Abstract

Abstract In this research the absorption and fluorescence spectrum in the range (400-700) nm for (Rhodamine 6G, Rhodamine 3GO, Rhodamine B and Rhodamine C) mixture which belong to Xanthene family were studied in the ratio (1:1:1:1), it has dissolved in chloroform to prepare different concentration (5*10-6, 1*10-5, 3*10-5, 5*10-5, 7*10-5, and 1*10-4) mole/L at room temperature. We notice that the absorption intensity, bandwidth of absorption spectrum and stock shift are increased with increasing concentration, and this agree with Beer-Lambert law. The quantum efficiency of the dissolved Rhodamine mixture in chloroform has been calculated by using the same above concentration and their results are as follows (70%, 71%, 94%, 76%, 68% and 58%) respectively. The radiative life time have been computed as given (0. 08, 0. 18, 0. 65, 0. 99, 1. 25, and 1. 44) nanosecond respectively. Fluorescent life time have been also computed as given (0. 05, 0. 12, 0. 61, 0. 75, 0. 86 and 0. 84) nanosecond respectively.

ﺍﳋﻼﺻﺔ ﻧﺎﻧﻮﻣﱰ ﳌﺰﻳﺞ ﻣﻦ )ﺭﻭﺩﺍﻣﲔ (400 – 700)ﺗﻢ ﰲ ﻫﺬﺍ ﺍﻟﺒﺤﺚ ﺩﺭﺍﺳﺔ ﻃﻴﻒ ﺍﻻﻣﺘﺼﺎﺹ ﻭﺍﻟﻔﻠﻮﺭﺓ ﺿﻤﻦ ﺍﳌﺪ￯ (، ﺣﻴﺚ ﲤﺖ ﺇﺫﺍﺑﺘﻬﺎ ﰲ 1:1:1:1)( ﻭﺍﻟﺘﻲ ﺗﻌﻮﺩ ﺇﱃ ﻋﺎﺋﻠﺔ ﺍﻟﺰﺍﻧﺜﲔ ﺑﻨﺴﺒﺔ C، ﺭﻭﺩﺍﻣﲔ B، ﺭﻭﺩﺍﻣﲔ 3GO، ﺭﻭﺩﺍﻣﲔ 6G ( ﻣﻮﻝﻟﱰ ﺑﺪﺭﺟﺔ ﺣﺮﺍﺭﺓ 5*10-6 ،1*10-5 ،3*10-5 ،5*10-5 ،7*10-5 -01*1، ﻭ4)ﺍﻟﻜﻠﻮﺭﻭﻓﻮﺭﻡ ﻟﺘﺤﻀﲑ ﳏﺎﻟﻴﻞ ﺑﱰﻛﻴﺰ ﺍﻟﻐﺮﻓﺔ. ﻧﻼﺣﻆ ﺇﻥ ﺷﺪﺓ ﺍﻻﻣﺘﺼﺎﺹ ﻭﻋﺮﺽ ﺣﺰﻣﺔ ﻃﻴﻒ ﺍﻻﻣﺘﺼﺎﺹ، ﻭﺣﻴﻮﺩ ﺍﳊﺰﻣﺔ ﺗﺰﺩﺍﺩ ﺑﺰﻳﺎﺩﺓ ﺍﻟﱰﻛﻴﺰ ﻭﺍﻟﺘﻲ ﺗﺘﻮﺍﻓﻖ ﻣﻊ ﻗﺎﻧﻮﻥ ﺑﻴﲑ-ﻻﻣﱪﺕ. ﺍﻟﻜﻔﺎﺀﺓ ﺍﻟﻜﻤﻴﺔ ﳌﺰﻳﺞ ﺍﻟﺮﻭﺩﺍﻣﲔ ﺍﳌﺬﺍﺏ ﰲ ﺍﻟﻜﻠﻮﺭﻭﻓﻮﺭﻡ ﺗﻢ ﺣﺴﺎﺑﻪ ﺑﺎﺳﺘﻌﲈﻝ ( ﻋﲆ ﺍﻟﺘﻮﺍﱄ. ﺗﻢ ﺣﺴﺎﺏ ﺯﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﻌﻤﺮ 70%, 71%, 94%, 76%, 68%, 58%)ﺍﻟﱰﺍﻛﻴﺰ ﺃﻋﻼﻩ ﻭﻛﺎﻧﺖ ﻛﲈ ﻳﲇ ( ﻧﺎﻧﻮﺛﺎﻧﻴﺔ ﻋﲆ ﺍﻟﺘﻮﺍﱄ. ﻛﲈ ﺗﻢ ﺣﺴﺎﺏ ﺯﻣﻦ ﻋﻤﺮ 0. 08, 0.18, 0.65, 0.99, 1.25, 1.44)ﺍﻹﺷﻌﺎﻋﻲ ﻭﻛﲈ ﻳﲇ ( ﻧﺎﻧﻮﺛﺎﻧﻴﺔ ﻋﲆ ﺍﻟﺘﻮﺍﱄ

