Abstract

Turning to add a new search in the field of modern football, which is a new style of play as a football player needs a dynamic high performance and good and requires the use of his body dramatically with the change of the place and to maintain the same performance with high accuracy and good performance.The importance of this research in terms of being trying, through overlapping distributor random method and follow the proper scientific method and the gradient and moving to learn from easy to difficult and the introduction of the thrill and excitement factor by similar to play in excess of the acquisition of emerging capabilities kinetic exercises (fitness) and the skill of rolling football better followed traditional ways. Summarized the research problem by informing the researcher and his experience as working in the field of education and training in a football game at home and follow-up noticed a winning double in the kinetic characteristics (fitness) and skill players to junior football and non-observance of the coaches directorial exercise a game of football and in line with the players capabilities kineticand skillsufficiency and traditional methods in the educational and training units. The study aimed to prepare exercises my style random distributor in the development of agility and skill of rolling football players budding football .waltaraf on the effect of exercise my style random distributor in the development of some of the elements of agility and skill of rolling football players budding football .autamthelt research sample of players torch Club Team Sports junior for ages (14-16).Totaling (20) for the player handed the experimental group works proposed educational curriculum overlap exercise my style random distributor, included curriculum (10) educational units for a period of 8 weeks and by educational unit once a week and a time of 90 minutes for the unity of the educational one, as the experimental group is working with the football coach at the Sports Club torch, and after processing the results statistically using a statistical researcher means by (spreadsheet), the researcher found that the educational curriculum proposed a positive influence in the development of agility and rolling football halls of junior players.

ﺗﻄﺮق اﻟﺒﺤﺚ اﻟﻰ أﺿﺎﻓﮫ ﺟﺪﯾﺪة ﻓﻲ ﻣﺠﺎل ﻛﺮة اﻟﻘﺪم اﻟﺤﺪﯾﺜﺔ اﻟﺘﻲ ھﻲ أﺳﻠﻮب ﻟﻌﺐ ﺟﺪﯾﺪ أذ ﯾﺤﺘﺎج ﻻﻋﺐ وﺟﯿﺪ وﯾﺘﻄﻠﺐ اﺳﺘﺨﺪام أﺟﺰاء ﺟﺴﻤﮫ ﺑﺼﻮرة ﻛﺒﯿﺮة ﻣﻊ ﺗﻐﯿﺮ اﻟﻤﻜﺎن ِﻛﺮة اﻟﻘﺪم إﻟﻰ أداء ﺣﺮﻛﻲ ﻋﺎل واﻟﻤﺤﺎﻓﻈﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻷداء ﻧﻔﺴﮫ ﺑﺪﻗﺔ ﻋﺎﻟﯿﺔ وﺣﺴﻦ اﻷداء .وﺗﺄﺗﻲ أھﻤﯿﺔ ھﺬا اﻟﺒﺤﺚ ﻣﻦ ﺣﯿﺚ ﻛﻮﻧﮭﺎ ﺗﺤﺎول ﻣﻦ ﺧﻼل ﺗﺪاﺧﻞ اﻷﺳﻠﻮب اﻟﻌﺸﻮاﺋﻲ اﻟﻤﻮزع وﺑﺈﺗﺒﺎع اﻷﺳﻠﻮب اﻟﻌﻠﻤﻲ اﻟﺼﺤﯿﺢ واﻟﺘﺪرج واﻻﻧﺘﻘﺎل ﺑﺎﻟﺘﻌﻠﻢ ﻣﻦ اﻟﺴﮭﻞ إﻟﻰ اﻟﺼﻌﺐ وإدﺧﺎل ﻋﺎﻣﻞ اﻟﺘﺸﻮﯾﻖ واﻹﺛﺎرة ﻣﻦ ﺧﻼل اﻟﺘﻤﺮﯾﻨﺎت اﻟﻤﺸﺎﺑﮭﺔ ﻟﻠﻌﺐ واﻟﺘﻲ ﺗﺰﯾﺪ ﻣﻦ اﻛﺘﺴﺎب اﻟﻨﺎﺷﺌﯿﻦ ﻟﻠﻘﺪرات