An experiment was conducted at poultry farm, agricultural directorate of Karbala, Ministry of agriculture, during 16thApril, 2016 to 16th, July, 2016. to study how to take advantages of local limestone as barrier material of premix on 300 ISA Brown laying hen at 20 Weeks old, which were randomly distributed to four dietary treatment to 75 bird per each, as they were divided into T1: premix imported was used treatment control , T2: premix local was used treatment a prier material reassure from Al Najaf of province, T3: premix local was used treatment a prier material reassure from Al Muthanna province, T4: premix local was used treatment a prier material reassure from Erbil province,3replicat/ treatment(25 bird/replicate), it was continuous 12 weeks. Hen treatment had significant (P≤0.05) effect on egg production, egg mass, average body weight, and average body weight (gm). Obtained results revealed that there were insignificant differences between the treatments including control in feed efficiency, feed intake, and egg weights.

أجريت هذه التجربة في محطة الطيور الداجنة / مديرية زراعة كربلاء، للمدة من 16/4 /2016 ولغاية 16/ 7 / لدراسة الاستفادة من بعض مصادر حجر الكلس المحلي كمادة حاملة ثم دراسة مخاليط مسبقة التحضير لعلائق دجاج البيض في بعض الصفات الانتاجية لدجاج ايزا براون. استخدمت 300 دجاجة بعمر 20 أسبوعاً وزعت على 4 معاملات بواقع 75 طير لكل معاملة وبـ 3 مكررات ( 25 /طير/مكرر). وكانت معاملات التجربة كما يلي: T1 (معاملة السيطرة) استخدم فيها المخلوط المسبق التحضير الستورد، T2استخدم فيها المخلوط المسبق التحضير المحلي ومصدر المادة الحاملة من محافظة النجف، T3استخدم فيها المخلوط المسبق التحضير المحلي ومصدر المادة الحاملة من محافظة المثنى و T4استخدم فيها المخلوط المسبق التحضير المحلي ومصدر المادة الحاملة من محافظة اربيل. استمرت التجربة فترة 12 أسبوع. أشارت النتائج إلى إن المخلوط المسبق التحضير المحلي أدت إلى تحسن معنوي(P ≤ 0.05) في النسبة المئوية لإنتاج البيض وكتلة البيض ومعدل وزن الجسم الحي. ولم تلاحظ اية فروق معنوية في معدل وزن البيضة، استهلاك العلف اليومي ومعامل التحويل الغذائي. نستنتج من هذه الدراسة إن المخلوط المسبق التحضير المحلي له اثر ايجابي في تحسين الصفات الإنتاجية للدجاج البياض.