Abstract

In this paper the effects of some solvent (Ethanol, Methanol, 2-Propanol, Acetone, and Ethylacetate) on the spectrum of absorption and fluorescence of Rhodamine 3GO dye with constantconcentration (3*10-5 Mol/l ) at room temperature were studied. The results have shown thatthere is increasing in quantum efficiency with increasing of relative polarity of the solvent anddecreasing with increasing in viscosity of the solvent. Fluorescence spectrum is shifted towardthe long wavelength (red shift). It is found that the peak value of absorption wavelength forRhodamine 3GO in these solvent ranging between (525nm-530nm) ,while there is a slightlychanging between (551.5nm-558.5 nm) in the peak of fluorescence wavelength. Also non-radiativelife time and fluorescent life time increases with the increasing the quantum efficiency.

تم في هذا البحث دراسه تأثير بعض المذيبات )الإيثانول والميثانول، - 2بروبانول، الأسيتون، وخلات الإيثيل( على طيفي الامتصاص والفلورة3(. أظهرت النتائج أن هناك زيادة في الكفاءة الكمية للإمتصاص مع زيادة الاستقطاب النسبي من المذيب وتناقصها مع GO( لصبغة الرودامينزيادة لزوجة المذيب. يتم إزاحة طيف الفلورة نحو الطول الموجي الطويل )الأحمر(. وتبين أن قيم ذروة الامتصاص لصبغة الرودامين في المذيبات551.5 ( نانومتر وان العمر الزمني لطيف - ين) 558.5 � 525 ( نانومتر، في حين أن قيم ذروة الفلوره ب - اعلاه تقع بين الاطوال الموجيه) 530الفلورة يزداد بزيادة الكفاءة الكمية.

Abstract

The spectral properties (absorption and fluorescence) of laser dyes (Rhodamine6G, Rhodamine 3GO and Rhodamine B) mixture have been studied. This type of laser dye belongs to the Xanthenes family, it has dissolved in chloroform to prepare (1*10-5 M) in different ratio such as (1R6G:1R3GO:1RB, 2R6G:1R3GO:1RB, 3R6G:1R3GO:1RB, 4R6G:1R3GO:1RB, 1R6G:2R3GO:1RB, 1R6G:3R3GO:1RB, 1R6G:4R3GO:1RB, 1R6G:1R3GO:2RB, 1R6G:1R3GO:3RB, and 1R6G:1R3GO:4RB) at room temperature. The quantum efficiency of the dissolved Rhodamine in chloroform has been computed by using the above ratio and their results are as follows (89%,92%, 93%,95%,92%,93%,94%,84%,84%,and 84%) respectively. The Radiative lifetime have been computed as given (0.188,0.19,0.203,0.209,0.198,0.196,0.201,0.191,0.207,and0.219ns)respectively. Fluorescence lifetime have been also computed as given (0.167,0.174,0.189,0.198,0.182,0.183,0.189,0.160,0.174,and0.184ns) respectively.

تم دراسة الخواص الطيفية (الامتصاصية و الفلورة) لمزيج الصبغات الليزرية (رودامين 6G، رودامين 3GO، و رودامين B ) . هذا النوع من الصبغات يعود إلى عائلة الزانثين ، حيث تمت إذابتها في الكلوروفورم لتحضير محاليل بتركيز(1*10-5 M) بنسب مختلفة مثل، 1R6G:1R3GO:1RB,، 2R6G:1R3GO:1RB، 3R6G:1R3GO:1RB،4R6G:1R3GO:1RB، 1R6G:2R3GO:1RB ، 1R6G:3R3GO:1RB،1R6G:4R3GO:1RB، 1R6G:1R3GO:2RB، 1R6G:1R3GO:3RB و1R6G:1R3GO:4RB) وبدرجة حرارة الغرفة. الكفاءة الكمية المحسوبة للرودامين المذاب في الكلوروفورم باستعمال النسب أعلاه كانت كما يلي(89%،92%، 93%،95%،92%،93%،94%،84%،84%و84%) على التوالي.تم حساب زمن العمر الإشعاعي وكما يلي(0.188، 0.19 ، 0.203 ،0.209 ، 0.198، 0.196، 0.201، 0.191 ، 0.207 و 0.219) نانوثانية على التوالي. كما تم حساب زمن عمر التألق وكما يلي(0.167،0.174،0.189،0.198،0.182،0.183،0.189،0.160،0.174 و 0.184) نانوثانية على التوالي.
