Abstract

CAPTCHA is a standard security technology. To date, the most commonly used are various types of visual CAPTCHAs, in which a challenge often appears as an image of distorted text that the user must decipher. The proposed scheme is used visual cryptography encryption protocol to encrypt CAPTCHA image in perfectly secure way, such that only the human visual system can easily decrypt the CAPTCHA image with animated arrangement. Numbers of blurring image process are implemented on the CAPTCHA images, to make this test difficult for current computer systems. The new animated CAPTCHA is more secure than the currentversions and easier for humans to pass.

Abstract

Image restoration is reconstructing the true image starting from degraded (blurred and noisy) image version. This problem could be handled as blind or non-blind mode depending on whether functional knowledge or point spread function (PSF) knowledge is available. These knowledge are related to the type and parameters of the additive noise such as; distribution, mean, and variance. Accordingly, the present work aims to restore the original image using adaptive Mead’s algorithm applied on degraded version. The proposed method is individually applied on the three color components; red, green, and blue (RGB) of the image. The results are quantitatively and qualitatively compared to the original one using two quality measures, they are: mean squared error (MSE) and cross correlation coefficient (CCC). Results showed valued performance of the proposed method when restoring the degraded images. Quality measures proved that the blue component was reconstructed better than the red, and the red was reconstructed better than the green component. Frequent tests showed the matching score between the reconstructed image and the original one was about 97%, which ensure the validation of the proposed method and correct path of computations.

Abstract

No-reference measurement of blurring artifacts in images is a difficult problem in image quality assessment field. In this paper, we present a no-reference blur metric to measure the quality of the images. These images are degraded using Gaussian blurring. Suggestion method depends on developing the Mean of Locally Standard deviation and Mean of the image (MLSD) model, this method is called Blur Quality Metric (BQM) and it calculates from numerical integral of the function in this model. And the BQM is compared with the No-reference Perceptual Blur Metrics (PBM) and the Entropy of the First Derivative (EFD) Image; the BQM is a simple metric and gives good accuracy in metrics the quality for the Gaussian blurred image if it compared with another algorithms.

تخمين جودة الصور المشوبة ضبابيا بدون وجود صورة مرجعية مهمة صعبة . في هذا البحث تم اقتراح مقياس غير مرجعي لقياس جودة الصورة التي تم تشويهها بالضبابية الكاوسية .الطريقة المقترحة تعتمد على تطوير نموذج المعدل (لكل من المعدل الموضعي والانحراف المعياري الموضعي MLSD), هذه الطريقة سميت بمقياس الجودة بالاعتماد على الضبابية (BQM) وتم استنتاجها عن طريق حساب التكامل العدددي لنموذج MLSD . ان طريقة BQM تم مقارنتها مع مقاييس اخرى غير مرجعية هما مقايس الادراك الحسي للضبابية (PBM) ومقياس حساب الانتروبي المشتقة الاولى (EFD) للصورة . ان طريقة BQM هي طريقة سهلة وقدمت نتائج جيدة في قياس جودة الصور المشوبة ضبابيا مقارنة مع الخوارزميات الاخرى.

Abstract

This paper shows how to detect, track and blur a face in video frame using the Viola-Jones detection algorithm for detection and KLT algorithm to tracks a set of feature points across the video frames. First, the detection locates the face, and then identifies feature points that can be reliably tracked. A blurring filter is applied after detection and tracking the face and very good results are obtained that can be useful to blurring the face; for example, when showing a painful view that includes distorted faces in wars reports or crimes.

Abstract

Digital image started to including in various fields like, physics science, computer science, engineering science, chemistry science, biology science and medication science, to get from it some important information. But any images acquired by optical or electronic means is likely to be degraded by the sensing environment. In this paper, we will study and derive Iterative Tikhonov-Miller filter and Wiener filter by using criterion function. Then use the filters to restore the degraded image and show the Iterative Tikhonov-Miller filter has better performance when increasing the number of iteration To a certain limit then, the performs will be decrease. The performance of Iterative Tikhonov-Miller filter has better performance for less degradation parameters, with high SNR and Wiener filter has better performance for more degradation parameters, with low SNR.

بدأت الصورة الرقمية تدخل في عدة مجالات مثل علوم الفيزياء والحاسوب والهندسة والكيمياء والبيولوجيا والطب لاجل الحصول على معلومات مهمة منها. ولكن اي صورة نحصل عليها بطريقة بصرية او الكترونية معرضة للتشويه من قبل بيئة المتحسس. مجال ترميم الصورة هو احدى مجالات معالجة الصورة الرقمية الذي يهتم بتحسين الصورة المشوهة. في هذا البحث, سنقوم بدراسة واشتقاق مرشح تكنهوف-ميلير التكراري ومرشح وينر باستخدام الداله المعيارية. ثم استخدامنا الفلاتر لترميم الصور المشوهة ووجدنا ان مرشح تكنهوف-ميلير التكراري لديه افضل اداء عند زيادة عدد التكررارات الى حد معين ثم يبداء الاداء بالنقصان بعدها. ان افضل اداء لمرشح تكنهوف-ميلير عندما التشويه قليل مع نسبة الاشارة الى الضوضاء قليلة ومرشح وينر لديه افضل اداء عندما يكون التشويه عالي مع نسبة الاشارة الى الضوضاء ضوضاء قليلة.
