإنتاج الإبداعي , العملية الإبداعية , القدرات الإبداعية , القدرة على التغلب على المشاكل , التخيل , التركيز , الطفل الموهوب ) وفي الإجراءات الميدانية للبحث فقد استخدمت الباحثة المنهج التجريبي لكونه المنهج الذي يتلائم و طبيعة متطلبات البحث كذلك تضمنت الإجراءات الميدانية عينة البحث والتي كانت من تلاميذ الصف الخامس الابتدائي كذلك تضمنت الإجراءات الميدانية للبحث تجانس للمجموعتين الضابطة والتجريبية فضلاً عن الوسائل الإحصائية التي استخدمت في البحث . وفي مناقشة نتائج البحث حيث تم مناقشة نتائج الاختبار القبلي والبعدي للمجموعتين والتي أتضح فيها أن أداء المجموعتين في الاختبارات البعدية كان أفضل كذلك تم مناقشة الاختبارات البعدية للمجموعتين حيث أتضح إن أداء المجموعة التجريبية في الاختبارات البعدية أفضل .ومن أهم الاستنتاجات التي تم التوصل لها : - وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في القدرات الإبداعية الثلاثة (القدرة على التغلب على المشاكل , التخيل , التركيز) بين الاختبارات القبلية والبعدية للمجموعتين التجريبية والضابطة ولصالح الاختبارات البعدية .وعن أهم التوصيات فكانت : - العمل على استخدام أساليب جديدة ومبتكرة في درس التربية الرياضية وذلك دعماً للدروس وإرجاع مكانته بعد تهميشه لفترة طويلة ولجذب وشد التلاميذ إلى التفاعل مع الدرس ، وكذلك تضمن البحث المصادر العربية والأجنبية فضلا ًعن الملاحق .