اﻟﺤﺮﻛﯿﺔ )اﻟﺮﺷﺎﻗﺔ (وﻣﮭﺎرة اﻟﺪﺣﺮﺟﺔ ﺑﻜﺮة اﻟﻘﺪم ﺑﺸﻜﻞ أﻓﻀﻞ ﻣﻦ اﻟﻄﺮق اﻟﺘﻘﻠﯿﺪﯾﺔ اﻟﻤﺘﺒﻌﺔ . ﺗﻠﺨﺼﺖ ﻣﺸﻜﻠﺔ اﻟﺒﺤﺚ ﻣﻦ ﺧﻼل إطﻼع اﻟﺒﺎﺣﺚ وﺧﺒﺮﺗﮫ ﻛﻮﻧﮫ ﯾﻌﻤﻞ ﻓﻲ ﻣﺠﺎل اﻟﺘﻌﻠﯿﻢ واﻟﺘﺪرﯾﺐ ﻓﻲ ﻟﻌﺒﺔ ﻛﺮة اﻟﻘﺪم ﻓﻲ ﻣﯿﺪاﻧﮫ وﻣﺘﺎﺑﻌﺘﮫ ﻻﺣﻆ وﺟﻮد اﻟﻀﻌﻒ اﻟﺤﺎﺻﻞ ﻓﻲ اﻟﺼﻔﺎت اﻟﺤﺮﻛﯿﺔ )اﻟﺮﺷﺎﻗﺔ (واﻟﻤﮭﺎرﯾﺔ ﻟﻼﻋﺒﯿﻦ اﻟﻨﺎﺷﺌﯿﻦ ﺑﻜﺮة اﻟﻘﺪم وﻋﺪم ﻣﺮاﻋﺎة اﻟﻤﺪرﺑﯿﻦ ﻹﺧﺮاﺟﯿﺔ اﻟﺘﻤﺮﯾﻦ ﺑﻠﻌﺒﺔ ﻛﺮة اﻟﻘﺪم وﺑﻤﺎ ﯾﺘﻼءم ﻣﻊ ﻗﺪرات اﻟﻼﻋﺒﯿﻦ اﻟﺤﺮﻛﯿﺔ واﻟﻤﮭﺎرﯾﺔ واﻻﻛﺘﻔﺎء ﺑﺎﻷﺳﺎﻟﯿﺐ اﻟﺘﻘﻠﯿﺪﯾﺔ ﻓﻲ اﻟﻮﺣﺪات اﻟﺘﻌﻠﯿﻤﯿﺔ واﻟﺘﺪرﯾﺒﯿﺔ. ھﺪﻓﺖ اﻟﺪراﺳﺔ اﻟﻰ إﻋﺪاد ﺗﻤﺮﯾﻨﺎت ﺑﺄﺳﻠﻮﺑﻲ اﻟﻌﺸﻮاﺋﻲ اﻟﻤﻮزع ﻓﻲ ﺗﻄﻮﯾﺮ اﻟﺮﺷﺎﻗﺔ وﻣﮭﺎرة اﻟﺪﺣﺮﺟﺔ ﺑﻜﺮة اﻟﻘﺪم ﻟﻼﻋﺒﯿﻦ اﻟﻨﺎﺷﺌﯿﻦ ﺑﻜﺮة اﻟﻘﺪم .واﻟﺘﻌﺮف ﻋﻠﻰ ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ اﻟﺘﻤﺮﯾﻨﺎت ﺑﺄﺳﻠﻮﺑﻲ اﻟﻌﺸﻮاﺋﻲ اﻟﻤﻮزع ﻓﻲ ﺗﻄﻮﯾﺮ ﺑﻌﺾ ﻋﻨﺎﺻﺮ اﻟﺮﺷﺎﻗﺔ وﻣﮭﺎرة اﻟﺪﺣﺮﺟﺔ ﺑﻜﺮة اﻟﻘﺪم ﻟﻼﻋﺒﯿﻦ اﻟﻨﺎﺷﺌﯿﻦ ﺑﻜﺮة اﻟﻘﺪم .وﺗﻤﺜﻠﺖ ﻋﯿﻨﺔ اﻟﺒﺤﺚ ﻣﻦ (ﻻﻋﺐ وزﻋﻮا ﻋﻠﻰ 20) .( واﻟﺒﺎﻟﻎ ﻋﺪدھﻢ 16 -14)ﻻﻋﺒﻲ ﻓﺮﯾﻖ ﻧﺎدي اﻟﺸﻌﻠﺔ اﻟﺮﯾﺎﺿﻲ ﻟﻠﻨﺎﺷﺌﯿﻦ ﻟﻸﻋﻤﺎر اﻟﻤﺠﻤﻮﻋﺔ اﻟﺘﺠﺮﯾﺒﯿﺔ ﺗﻌﻤﻞ ﺑﺎﻟﻤﻨﮭﺞ اﻟﺘﻌﻠﯿﻤﻲ اﻟﻤﻘﺘﺮح ﺗﺪاﺧﻞ اﻟﺘﻤﺮﯾﻨﺎت ﺑﺄﺳﻠﻮﺑﻲ اﻟﻌﺸﻮاﺋﻲ اﻟﻤﻮزع ، اﺷﺘﻤﻞ (أﺳﺎﺑﯿﻊ وﺑﻮاﻗﻊ وﺣﺪة ﺗﻌﻠﯿﻤﯿﺔ واﺣﺪة ﻓﻲ اﻷﺳﺒﻮع وﺑﺰﻣﻦ ﻗﺪره 8) (وﺣﺪات ﺗﻌﻠﯿﻤﯿﺔ وﻟﻤﺪة 10)اﻟﻤﻨﮭﺞ ﻋﻠﻰ (دﻗﯿﻘﺔ ﻟﻠﻮﺣﺪة اﻟﺘﻌﻠﯿﻤﯿﺔ اﻟﻮاﺣﺪة ,إذ ﺗﻌﻤﻞ اﻟﻤﺠﻤﻮﻋﺔ اﻟﺘﺠﺮﯾﺒﯿﺔ ﻣﻊ ﻣﺪرب ﻛﺮة اﻟﻘﺪم ﻓﻲ ﻧﺎدي اﻟﺸﻌﻠﺔ 90) اﻟﺮﯾﺎﺿﻲ ,وﺑﻌﺪ ﻣﻌﺎﻟﺠﺔ اﻟﻨﺘﺎﺋﺞ إﺣﺼﺎﺋﯿﺎ ﺑﺎﺳﺘﺨﺪام اﻟﺒﺎﺣﺚ اﻟﻮﺳﺎﺋﻞ اﻹﺣﺼﺎﺋﯿﺔ ﻋﻦ طﺮﯾﻖ )اﻟﺠﺪوﻟﯿﺔ ( ﺗﻮﺻﻞ اﻟﺒﺎﺣﺚ إﻟﻰ إن ﻟﻠﻤﻨﮭﺞ اﻟﺘﻌﻠﯿﻤﻲ اﻟﻤﻘﺘﺮح ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ اﯾﺠﺎﺑﻲ ﻓﻲ ﺗﻄﻮﯾﺮاﻟﺮﺷﺎﻗﺔ واﻟﺪﺣﺮﺟﺔ ﺑﻜﺮة اﻟﻘﺪم ﻟﻠﺼﺎﻻت ﻟﻼﻋﺒﯿﻦ اﻟﻨﺎﺷﺌﯿﻦ .
